RXP GTN 750/650 Touch

Hi. I have just bought and finally installed the GTM750 into P3D V4.5. After the installer refused to work, because it couldn't access the Trainer files. I accessed tyhe download for these and installed it. The GTN 750 finally installed but when I started it in the A2A Bonanza, it tells me it has no database. How do I get and install whatever database it wants? John Khan

Hi, Out of the blue P3D stops responding the minute i turn on the avionics master in the A2A Beech Bonanza. The GTN screen comes up, but then P3D freezes. I've never had this problem before, so I hope someone has an idea what might be causing this. I'm running P3D v4.5 with the latest hotfix and the most recent version of the GTN.

hi i am using rxp gns530 with fsx and windows 7, i want to buy gtn750 touch. before buying i would like tp know if gns 530 and gtn 750 will work together or separately. i mean anything i do in one softawre will be instantly updated in the other one? also is there a promotion if i buy gtn 750 as i already have gns 530 license. thank you Daniel

Greetings, I rebuilt my rig and installed RXP 750 for FSX. When I select the 750 a dialog pops up asking for the trainer path. I point to C:\Program Files (x86)\Garmin\Trainers\Launcher but I get an error that its the wrong version. I installed the trainer using the d\l from the package installer. any ideas? The X-plane version is working just fine.

When i was updating, there were options for american, european, asian, south american, and a few other types of navdata. I'm not sure what the difference is between all of these, but i chose to use worldwide navdata. But what's the difference between all of these?

I have both the 750 and the 650, where I normally setup the 750 as a pop-up. I decided that I wanted both and to my dismay the panel unit goes dark when the pop-up is enabled. Going back to just one pop-up (750) doesn't bring the 650 back to life, either - I have to run the setup routine again.

After having to re-install P3D and all add-ons I am back to not being able to import flight plans created in LittleNavMap. The 'Import' button is there - it is just that nothing is listed. The path to my flight plans is C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Trainers\Databases\FPLN and each flight plan file has the extension '.gfp'. I could use some help, as I have reviewed other threads on this issue and don't see a solution for myself.

How do i switch the GTN from VLOC mode to GPS mode?

Hi all. I recently got the A2A C172 for P3D v4.5. The rest of the avionics power up but not the GTN. Since I'm really new to the C172 and fairly new to the GTN, I'm assuming I did something wrong. And I did NOT copy the panel_default.cfg because I only own the GTN and not the GNS, so as the readme described I did not copy that file over. I used to own the F1 version of the GTN 750 and when I was running FSX I did manage to intergrate it into the VC of Aerosoft's Twin Otter. I can't for the life of me remember how it was done. I now have the RXP version of the GTN and run P3D v4.5. After following the posts on this forum I have it installed in all my A2A aircraft, but I was just wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of doing the same with the Twotter. Thanks Ian

Using a GTN 750 and 650 in the MV PC-6 I'm having a weird CTD when I click on one of the 750 or 650 popups in the VC. Here's the contents of my ini file. So the PC6 does not have native RXP GTN support (only GNS), so I ran the RXP auto replace like I always do. I also added my custom clickspot fixer code so those work. I am able to popup one or the other GTN 750/650....but not both. I can popup the 750 then if I click the clickspot to open the 650 P3D CTD's. The reverse also happens if I successfully popup the 650 then try the 750, I get a CTD. Anything look suspicious in my ini? Also I'm not yet using P3D 4.5.....still on 4.4 EDIT: Forgot to me…

hye I installed and updated to the latest version 2.5.18 and implemented the GTN 750 in the phenom 300. When I put in a waypoint the gps gauge on the PFD starts flickering. Any ideas how to fix that? Greetings, Vincent

Hi, I purchased the RXP GTN 750 a while back and really like it. But lately I have been flying payware airliners so I didn't need it, and after a computer crash I had lost the installer. So today I downloaded the installer and installed the GTN again as I was wanting to use it in a freeware CRJ. I attempted to load up P3D v 4.5 (with hotfix) and fly the aircraft, but 3 straight times the simulator stopped responding, turned "white", and it said "not responding" in the bar above the menu. Everything else in Win 10 worked, and I was able to use the X at the top right to close P3D, after Windows asked if I wanted to wait or not (I had waited about 10 minutes before …

Hi, I have the GTN 750 and also use a GNS 530.....I know I know -- proper way would be to have 2 750 or the 750/650 Combo....BUT I have these on external Controllers and use the 530 still since it is the closer of the two units to the 480 in the plane I fly. Also I bought the 530 after building a 530 Panel...Then bought the 750 after using the RealityXP GNS530 and deciding to purchase it and the RealSimGear 750. The Bug....When both units are installed the GTN 750 is not able to control the COM Audio Panel controls....MIC and Monitor do not work. In the ac that accept F1 gtn 750 do the F1 have to be installed on my pc to use the rxp 750? I want to delete the F1 gtn. But will the rxp still install in the panel. Thanks.

I downloaded the GTN-750 rxpGTN-750-FSIM.exe from realty XP I then ran the program and getting a message: Click here to install ( GTN-750 ) which I did. To my surprise the aircraft shows GNS-530 and not GTN-750 ! Is it possible that GTN-750 is not compatible with my system ( Windows 10 ) and FSX.SE Thank you for your help Paul12

A2A Cherokee 180 configuration for the GTN 650/750.

I am about to install GTN-750.When running the program I am asked for the folder where fsx.exe is installed . I cannot find this info. Can anybody help ? Thank you Paul12

If LinkVor = False with the GTN 750 there is no Glide Path guidance during an RNAV LPV approach. Setting LinkVor = true prevents using the RMI needles for situational awareness when the GTN750 is in GPS mode. Why should a VOR setting impact glide path guidance? Thx, Al
