Hi guys/gals, TWO QUESTIONSQuestion 1 Has ANYONE unlocked the red/white/grey paint scheme Maule M7 that we see in so many of the photos of flight? Even in game it's in all the photos of the cargo missions. When do you unlock it? What do you have to do?Question 2On one of the Maule M7 landing challenges (3,4,5?) there is fog that just creeps between the fingers of the mountains, it's like a light morning mist. You have to land in what looks like a crater. My question...which weather scenario is that? Is it one I can select in Free Flight? Right now "dense fog" is MUCH more hardcore IFR than what is in the landing challenge.

Now that many of us have had a chance to experience Flight I thought this would make an interesting subject.Some add-on developers have said that they would no longer be able to make a profit if they had to give up some income to Microsoft. Let's say that in a year MS allowed third party development, but requested a 30% cut from the sale of the content, similar to how the App Store works.As a result, your favorite add-on developers increased their prices to counter that. That means a $70 add on for FSX/FS9 would now cost $100 for Flight. Has anyone had success using voice communications in multiplayer? Occasionally I will hear somone trying to click in with their microphone but it is usually very distorted and only last a second or so. I have tried to communicate and nobody ever respondes to my mic check requests, so I assume my mic does not work.

I've been posting some advice elsewhere about how to lean the mixture, but I hadn't given it a try myself in MS Flight yet. So I just tried to lean the mixture on the RV6. Since there is no EGT gauge I have to listen to the engine. However, when I pull back the mixture, I don't hear nor see a difference until I am at 20%... after which you have a clear drop in sound and mp...Anyone here who managed to actually lean the mixture on the RV6?

Hello all,My name is Dan and in 2007 I became a Multi Comm pilot. I ran out of money before getting my single add on and starting CFI/I.So im a little more than Rusty to say the least and not only will i have to study all the changes to FAR's for the past 5 years but bascally get re aquainted with all things aviation. I own FS2004 and i used it to great effect durring instrument training durring PPL but it was a little bit of a pain in the rear with the controls of the sim not really matching what i needed with the controls of the instruments .Why I am here, is to ask ; Is Flight a game or is it worth trying out . Is it faster to cruise in low level , let`s say 2000 - 3000ft or is it faster high level 15.000ft. For the Maule e.g.I found out that IAS is less, but maybe Groundspeed is more?I know jet aircraft are faster in high altitude, but what about this GA piston planes?

I fell in love to Flight quite easily. I have been playing simulators since that FS with training among skyscrapers and though I am not a HC simmer I still love flying a lot. I am a middle school Science teacher outside of Houston. I have had my PPL for about 5 years. I am just shy of my instrument, but the increasing cost of flying has slowed that progress a bit. So I was perusing through my pilot profile, taking a look at how many hours I have logged, how many crashes, etc.Has anyone noticed, there is a category for " times around planet" ?Does that not seem to indicate at some point they plan to have the whole globe modeled or am I reading this wrong?

Also in Flight (as in FSX) i see the issue of suddenly appearing trees (called popping?) when flying above Hawaii.I think i run a very powerful system. I have never flown a Maule in real life, but Cessnas 172 , 182, Cherokees,Ultralights, Sport light planes and twins engine planes.In Flight the Maule Its a beautifull plane, but needs fixing.Stall: The stall warning should warn you about an upcoming stall about 8 to 10kts before the stall, in Flight you get the warning just when you stall, so at the end is not a stall warning, is just a confirmation of a stall.Also the stall is very abrupt and steep , I hope is not like that in the real MauleFlaps, all planes get lift with the every notches of flaps and lift up when applied, in in the Maule in Flight is the opposite, every notch, you loose lift and need to trim up.Also th…

Im somewhat a newbee when it comes to flight sim games. My problem has been with gaining altitute without stalling. I know how to control it most the time its just with a certain challege more than anything. The one where u are in a canyon going through rings. the last 2 or 3 rings I keep stalling. Cant figure out how to control my altitude in that tight spot I guess. Should I bring the nose strait down then when it gets speed try to slowely gain altitute back using trim? It doesnt seem like the best method for a challege like this. Feels like Im missing a technique here.

I have the RV-6 but not the Maule, although i'll probably cave and get it. Just wondering which is everyones favorite and why?

I installed it, logged to xbox live, got the stearman and P51 but, when I play the game, the only thing I can do is flying the default plane through the balloons, and landing.No map view, no change aircraft. The menu pops with the Map and the Mission options grayed.Probably I missed some detail in the installation but I could not figure what.I kindly ask you, fellows, some help.Thanks a lot.Jasprudente. undefined
