There's a photo floating around that was lifted from the falcon 2000s web page, but people are saying it's from flight. But some fan sites do say that the Falcon 2000s is in flight and announced...Anybody have a release or a link from MSFT that shows that it will be in Flight??

the more I am appreciating it. Let me explain. I still love FSX, but...I'm seeing wonderful scenery with trees that look like trees. Ships (in Pearl Harbor) that look like ships, and other things. I like the way the planes sound and how they increase in speed AND sound when you descend rapidly. I am appreciating the islands of Hawaai in a different way. I see "POTENTIAL". Yes, that's what it is....I see potential. Imagine many more planes, and much more landmass. Hey gang,This one is positively kicking my butt. I can complete the challenge fine, but I just cannot get enough points to even get the lowest award.I see there are a lot of points available for doing it at night, gave that a try, heck no way can I do this one in the dark.I have done some aerobatics, maybe I just need to do more? There when I get through all the hoops in the valley, and have some distance before getting to the hoops just above the runway, I do a few - loops, rolls, hammerhead stalls - still though, I ain't even getting close to getting an award...Any tips would certainly be appreciated!!

I have been flying Flight now for a couple of days, I am a beginner to flight simulators, but have already started to grasp VOR's and ILS with the RV6A. It has been a fun experience so far!However, I'm thinking about the VHF in the Icon. When i select different airports around Hawaii, many of them are transmitting on frequenzies that i can set the VHF in the Icon for. VOR's and ILS does not work and is probably not needed because the Icon has a GPS screen..Now, to my question. The frequenzies i can use from the airports, are any of them transmitting anything?

So yesterday I went ahead and mapped my propellor rpm, and fuel mixture, to a couple of available axis I had on my Cougar throttle.I think I pretty much get the prop rpm, but on the fuel mixture I am curious:Do you just leave it set on auto in the config settings, or do it manually?If done manually, how and when is ideal for adjusting fuel mixture?Thanks for any tips,

After reading about Flight, I was looking forward to trying it out. After playing around with the Icon and Stearman for a few hours on my laptop, I was getting hooked. I ended up buying a new tower computer with the power to run everything at high quality along with Saitek Yoke, throttle and rudder pedals so I could do a complete simulated flight training program.I then bought the Hawaii scenery to get the RV6 to fly as my general trainer. Hello everybody,I still can't figure out how to save my control settings for my Saitek Rudder Pedal. I am starting Flight, I assign Left and Right Toe with my Saitek Rudder Pedal and click on ACCEPT. It's not difficult, I did the same way with all the other Saitek configuration. But somehow Flight won't recognize my settings for left and right toe. As soon as I quit Flight the settings are gone. When I restart Flight Left and Right Toe are EMPTY :(I tried deleting my standard.xml and let Flight create a new one. I delete all other assignment, but nothing helped. Any clues?

Hi Folks,I'm trying to select a button on my Saitek X52 to open and close the Map. I have buttons to open it, but I can't close it without going back to the keyboard. Am I selecting the wrong button?ThanksRoy NH

any idea how to contact MS for support? their FAQ does not help, I need somehow a direct contact. Installed flight and now I can download DLC over and over but they do not install. Well, they do install according to the marketplace. but once in flight they do not show! they just keep telling me to redownload and then nothing happens, applies to both hawaii expansion pack and now also the Maule. Sooo frustrating and annoying!

After reading most of the posts in this forum over the past few days I decided to add my two cents. I’m not really a newcomer I just haven’t been around for several years. I stopped simming about the time that FSX was released. Moved from a PC to a Mac and the only sim available for the Mac was XP which just didn’t do it for me. I have almost all of the civilian flight sims starting with FS4 up thru FS9. The FU series, Pro Pilot, Fly and XP. I even tried Flight Gear. Almost all of my simming has been with small GA aircraft usually the 172. 1) Even the "$100 burger", I can't start. When I enter into "select job", chose the ICON A5, and press the "start mission" button, the 3D-model plane disappears and nothing is started. On the first day i accidentally installed Flight in german language.The voice and text was german but the units as usual in aviation in imperial units like feet ,nautical miles....I deinstalled and reinstalled in english, everything now is in english except the units. Now everything is written kmph, meters and so on.It distracts me because im not used to it in aviation.How to change back?

I have a really bad case of shimmering (mostly from trees in the distance) and VERY blocky shadows (no AA applied to shadows whatsoever.)I have set sharpening to maximum and I have checked the .cfg file to confirm 16x. I'm using an AMD 5970 card with the official 12.1 drivers (without the CAP1) and settings are on application controlled.I have tried forcing AA through the CCC but that did not change anything. Changed 'box' to 'wide effect' and 'edge effect' and did not notice any difference. I just finished the RV landing missions number 4 and 5. Number 4 has absolutely gorgious graphics: it's dusk (or dawn, I didn't pay attention) and the mood and athmosphere is AWESOME! For a moment I was flying towards the sun and I could see scratches and stuff on the window! And the sun wasn't a round light, it was a faded sun!!! And the way the sun shone on the hills in the distance...!!! My goodness... AWESOME!!! Then I did landing mission 5, where you have to descend into and land in extremely dense fog. After spending about four hours of actual game time in Microsoft Flight, I have realized that is it not so bad provided one does not think of it in the same light as Microsoft Flight Simulator. For starters, it is a game pure and simple and does not need to be compared to MSFS, but rather to other games that involve flying, think of it more in terms of Flight Unlimited. It does not and never was supposed to replace MSFS, it is just another flying game, the fact that Microsoft made it does not matter .
