RXP GTN 750/650 Touch

I've searched, but I'm probably not using the right keyword. I'm flying the XP Lear 25. I have a 750 on top of a 650. They're both working, but they aren't talking to each other. It'd be nice to have VNAV/etc on the 650 while staying on the map view on the 750. Any way to slave them together so that they share flight plans?

So I bought the Reality XP GTN 750 for FSX Steam and I had it working for a day but then something happened and now the screen is just black. I have been through the manual and the this form but I cant seem to find a fix for my issue. I have tried uninstalling every item I had in FSX SE and starting from scratch and it still does not work. I uninstalled GTN as well to include the trainer and then re installed it as well. The addon button in the menu still works but the actual items do not work. Hey guys, I'm rather late to the RXP party. I have quite a few GA aircraft but am first experimenting with the A2A C182. I have the 750/650 setup, but actually don't use the 650; it is just there for show right now. Using this post, As well as this one, I think I followed everything correctly. First may I mention that I don't use 2D pop-ups, everything done in the VC. When I single click the HOME or DTO button, I see them physically move. Hello. I'm new to RXP and I installed their GTN 750 software for P3DV4. I had some issues at the beginning but I got it installed finally, but when I got the gauge installed on these aircraft (Milviz CH2, Carenado's emb 120 and P12) it is in stalled but there is no power on any of them. I really do not know what to do in this case. I want to use it but it seems this problem is been around for a while. Also, is there any other version of the 750 other than touch? I don't know if mine is touch but I bought it from RXP home but it uses a F1 interface. I'm a little confused because I own other products with F1 but this particular product uses a different interface. …

Hello all, I am trying to use the menu bar/RXP/setup aircraft to configure the GTN750 into thCarenado DA62 Try as I may, I can only get it to install into the MFD and not the PFD. It actually installs into the MFD beautifully and is fully functional. It is however, in the wrong place. I can also install it as a Popup and that is very simple, However, I am looking to have a full and permanent installation into the normal position (PFD) Could someone possibly point to where I am going wrong.? Hi all, first post, first problem wich I can not find the solution to.. I finally bought the Lear and also the GTN. Everything of the autopilot works (VS, ALT SEL, ALT HOLD etc.) but not the NAV. In some sceenshots you can see what I have turned on in order for it to normally work. Can someone please give me any insight?

Hello everybody, I just got the realXP GTN650 for P3D/Flightsim, it's functional pretty well with my realsimgear hardware, but I'm having a hard time moving the window to the other screen. On FSX I don't see a clear plugin menu (like XPlane) that allows me to 'pop out' the gauge and move it. It there a shortcut or setting to do that? also after moving the resizing the gauge in the right place is there a way to lock the position on everytime the simulator starts? thanks

Hi folks, I am a real life Cirrus pilot, and just bought this amazing reproduction of the GTN750. I use want to use it for IFR procedure refreshers on my PC and am trying to get it to work as a pop-up panel with the Carenado Cirrus SR22 which I also own. The gauge works fine as a pop-up panel in P3D v4, and will drive the autopilot, but I can't get it to synch up to the G1000 PFD display of the CDI. When I connect the GPS with a route and set the G1000 PFD display to GPS (magenta), the CDI stays firmly pegged on 360 degrees and does not function. I am trying to figure out what the setting should be to make it drive the GPS CDI , if that is possible. Any ad…

Dear friends, I bought the combination GTN 750 and GTN 650. The problem is that the 650 prefers the COM 2 frequency and when I select the NAV 2 frequency it changes after a time back to COM 2. Is it possible, that the 650 prefers the NAV 2 frequency and changes automatically to that when I selected COM 2?

Stuck on "Starting..." in the A2A Cherokee. I have 2.5.10. A little frustrating. I just reinstalled (or rather updated) P3D to 4.4. Uninstalled RXP650 and reinstalled it. Had a very difficult time with that as it kept saying my license had too many reactivations or some suck nonsense. Now finally installed and... black screen. Any help appreciated.

I'm having trouble with any LOC/ILS approach- when I switch from GPS to VLOC- I see a change in the HSI (carenado King Air C90), however there isn't any course deviation. The needle just stays centered (as well as no glideslope indication). I swapped the gauges 1:1 for another GTN, where this function worked. Any ideas- there are a multitude of settings in the config file. The test screen on startup looks correct with the "half left, half up" deviations on the CDI.

Hello all, I simply want to express my appreciation to Jean-Luc for such a great product. Some of you may be aware of my trials and tribulations with the Flight1 GTN 750 in the P3D forum. After approximately three months of frustration, exasperation and sheer futility, in my dealings with Flight1, I eventually gave up on that product and got the Reality XP GTN 750. Installation, unfortunately also involving Flight1, was incredibly simple and easy. This was achieved by using the Flight1 red aircraft icon wrapper, which Flight was was constantly telling me was no longer used. I had to use the Purchase Agent to install the F1GTN. The issue I'm having is in all the aircraft where I have 2 GTN 750s. I set the screen brightness to 70 on both but when reloading the aircraft only the secondary 750 keeps the brightness setting. The main 750 will be at full brightness but when going to the settings for that window it will still show the setting of 70% or whatever I had it set for. So each time I load up any aircraft with 2 750s I will have to go to the settings menu for the main unit and adjust the screen brightness 1% either direction and then apply in order to get it where I would like. Despite reading the explanation in the RXP manual, what the Engage Autopilot APPR setting does is not clear to me. Does this have something to do with the GTN automatically switching from GPS to VLOC when approaching a tuned in Localizer? The RXP manual indicates the default setting for this is 'Enabled'. And what entry in the RealityXP.GTN ini file corresponds to this setting? I don't see anything in the ini file with a similar 'name'. Thx, Al

I know that in real life you can connect you’re EFB (ex: Foreflight) with Garmin and get data sent for navigation and traffic advisory. Is this possible with the trainer or do you need to use 3rd party applications?

Dear friends, I bought a GTN 750 and a GTN 650. It works more or less good (checklists don't work, but that is not my question) but I have a problem with the traffic alert. When this shows up it blocks all of the GPS, but in difficult situations (like LOWI) it is essential for me. So is it possible to switch the traffic-alert off just on the GTN 750?

Dear friends, I created some checklists for the Baron 58 and stored them in the aircraft folder and they where ok. Now I wanted to change them and put the new file in the folder, but the GTN 750 keeps the old one. I reinstalled already the device, but it is the same thing. What can I do to solve that problem?

If you own both the GTN750 and GTN650, does updating one also update the other as well, or do you need to run two updates? And same question for the GNS530/GNS430 pair. Thx, Al

Before I make another purchase of the RXP GTN 750 for P3D v4.5. Since I have RXP GTN 750 installed for XPlane 11. Do I need to make another purchase for P3D v4.5? Thank You. Bill McCracken

The PC-12 panel is 1 GTN with the default GNS530 below. The f1vc.xml file is in the panel and I tried each number entry 8 8 0 0 and the other I can use some help I do not get why it is not working! One time the Direct button did something but it set the default GPS below to go direct not its own unit!

HI there, one issues I did encountered recently is when I tried to fly to ORBX KPSP rendition. The airport has great RNAV approaches to 31L and 13R but they are not present in the GTN. Is this an issue of the Garmin Trainer? Because it is confusing, the charts for the RNAV approaches are there but not the approach itself. KPSP is no small airport in the middle of nowhere which makes this even more confusing ;). Anybody has an idea? Thanks a lot.
