Before buy the RXP GTN650, I want to know if my A2A Cessna 172 is compartible with it.

Hello, I first asked for help to f1 who referred me to this forum. I cannot instal the Garmin Trainer 750 for use Garmin 750 in P3D V4. I have always the error message 1721... I tryed to register at f1 "Registering your product for support access" without succes. I have Windows 10. What can I do ? I've replaced the F1 GTN 750 with the Reality XP GTN 750 and noticed a clicking sound. It turns out the Transponder cycles the code continuously and is the source of the clicking sound. If I return the GTN back to the F1, the transponder does not cycle anymore and the clicking sound is gone. I'm using the built in replacement via the ADD-ON from the main P3DV4.4 menu... I've done a little searching here at AVSIM, but I have not found any solution yet... Has anyone else found the solution to the (Realair) Lancair XP GTN 750 clicking/transponder issue?

How does panning the map or charts work? I seem not to be able to do that? I have the 650 and 750 installed in the A2A Bonanza and C182. All other functions work in the 2D popup panels, but not panning.

Hi, I was flying the A2A Bonanza with GTN 750 and I loaded a vector approach to RW 17 on KTHV. As I reached the initial fix, I put my AP in approach mode. The plane aligned to the 166 degrees vector, the CDI was showing a nice full arrow and when I reached the FAF the AP catched the glideslope and started the descent.  But from that moment, I watched the TRK moving away from the 166 DTK by a few degrees as we were approaching. At runway level, the track was at 171 degrees, leaving the runway to my left.  What could have caused the plane to move away from the vector track? It was supposed to track the vector since it even did catch the glide …

I installed the wonderful GTN750 and 650 together today in my P3DV4 A2A Bonanza. Without them I get 28 fps at EHGG, with them i get 14 fps at EHGG. That is disappointing, of course I tested with and without, same result a few times. Now I read that I can adjust the Realityxp.GTN.ini file.... but there can I find it? I read this ; sets trainer process CPU: 1 to 32 (0: last core, -1: automatic). CpuAffinity = -1 on the forum. I am able to install the 750 into Carenado's A36 [Window00] panel, and by manipulating the panel.cfg I got rid of the A36 default 430 bezel completely. However, I can't do anything with the [Vcockpit03] view. Now matter what I remove or change, I can't get rid of the 430 bezel, or is it even possible to have the 750 replace the default A36 GPS units? Hi, I'm trying to train on the G1000, however, and I may be wrong, but the DA40 that I'm using doesn't seem to have the full functionality of the G1000. I thought that I might able to use the RXP GTN 650 to couple to the G1000 but that doesn't seem to work either (like it does in other aircraft like the analogue C172. I've fully integrated the GTN into the airplane and VC but I can't seem to get the G1000 transponder ALT mode light to synch with the GTN transponder mode select. I wrote a simple xml gauge to try to do the synch but apparently I'm not too good at it... need some help. Hi! I am a new user of Reality XP. I have successfully installed the RXP 750/650 and Garmin software programs. I have positive results in FSX:SE and P3D 4.4. However, in FS9 SP1, the avionics suites do not pop up. In other words, the installation seems to be correct. I have used the stock, panel.cfg text, and I have also tried editing the text as I did in FSX & P3D. When I press the corresponding Shift+ command, there is no response for RXP 750/650 suite. I do have some screenshots of the installation sequence - I'll have to figure out how to post those if necessary or helpful in solving this issue. Alumni, With thanks to nirgal76 and Bills511 I have successfully installed the rxp 750 and 650 into my a2a aircraft, 182, pa28, pa24, T6, P51 civ. If it’s possible I would like to add the 750 to the Aerosoft Twin Otter. Would anyone by chance have a profile as a starting point. Thanks. Ian.

I am unable to have the Comanche autopilot connect to the GTN GPS. The plane drifts off and and wont change direction at Flight plan way points. I have the Comanche autopilot HDG connected and GPS in the GTN. Only a newbie with the GTN750 and any help appreciated Richard

I've been searching and reading but I'm still confused. I want to buy and install the RXP GTN 750 Touch in my Carenado Phenom 100 in place of the G1000. Currently I use a pop up GNS 430v2 to link AP and populate the G1000 FPL. I'm not afraid of implementing mods as required. I think I see that it's been done for the 300. Is there any reason this won't work? Is there a better RXP alternative for the Carenado Phenom 100? Thanks, Bruce

Is there a way to configure the GTN 750s to save their configurations on a per-aircraft basis? For example, in the A2A Bonanza I have the 750 set up to remind me to switch the fuel tanks every 15 minutes. Such a reminder is not necessary in the Lancair Legacy, but it shows up there as well. If I remove it from the Legacy, it also gets removed in the Bonanza. There are other config options I'd like to have on a per-aircraft basis, such as my user-selected data fields, map page settings, and screen brightness, among others I'm sure.

I am not able to get GTN 750 to load on FSX Steam. I have followed all the instructions and checked everything, which seems ok. All elements seem to be in place, but it does not show up in the aircraft. Please advise.

hi, i have a couple questions: 1.why i dont have option under terrain / menu for various taws settings ? there are only 360,arc, flightplan, legend.. 2. why audio calluots are not working ? i tried recorded playbacks but there is no audio calluots at all 3. in manual i have read that gtn 750 could calc vrefs ? how to do that ? thanks for help

I have bought the cernado s550 as well as the reality gtn 750, the gtn is in the cockpit but when i turn on the battery the device will not power up as well. It has to be opened on a separate window for me to use it. Any advice to help fix it

Looking for help. I purchased the Reality XP GTN750 and it seemed to download correctly (as well as the Garmin stand alone trainer). The GTN 750 shows up only in my Carenado Citation S550 II aircraft. It does not show up in any other aircraft. However, when I say "shows up"......it is just the device itself and is BLACK. It will NOT power up. I have Un-Installed and Re-Installed several times to no avail. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Scott
