RXP GTN 750/650 Touch

I have tried repeatedly to install the RXP GTN 750 to P3D4.5 under Windows 10, and no Add-ons option is appearing after Help in the menu bar for me to configure RealityXP. I have tried the Contact Us option on RXP's page, but there seems no way to contact support directly with this issue. Can anyone help? I have tried googling the issue, this problems seems to have appeared in FSX and P3D2.x and prior for some users. I'd like to get this to work, I have RXP installed for XPlane11 with no such issues. I have installed the GTN750/650 2.5.17.0 in P3D4 and installed the GTN 750 as a popup in several aircraft, both default, and third-party add-ons. The GTN 750 shows a black screen when all power is turned off, and then a dark grey screen when power is applied with the comment "starting..." in black at the bottom left of the screen. It never goes beyond that message and stays on the dark grey screen indefinitely. Please, how can I fix this issue? Thank you. Gil Yoder

Probably it's a my problem of comprehension but after hours of reading i don't understand if this database is it updatable and what is the method. It's necessary to pay something? Someone can clarify to me step by step? If i understood well there's a software called Garmin GTN trainer that provides the update, it's correct? Would appreciate if someone would clarify the use of the LinkVOR and LinkOBS settings. LinkVOR: After reading page 10 of the RXP GTN manual, my expectation is if LinkVOR is true, then when the GTN is in the GPS mode, the GTN will drive the course deviation needle of the VOR just like a VOR receiver would in VLOC mode. If you don't have a VOR head, but just an HSI, then it would seem that you would not need to set LinkVOR true. EDIT: I was just doing some testing and it seems LinkVOR true is needed to get vertical guidance on an LPV RNAV approach. With LinkVOR false, the glide path indicators are covered with a red flag (aircraft dependent maybe?). I don't und…

Hi Folks, Exported a few flight plans from the latest version of Little NavMap into the latest version of the RXP GTN using the process outlined on page 9 of the RXP manual - the flight plan files are present in the "C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Trainers\GTN\FPLN" folder... I followed the keystrokes described in the manual and the option to "import" a flight plan doesn't appear on the designated screen... Also - this aircraft has a GNS as well - exported flight plan from LNM to this too - and I see on startup the GNS prompts to "import" flight plan - which I do - but said flight plan only shows the very first waypoint and nothing after... I use the fantastic GTN750 in Virtual Reality. Integration into some aircraft is wonderful (Flysimware FA50 for example), but when replacing the F1 gauge in aircraft such as the RealAir Turbine Duke, I can't get the bezel to work (I tired the beta gauge for the bezel, but no luck). My question, Is there a way of selecting the Direct To function from the touchscreen (not using the button on the bezel)? Opening the popout window in VR is a real pain (as it appears behind the cockpit glass and then you have to stand up and lean your head out of the plane to interact, wrecking all that lovely VR immersion). Hi there, I have the GTN750 and have installed it in several of the planes I own. When I initially install the software and configure it in all of my planes, it works fine. Days later I will use it and when I start the plane the unit will "half power on" so to speak. All I can see is a gray screen with a "STARTING" message on the bottom left corner. Does anyone know what this is about? I have tried reinstalling the software, reinstalling P3D, running as admin, etc with no luck. I am running windows 10 and use windows defender, and as far as I can tell, no files required by the unit have been quarantined by my antivirus. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. …

So, recently purchased my GTN 750. Installed and it is stating I have a invalid code. I looked first on the forum and followed the steps people stated earlier about removing Garmin Trainer and all files for Reality XP, then re-installed it and its still not working. I am running the current Windows and my computer is up to date, I am also using Xplane 11. Any help would be greatly appreciated for troubleshooting!

I installed P3DV4.4 again today on a clean Windows 10. Reinstalled also the RXP 650 and 750, using the f1 program and the local key files. It says i have a valid license and installs without warnings or problems. But in the sim the 650 is off and the 750 says the license is invalid, and after a few minutes is stops working. Also reinstalled again using f1 account an reinstalling key files, no luck. I dont have antivirus progam running, no firewall. Installed it in the A2A Bonanza with its normal configurator. What can be the resolution of this problem? I have reinstalled several times before, never had this problem.

I have searched hi and low... I can't find it again, but maybe I am missing something, but I could am sure I had read that one could link the flight plan in the GTN 750 with a GTN 650 install and active on the same aircraft, so I wouldn't have to put in the routes in both. I found the button in System - Setup to CROSSFILL but it's greyed out. Is there some setting or something I'm missing to make this work? Thanks....

Hello friends, I have a P3Dv4.5 and I recently bought a C182 from A2A, and I decided to buy a GPS from RealityXP GTN750 because it was cheaper than F1, but in the option to configure the A2A GPS, it only appears in F1 and not RXP, so I can not get it to work, if it's not inside it, not in it, how can you see it in the image ... how to make it work correctly? Let me add my voice to the Import flight plan problem. Windows 10 64, RealityXP GTN750 v 6.41.1 (software 2.4.13.0) with XPlane 11.11 My problem is not about the flight plan files having the wrong format, it's about not seeing ANY files in the FPLN directory. I put the sample gfp file in the "C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Trainers\GTN\FPLN" folder and then do the sequence Flight Plan | Menu | Catalog | Menu | Import but all I see are "Delete All" and greyed out "Delete Pending". I do not see the "Import" button. I've read all the posts I can find here. I read thru the link for "GTN Flight Plan Import Process ?". I've set an environment variable to GTNS…

Flight Simmers: I've purchased GTN750 and loaded to one of the Carenado plane (PC12). Run the config GTN for PC12 on aircraft folder, execute the sim, load the add-on, execute the process per procedures. All i have is the blank panel for the GTN750 on the VC panel but no display. I can click the panel and the GTN750 Window panel will pop up normally. What am i doing wrong here or is there another configuration step like that F1 GTN configurator which i don't have. thanks, Matsu

I'm usually pretty good at this stuff but can't get the GTNs into the Just Flight Duchess. It seems like they just don't want it in there. Should be as simple as selecting the option for the F1 GTNs and doing the switch using the RXP tool but it doesn't work with this plane for some reason. Anyone else try and succeed? Thanks, LouP

I am a bit confused how to input a flightplan including the approach. Say I want to go from KSEA to KMWH. When I put in GTN750 as flightplan lets say KSEA TAGOR EAT, when I want to load an approach I select KMWH, and then select an approach. But that leaves the airport KMWH also in the plan. Should I then simply delete KMWH from the flightplan?

I purchased the Reality XP GTN 750 add-on in January 2019. I noticed today that an update was available (ver. 2.5.16). I downloaded it and was surprised that I was presented with a "payment screen" that required me to enter my credit card information and that I was charged $49.95 for the update, the same price I paid back in January. Did I do something wrong or does Reality XP charge for updates to programs already purchased (and for which i have the necessary license key)? If I should not have been charged, I'd appreciate knowing how I may obtain a refund for that second charge. Many thanks. William Dallas

Hi Question for RXP GTN750 I used the F1GTN installer for the Carenado S550 with P3DV4 Though after using the RXP Configurator and seeing it now shows up inside the bezel of the F1GTN 750 it appers the DTO and HOME button do not work even after using the fix posted by Bills511 and adding this line below the line with NO_Bezel gauge01=!f1vc,0,0,1,1 Any help is appreciated.
