RXP GTN 750/650 Touch

Hi Guys Have P3D V5.1 Hot fix 1 and can't use F1 GTN 650 750 How can I change the data in panel.cfg to replace F1 to RXP? Thanks, David

Carenado says that ATR 72 has RXP integrated but I can't find a single thread or pic of it. Anyone ?

Hello All, I recently purchased Realityxp GTN 650 to use with my A2A Aircraft and no luck getting it to work with any of my aircraft! A2A 172, A2A Cherokee, A2A Commanche. At the least I would like this gauge to work in my 172 as this is the exact setup I use in real world aviation. Great tool to practice when I cant fly! I have installed the add-on into fsx and trainer is working but cant get the gauge to appear in any of these aircraft through config tool, basically gives me an error on all instances. I did try to replace panel.config files provided on this forum into the 172 but still no luck! Please any help would be greatly appreciated!

Bought RXP GTN 750 to replace F1 GTN 750. F1 was working just fine, but thought RXP version looked better. I have windows 7 and FSX. will not load on my A2A C182 using the Configure utility. Tried to use the RXP utility in the add-on menu in fsx, but that will not either. Does not give any errors, just reloads what ever plane I am working with like its going to take, but the plane stills has the default gps installed. Complety over my head. John

I purchased and used the Reality XP for P3D and for X-plane. Fantastic add on. I have moved on to MSFS 2020. Does anyone know if there is a GTN-750 or similar plugin available yet for the MSFS 2020?

Just FYI on this subject. I had this same issue with P3DV5.1 when placing the GTN in the panel of the Carenado C421 using the autofind and replace function in the RXP utility. I also put it in the panel of the Flysimware L35 using the Flysimware utility and it seems normal there. All 2D panels are high resolution and no problem..

So I have this installed and when I start the sim P3DV4 the unit is in the gauge cluster as well as a pop up which I want. However, when I turn power on everything comes on except the 750. Need some help I'm a little nervous messing around with the .cfg files. TIA Chris

Could Jean-Luc or Bert confirm if i follow the Carenado PA42 Cheyenne III work through guide here it will install into the Eagle. It supports the other brand of 750 GTN so I'm guessing it's the same procedure? Edit: NM I've sorted it. Can't believe how simple it is to add this marvel RXP GTN 750 to my fav planes. Cheers Rick

I have just upgraded to the Steam Addition of FSX and am now having issues with the Reality XP set up wizard. As soon as I click on Add-ons > Reality XP GTN > Aircraft Set Up the simulator becomes a black screen and will not respond to mouse clicks anywhere on screen. When I try clicking it acts like I am on my desktop screen where I can move icons around and open folders/programs however nothing on Flight Sim X will respond. I had it working a few days before with the default Cessna 172 and the gps had no issues operating but when I tried to edit the settings it quit. Hi everyone. I have P3Dv2 and bought GTN 750 from F1. Fantastic product. I also bought XPLANE and the GTN 750 and I see that the trainer is totally different, they change the cards etc. so thinking of doing a good update I bought the GTN750 from RXP to have only one trainer and more updated. I have installed on P3D and I see settings in the bar but when I click on it nothing happens. I state that I have windows7 but I don't think it's a problem. Where am I wrong? Do I have to do any special procedures? I only followed the installation procedures. Thanks for the replies.

I have the 750 running perfectly in my helo sim. I want to drive the displays on my PFD such as OBS, and AP Heading bug (that is - synch them with the 750). It seems that the 750 is NOT setting these simulation variables in P3D. Can anyone confirm this? For example; if I select OBS on the 750 and set a heading, it should set the OBS Nav:1 variable to that heading which I could then read and set my PFD display. It is certainly updating the COM/NAV freq variables in P3D v5.

Hello, So my issue is the Reality XP GTN 750 crashing my P3Dv5 quite regularly. When I say regularly I do not mean at a specific intervals, but every flight at different intervals. I have done several troubleshooting steps: Reinstall both the sim and the GTN750, Reduced Graphics, Turned on and off the texture compression (to save Vram), set up custom Graphics options in my GPU controller, and so on. To make sure it was the GTN and not P3D just being P3D I have done tests with three different Aircraft,which have all crashed at different intervals. Yesterday I downloaded (I thought) and installed the latest GTN750 --ver 2.5.28.1, so I was surprised today when the GTN750 configuration panel showed I needed to update to 2.5.28.1. So I followed the panel update procedure and downloaded the new installer. I then uninstalled the previous GTN750 installation and ran the new installer during which I got the message "You're up to date!". But after a Win10 and P3D restart subsequent update checks with the configuration panel stills shows I need to update to 2.5.28.1. Hi I'm trying to reinstall my RXP GTN750 into a fresh re-installation of P3D v4.5 - but I have a problem with downloading the required GarminTrainerSetup file. I am using the latest RXP GTN750 installer (v.2.5.28.0) downloaded from the RXP website via the latest F1 ecommerce software. Hello, I am a new user and just purchased the RXP GTN650 to use on my FSX Steam edition. The GPS does not urn on and shows a black screen. I looked at the power options and have it as Always ON. I have been trying integration on the RXP 750 doing ILS Approaches in CYUL ILS24R. Using the A2A 182 , the autopilot stays perfectly on the GS. But for is Carenado PC12, the autopilot seems to follow a perfect offset above the GS. For some reason it costs a black screen. As inside the trainer itself. I tried to install a few times, deleted everything every time, and still it does not work. I would like to point out that in the trainer the xi version does work, but it is not supported by the simulator itself... someone? help? tnx

Hello RXP, I recently switched from the F1 750/650 GTN to the RXP 750/650 GTN because the F1 system doesn't support the latest Garmin 750 trainer. I happy with the RXP, as I was with the F1. However, I am having a problem displaying the enroute GTN 750 VNAV path on HSI with the Flysimware Lear 35. I have not tried the other two airplanes I use the 750 with, the Caranado Excel and the Xtreme Prototypes Lear 25. With the F1 GTN, I could display enroute VNAV path on the HSI. I could not couple it to the autopilot, but that's to be expected with the FC 530 limits, but at least I could display the VNAV path using the ILS glideslope needle in the HSI. This sho…
