Not sure if this is the place to ask this, so forgive me if it isn't. Am thinking of getting the Honeycomb Yoke & Throttle, but can't find any info on how long the usb cables are. Also, if they're not long enough for what I need, can they be extended somehow? Any info would be appreciated. Thanx.

Hello all i got a quick question i have an nvidia 2080 super i'm getting bad performance with prepardv4 like 20 fps at airports ,my gpu will stay at base clock 1650 if i go to 4k you think illl make it work harder? my second system runs scenery via wideview that has a 2060 i get good fps it runs at over 1800 i think is something to do with the OC in the super,I love prepard3d so i'm trying to find a solution.. in the other hand MSFS runs like a dream on my system,my system is I7 8700K 32 GIGS OF Memory ssd and 2080 super,,Since my 2060 out peforms my 2080 super in prepard v4 its something to dso with the clock speed or the resolution that is not making it to us…

Without paying for an addon that is. I have FSUIPC and use that for various button assignments. I just can't find that option in P3D, though it can be chosen from the rt-mouse dropdown menu. Thanks in advance

Texas Simulations is proud and excited to announce a new KDFW scenery project for FSX, Prepar3d, and X-Plane! Work has begun on Terminal's B and D, and screenshots will be posted of the buildings once completed! This scenery is designed to be a cheaper, updated alternative to FSDT (FSX/Prepar3d) and Aerosoft (X-Plane)'s DFW sceneries. Sierrasim KSYR and PESIM Biarriz released today for P3D. On FB got updates that Dreamflight Studios are bringing MROC & MDPP new version soon (which will be followed by Biarriz as well 🤪). Hi all: I had msi afterburner displaying gpu percentage and frame rates nicely in p3d v4.1 then it suddenly quit displaying. It shows in the opening load selection menu, but not in the main window while flying. It works fine in other programs also. Any ideas what may be wrong? -stampee

I have already started a topic in the FlyTampa forum, but its like a barren desert over there so I thought my best bet is to get some support here from someone who may have had the same issue I am having currently. I am running P3D V4.5 latest version, Orbx Vector there is no EHAM in the config section for elevation. EHAM is giving me some elevation issues where the aircraft is laying below the addon textures but sat on the default runway underneath. Dear friends, I'm getting frustrated: I unistalled and reinstalled PKSim's Lima and now, I'm having a CTD each time at startup. It always happens between 86 and 100%, so I thought AI traffic (I use Alpha India) might be the culprit. But even without AI Traffic, the CTD persists. No idea what might cause it. Sim is P3Dv4.5 HF2. I have also ORBX South America LC installed there. Any help kindly appreciated! Regards Michael

Hello, I'm seeing light artefacts on the all sides of my 3 windows / monitor (using a 3 screen view group) when flying at night (latest version of P3D v5). My system specs My system 10 Pro 64bit(10.0 build 18363)CPU i9-9900KRAM 32GigsNvidia RTX 2080ti driver 27.21.14.6172 3 TVs + one monitor (3 screens using view group) Any idea how to get ride of those?

Dear Community: I have another question/problem, this time regarding Justsim Düsseldorf EDDLv2. I couldn't find anybody else who has this problem so I decided to ask in this forum. As mentioned in the title Runway 05L/23R is missing. I mean, the scenery is correctly displayed but something must be wrong with the AFCAD. Ai Traffic is only using the other runway and if I'm approaching I'm not able to select this runway on my ATC window. Nevertheless the runway is fully useable. The frequencys are correct, and the runway and all taxiways are displayed as they should. It's a minor problem but still disturbs me in my perfectionism. Has somebody the same problem…

I find this a good Idea to talk about: What should be done/fixed in the next release of P3D? This I posted at LM regarding EA mode: 1) To much Red/Orange sky at dawn and dusk 2) Less grid pattern OR less repetitive clouds (I don´t like to tweak hours and hours within the Volumetriccloud.CFG). 3) Less pixelated clouds (Even with slider set to High I get too much low res pixels) 4) With view moving horizontal shadow line at OC conditions 5) Heaving strong sunlight below thicker OC cloud conditions (especially when you are in the cockpit). Hi I deleted my "wxmapping.bin" can someone upload it?

I bought a new PC about a month ago and installed MSFS 2020 on it. This is after many years of P3D which for me was very stable. I was running Version 3.4 since my old PC wasn't capable of running the 64 bit versions. Anyway MS 2020 looks great when it runs, but CTDs are ending about 20% of my hundred mile or so flights in GA aircraft. Many others are having the same problems with no suggested fixes working. This is on a brand new gaming PC. Now my question is, has anyone tried MS 2020, and gone back to P3D. If so is the scenery in the new version 5 a real letdown after 2020, or has it been improved since version 3.4? I am most likelyu going to be flying only A2A G…

Greetings, I stumbled across a freeware product called GPS 1.8 the other week, and thought it may make a good substitute for the Flight1 GTN750 which is still MIA (AFIK) in P3D V5.1. It is pretty nice, and a HUGE advance over the default GNS 295/400/500 installations in a number of aircraft. Note that it is a pop-up "display only" addition - you cannot modify your flight plan per se, with the exception that "Nearest" actually works now! The display format is outstanding, and chock full of information. Hi all I just got a new computer and purchased Prepar3d V5.1. After installing it into my computer i also installed gsx and pmdg 737-800. Hi guys, Have been messing around with a lot of vr tools today but I didn't find what I was looking for. Just too buggy and complicated, I don't need a fancy desktop viewer. I need a simple scratchpad so that I can write down navigation information while flying in VR. Is there something available for that? Thanks a lot! Jozeff

I'm not sure if anyone is encountering a similar issue with any other addons, but for me, my copy of WSSS by Imaginesim takes way too long to load into. On a fresh install of P3Dv5, with no other addons installed and on default settings, loading up at the airport takes up to 10 minutes with the loading bar frozen at 5-6%. After the sim loads up, I don't encounter any other issue, and everything works fine while running at 50-110fps. Flying into WSSS is also a headache. Everything works completely fine until I start to approach the airport and there are 2 things that could happen: 1) At around 40nm away, when the scenery starts to get loaded into the sim, the sim…

Hi, Just want to say that i discovered the clouds to be moving rapidly faster than v4 and before (i guess) (strong headwind 100 knots) which is quiet amazing . Now it would be cool to have a simular speede when descending through them despite the speed of the wind. Not claiming to be first which i know i am not but just to inform. Michael Moe
