Did some of you experienced some bumps with the GTN? When in a turn you can see the scenery bumping every few seconds. When using the other GTN system everything is smooth. I tried the half refresh rate but no joy.

I just installed the latest trainer update and now the GTN750 won't power up when I go into the sim (FSX-SE). Prior to the update, the unit powered up automatically. There doesn't appear to be a way to manually power it up. Gary

I’m sorry if this has already been covered (I’m sure it has!) im using the GTN750, latest upadate of the RXP and the Trainer. How do I get the international database in the aircraft? It’s working in the trainer!

Hi I hope someone can help. I try to move the 750 to a second monitor. Right now it is located on the top left of the main screen and when I right click and choose undock the 750 screen goes black. Is there anything I can do? I am running P3v5 Thanks Bernd

Hello all, I've added the RXP GTN650 to my home fsx sim - very nice! I know that with the 650 and 750, the CDI source is selected on the Default Nav page, but I know that real GTN's can have a remote push button on the instrument panel switch the CDI as well. In fsx, there is an assignable switch that does the same for the older GPS models. When I send that command to the RXP GTN650, the CDI switches for just a second, then switches back. Is there a different way to remotely switch the RXP GTN650 CDI that folks have found? Is there a wish list someplace I could add this to, so that a future release might have this feature? I just bought a Reality XP GTN 750 for my Cessna 182 Skylane from A2A. After installation it is not possible anymore to switch in the Bendix/King KAP 140 from NAV to HDG It is alsö now impossible in the plane to switch from NAV to GPS How can I overcome this problem? Herman Klaver

Hello, Just re-installed my RXP GTN 750 into my Carenado aircraft and I am getting these error messages on the log files.Says something that a trainer cannot be found even though I have installed the latest version ( 2.7.1.0) I have just been " forced" to update to Windows 2004 (this was before I installed p3d 4.5 HF 3) … funny thing is the last installation I had it worked fine. Tried to re-install a few times , still nothing . Perhaps I need to update to a newer version? Good Day Friends, So I switched over from F1GTN750 a few days ago. I for the life of me cannot get the TBM850 to display the GS indicator at the inside right of the altitude angle nor will the TBM850 capture the GS either. This was not a problem with the F1 version. I have seen some similar problems once I did some googling. Can anyone provide some advice or maybe a panel mod that someone has done up to alleviate this? This is killing me as the TBM is my fav plane.

I switched over to RPX from F1 for obvious reasons but i noticed that the traffic option is greyed out . Is that normal or do i need to download something else to get it working ?

I recently bought the GTN 750 to install on the Flysimware Falcon 50. I used it with no issue at all during the flights, other than having from time to time a black screen when I start the avionics on the ground. What I then do is close P3Dv4.5.2 and reload everything from scratch, it usually would work on the second attempt, but this is not systematic, sometimes, i load the plane and go through the procedure, start avionics and the GTN 750 would work straightaway. So there is no real pattern and I could not see what would trigger this problem since I am following the start up procedure of the Falcon by the book. Hello, I'm in need of some help. Just bought the RXP GTN-750 to replace the F1 in my A2A 182. I have installed Windows 10 2004 and experienced the F1 GTN lag/slow response. Reading the below threads convinced me to switch. Now here's my problem. P3Dv5 HF1 is the only sim installed. A2A 182 runs flawlessly using default GPS. Upon adding RXP GTN via the Add-Ons -Setup Aircraft I get a BSOD after 2-5 mins. PC restarts, I get back into the sim and BAM! BSOD again after 2-5mins in the 182. If I restore the panel via the Add-Ons -Setup Aircraft and let the Sim reload the 182 I can fly until fuel runs out without a problem. F1 has been completely uninstalled, GARMIN t…

Hi! I love the RXP GTN 750. In fact I find it hard to fly without it. I moved over from the F1 version because of ease of configuration and installation/updating of the RXP version. Ever since I bought it it has worked perfectly until today. I always have one GTN 750 in a pop up window in the top left hand corner. Then I drag and drop that into a small Lilliput touch screen usb monitor. It has worked like a dream and is very immersive. Today however I launched P3Dv5 and the 750 isn't showing. RXP GTN is showing under add ons in the sim window drop down and the 750 appears under instrument panel as ticked but there is no sign of it. I changed aircraft but the same…

Does the GTN750 have TCAS? I installed the GTN into the Carenado EMB120 which removes the center display. That display used to have traffic information so I am no longer seeing traffic in the sim on the default MFD and the GTN unit itself.

Hi, I am new to using the rxp 750 in P3v5 and when I go to add ons, rxp gtn all what I see is Setup Aircraft which I have done several times. Are there not supposed to be some other items once I have setup the aircraft? Again I am new to this and would appreciate your help. Best Bernd

Hi folks, Just bought the RXP GTN 750 for P3D. I noticed that some aircraft developers have the follwing line in RealityXP.GTN.ini. The RXP manual does not seem to provide documentation for this setting. Can someone chime in for what this setting does and what is the default value? ReduceRate = true BTW I can confirm the latest RXP GTN works great with Trainer 6.62.3 under Windows 10 Version 2004 for both P3D and X-Plane, even though the stand-alone GTN trainer lags quite a bit. Dear friends, I have been a happy user of the RXP GTN750 for more than six months now. I use it with every flight. I am RXP dependent since I purchase their incledible addon last november. Everything perfect so far. But yesterday (may 24th, 2020) I was prompted to update my GTN750 to a new version (do not remember which, I only remember it was released in May). I accepted, why not. I just clicked ok and the installer did its things. Since then I can open my popup GTN but the screen is dead. Black. I searched for possible problems in the forum and read the users manual again. Hello, I have access to the Jeppesen line of flight planning programs. I used these to flight plan most of my flights and was able to import them into RXP GNS 530 units mostly flawless. I had upgrade to the GTN line of GPS's and really do like the unit. However, I can not use the Jeppesen flight plans with the units ( wrong file format ). I know that Navmap and an online flight planing program can output a file that can be imported into the GTN which is fine but I have over 100 GNS flight plans that i want to use and I also kind of like using the Jeppesen flight planners. So my question is can the Jeppesen GNS files be converted so they can be used with the GTN u…
