RXP GTN 750/650 Touch

Hi, I reinstalled this product recently few times, because i changed the simulator and version along time. Also i had to reinstall it many times, because i not allowed it to install the trainer, so the product does'nt work (until i guess wich is the problem)... All the reinstalls has been on the same PC. Now, the Garmin screen shows the error: "INVALID LICENSE: CONTACT VENDOR" I was trying to write an email to RealityXP support, but found no address... Coud someone help? Thanks! Ramon.

Hello i recently bought the F1 gtn 750 and i haved installed it in to the Carenado atr 42-500 but when i start up the game and go in to the aircraft i only have a black screen and the gtn 750 not working. dont know how to fix this i have tried to reinstalled but nothing working. thank you.

I have been trying to purchase the GTN 750 with the 30% off coupon. I downloaded the coupon, opened the file and saw symbols, letters, etc. But no coupon code/number. I then tried to download the e-commerce file and was blocked by windows 10 defender, warning of a virus!! My sim platform is P3D v4.5. Any help will be appreciated!!

Hello there. I have some questions about the visual approach glidesope feature. I tried looking this information up but had no success. I'm wondering why some airports have vertical guidance on visual approaches and others do not? What is the requirement for GTN 750 to provide a glideslope for a specific runway? Is there a way to look up if a runway has a visual approach glideslope ahead of time, eg. outside of the sim? It would be handy to know for route planning. For example: 1) At KAXX, the GTN 750 does not supply a glideslope with the visual approach feature for either runway, however there is an LNAV+V approach for runway 17. 2) Just a few miles away at…

How this works in a nutshell: If you own an addon with a F1 GTN native VC integration (3d bezel/gauge etc) and want your clickspots to work with RXP, this is the gauge you need. It's been verified to work in these addons (and it should work in nearly all): Carenado, Realair, A2A, Milviz. There is a little user editing required, but it's not hard - read the readme (use Notepad++ for best results) Also there is a small issue that I can't figure out - some users are reporting the need for double click on the HOME and DTO buttons. Recently started flying into KBHB (Bar Harbour) - in the GTN 750 database it has a duplicate entry with one in France - anyone know if its possible to remove a dupe so you don't have to the LOC issue on a flightplan? (I know you can edit the flightplan and add the airport by picking the right one - but this would say a few steps) thanks

Hi my friends. First of all, congrats for your GTN750, it really changed my experience with all those ac whose navigation was not a virtue. I LOVE it. After using it for months and tired of inserting my flight plan twice (I use two 750s on a dedicated touch monitor) I just thought if there is any chance of coupling both 750s, so that once the plan is inserted in one of the devices, the second would receive the date from its partner. P3D4.5 I'm having a strange issue. I've got the GTN 750 installed in the Carenado S550, C56X, PC-12. I previously had it installed in both Citations, but reinstalled my sim yesterday. I was having an issue before with the S550's physical buttons, but the C56X worked fine. The physical buttons in the VC model do not work. I can press them, but they don't perform any action (change freq., DTO, home). They are being pressed, and I can see that, but they don't react in any of the planes. I am helping a new RXP GTN customer with his GTN installation and am running into a puzzling problem. Hopefully someone recognizes what is going on and can suggest what to do next. Sim is P3DV3, the installation appears to complete correctly, although Simconnect complains that "this account already exists".. When we look at Documents\Prepar3dV3 Addons.. the Reality XP folder is there, and in Program Files x86, the Reality XP Gauges are all present. However, after starting up P3D, there is nothing in the Addons tab... and a preconfigured airplane presents with a black spot where the GTN should be. As a crosscheck, we also tried an install into P3DV…

I just installed the new update for the GTN today hoping it would fix the lagging issues, but it appears they remain. I tried changing the priority in Process Lasso (which has fixed the problem in the past in previous versions), but it didn't speed things up at all. I have heard some issues with the Windows 10 2004 update breaking the F1 GTN and I hoping its not the same issue here. Any ideas?

Hi, I'm new on the PA31T Cheyenne from Carenado. With the basic GPS from Carenado (GNS530 i think), the autopilot works fine with the NAV button. It captures radials and gps direct. But when i run the F1 installer for the GTN750 and configure it with the panel, the GTN750 appears and is fine in the VC However, when i select a direct on the gps it just goes to the North heading 0. (following radials with the NAV1 works fine) Do you know how to solve this ? TY, Alex

I'm experimenting with defining keyboard shortcuts in the RealityXP.GTN cfg file, and having little success. My GTN750 is Unit 1, and the GTN650 is Unit 2 (in the Vehicle --> Instrument Panel menu). However, in the cfg file the GTN650 responds to Window 1 and the GTN750 Window 2? I can only get the GTN650 to use two shortcuts: 'Home' - which I have set up as 'CTRL+HOME', and 'Toggle_Window_1', which I have set up as the default 'ALT+SHIFT+1'. No other assignments work, and nothing works for the GTN750. Hello, With GTN 750 on pop up configuration (last version), I select a Departure, but when push on Load Departure, P3dv4 freezes. I have tried few times and always freez P3dV4, just when click on Load Departure. I have tried on Garmin Trainner directly (same route, same procedure) and all is good. Please, anybody help me? I hope this wasn't asked before, I've searched both on google and on here. Anyway, I have noticed that rxp is much more smooth ingame with 6.21. Prepar3d runs at 60 fps with both 6.21 and the latest trainer, so it shouldn't be sim issue. Has anyone noticed this? Also, the latest Garmin trainer itself runs horribly slow too. Like 2 fps at most. Maybe this Garmin's fault. I'll try to stay on 6.21 if I manage to slow flightplan issue. (The path given on manual doesn't work for some reason.)

Now that I’m flying online, having an outdated outdated database when IFR is less than ideal. Can anyone provide 2005, or close to it? Cheers, Ross

Installed gtn750 having downloaded latest version. Am used to using in v4.5 so familiar with how it works. After opening in add-ons using both pop up and specific for caranado s340 as soon as window opens all click switches in cockpit fail to work. Had to remove gym dials and reboot p3d. Any ideas please? Martin

I just updated my Prepar3d v4.5 FS with the Hotfix 3 and the aircraft autopilot will not follow the GTN 750 flight plan in GPS mode. I updated the GTN750 with the latest update 2.5.24.0 with no help. Any suggestions? GWM

Hi Do anybody know if RXP GTN 750 supports the nav_heli_db2.bin? For GTN to take use of this database, it has to be told to use Jeppesen database and use a rotorcraft setup. It is not enough to just rename the nav_heli_db2.bin into nav_db2.bin. Then heli approaches will become unavailable. If anyone would like to test it for me, I can give you a download link to cycle 1809 (db included in GTN Aviation Trainer 2400).

Recently I notied every time (or,almost every time...) I turn off the power of my GTN in game (including loding some aircraft in cold and dark), I'll get an windows error of "GTN Trainer has stopped working", APPCRASH of GTN Simulator.exe by ntdll.dll BUT, as soon as I turn the power (avionics in game) back on, the RXPGTN just works fine, without any issue... It's... not a big deal but kind annoying.... Anyone could help?
