Hi, I hate being "that guy" who asks for ETAs, but I can't wait anymore. I'm desperately waiting for a classic airliner for MSFS, and Milviz 737 is the only one in development. I know that they're focused on MV310 right now, but I hope the 737 is not so far away. Also, unrelated, but is there a classic airliner available for MSFS right now? I'm even fine with FSX imports at this point.

Good evening, I've been working on learning the A320 autopilot functions and ILS landing, and I've had a few instances where the plane lines up left of the runway (on proper glideslope). Most of the time it's toward the taxiways but now and then it's a mile or so out. I assume it's something I've done incorrectly, anyone have any ideas?

I am 53 years of age, live in Melbourne, Australia (yes, the one that was in lockdown for 7 months) and have been flying simulators since the early 2000's. I love it and find it relaxing. I use to take some flying lessons many moons ago, but after being diagnosed with Menieres, I gave that up. Pretty hard to fly when suffering vertigo. Hahaha. Has any one else noticed that when your on a climb or windy conditions, if you move your mouse onto an open window like the vfr window, or the flight log window when flying a bush trip, that the aircraft reacts like no one is at the control? Even when flying at altitude, in clear skies, when you move your mouse to scroll the text, or use the "get back on track" , the aircraft drifts. Also if you accidentally leave your mouse in an open window, the yoke does not work at all!Standard CH Flight Sim Yoke... works perfectly when mouse is NOT in a window. Running in full screen mode.Is there a cure for this?can anyone else confirm this ?

I've not had a Flight Simulator since v1 back when it was the gold standard for testing the compatibility of IBM clones. 🙂 As a frequent business and vacation traveller now grounded due to Covid, this flight sim couldn't come at a better time. While I plant to spend a fair amount of time getting immersed in the airliners (A320/787) and simulating some commercial flights, it looks like the sight seeing is going to be fantastic. What GA aircraft would be a good compliment for sight seeing? Ideally something with reasonable stall speed, good at low altitude, with a modern cockpit and some range.

A few times while flying, I hit "esc" and went into other menus to tweak a few changes. Upon "resuming" the flight, I'd find the airplane either with a lower speed, or climbing-- depending on the aircraft. I did not realize that the sim deploys the flaps whenever you leave the screen. I suspect Asobo will need to make a few changes on this, too.

After the update yesterday I cannot get into the sim. All I get is "Lets get you signed in" Xbox dialog box "sign in" that does not work? Any ideas? Tied uninstalling and the same thing.

I cannot find a setting that works as my shadows flicker, fade in and out and of low rez...

I have Saitek yoke and throttle quadrants. I am trying to remap some of the controls for twin engine flight. I now know how to do this. But when I put a new setting in selected lever, the program tells me that this lever is already assigned to a different function. I don't know how to delete the previous function, and I have ended up with some levers and switches activating two or more functions simultaneously. For example, I set a switch to cockpit view right, which works okay. But I noticed that the rudder trim was getting offset. Then I realized that the default function for this switch was rudder trim right. Can anyone help with this?

I did a flight from KLAX to KSAN on the Boeing 787 and the Auto Throttle was not functional. I could not auto maintain the speed. I had to manually move the throttle to maintain speed and carefully adjust speed on the ILS 9 to KSAN. It was holding the LNAV nicely including capturing the ILS. Hmmmm...

My msfs has been acting strange for a few days. Marketplace stopped working, Then this morning it wanted a disk inserted to complete start up. Then after multiple tries it took me to the update page which id clicked "update" then it shut the sim down. Now when I try to start it takes me directly to the Microsoft store for a download of something that has no real description. Not happening. Tried to get hold of Microsoft support online who want a credit card before forwarding me on to somewhere else. Finally found a phone number that simply says all support is now online. I'm in Canada...If anyone has a phone number to a real live person at MS i would grea…

I D/Led this mod and find I like it a lot, however I have a question about the PFD, MFD, + FMC displays, none work. I know that aircraft ported over from FSX sometimes don't have working gauges, but I saw a video on this mod and it's gauges were working fine, I believe the author said the cockpit had been ported over from Asobo A320. How is this done? I have redownloaded the A330 file and seem to have installed it correctly, but no joy. All the panel lights work and most buttons and switches seem to function. Thanks

Inibuilds, who recently released a close to 'study level' A300 sim for X-plane 11 is also working on an A380. Interestingly, they are exploring the possibility of releasing this A380 for MSFS 2020 and in fact the only screenshots released so far are in MSFS 2020. They say they are not 'promising anything' so if things don't go well maybe it will end up being for X-Plane, but it is certainly interesting news. Am I imagining this but was the 1.11.7.0 upgrade yesterday different to all the previous ones in that there was no loading in game after activating the update from the Store?

Hi, I wonder if someone could help. The CDU in the A320 is dark despite that I press bright. The NBDs just show red lines with Heading, GPS not functioning. In the 787 everything works perfectly. Anything I can do? Thanks so much. Bernd

Hi As above, all other controls are working apart from elevator trim. I have tried re-assigning settings via joystick and numeric pad (num. lock 7 and 1) to no effect. In addition I have tried un-installing and re-installing MSFS2020, however, simulator still retains original profile/settings on re-install. I have a feeling that somewhere within these settings is causing the problem. Is there any way that I can re-install as a 'virgin' install i.e. without any previous settings? As you can appreciate this is 'driving me up the wall' as without elevator trim it is almost impossible to hand fly any A/C Any help appreciated. Thanks …

Not the hand built and crafted airports, which are modelled. I have just seen that my airports have jetways but no buildings, but how can that be? My settings do not seem to have changed, but does anyone have ideas what this can be? Thanks Martin

Hi, just a warning to all... Products for MSFS from Gaya Simulations (official MSFS Partner) like LOWW and LGKO wont be updated using the Simmarket Shop, there is no update at all since the release of update 1.1 two month ago ! Customers who buy the products wont get a refund if they was to much patient with the refund request while waiting for an update. Both companys Gaya Simulations & Simmarket wont help you in any way. Hi All, Hope you're enjoying MSFS as much as me! I'm just wondering if anyone has seen anything about a 3rd party AI traffic add on? I haven't seen anything from memory. It would be great to fill the skies with realistic, real to life airline traffic! Thanks.
