I would like to experience this game once again but now on maxed out settings in some ridiculous 8K upscaled resolution. 😄 

When loading up Flight with the Hawaiian Adventure Pack downloaded, the full Hawaii map will be unlocked, which is great. The Challenges added by the DLC under the Activities menu also work.

What doesn't work is the Missions and the Jobs (specifically Clandestine Cargo) added by the DLC. When I load up a Mission like "RV-6A Checkout" it will spawn me in Free Flight walking around on the tarmac in first-person mode without a plane around. The tutorial missions in the base game like "Wedding Party" load fine, it's just the DLC missions that are broken. It's extra weird that the expanded map is loading fine, but the Missions are what's broken.

Has anyone run into this problem or have any ideas on how to fix it?

The 1st is, you know it, LIVE. None of the solutions I found in the internet worked for me. The Microsoft page where you could "buy" the free game and get the key, no longer exists. Keys like "xxxxx-.." don't work (as well as keys related to someone's profiles w/o their profiles). And I cannot use the toolkit as it requires .net framework 4, which refuses to install on my system (I have no idea why, I tried dotnet repair tools, but all in vain). So, while I have all DLC,, Alaska, most of the islands and Steaman are unavailable for me.

The 2ns issue is "Checkride in RV" mission.  I have the plane in my hangar and can free fly it, but when I start this mission, I am on my feet w/o a plane in an empty airport.I can walk and run, and that's all/

Any suggestions?

I have the following problem, Microsoft Flight 2012 won't install.

I have downloaded the following file: gfwlivesetup_4d5308d2e0000001_DIR.exe, i can run it but at a certain point it has "netwerk issues" and the install fails with error code 0x800c0008. 

I know that the game servers are down but i would really like to play it, just so you know i use windows 10.

I'm going to upgrade my win10 32bit to win 10 64bit, to have more memory for use in my computer, my mother board and processor is compatible and will allow that.

Doing so, I will have to do a clean install, so i'm going to lose my Flight! installation.

Does anyone know, am I still being able to download and retrieve Flight! main program and my bought content (all exept Mustang) and install them?

The program and content is mainly from Microsoft GWFL, exept Hawaii and two planes, which are from steam.

So please post your enabled Xlive DLC folder in a OneDrive location. I think it could work if I use FTKit nonGFWL mode.

had MGM’s 2020 since October 2020. With no problems .however the rudder on many planes is moving to the left on many planes in the game 

it happens shortly after take off and require the joystick to be twisted to the right to keep it straight 

 tried new joystick and calibration no joy reloaded game but still happening

Here is video i'm recorded 

- Just close the website and SQL database down.  That means unless we have somewhere else to host the addon files, there won't be any way to download them.  I would probably need to update the Toolkit to allow it to work without the server and possibly hard code in some of the data.
- Keep the website up, move it to new hosting, but don't bother with the SQL database.  The addons could still be hosted on the website, and downloaded, but i would need to move the data in the database to be hard coded, or most likely just put it into some files on the website, so they can still be updated.  I think the only thing that really breaks is the ability to add aerocaches, but no one has done that in a while as far as I know.

I suppose one other option would be to just shutdown and the Toolkit may not function at all any more.  Or at least certain things like aerocaches probably won't work.

Been a long time since I've used MS Flight. The problem is I cannot get past the old GFWL sign in that pops down after you press any key on the opening screen . I know that it can be played offline but for the life of me I can't start it.

So I did the 1^st introduction hunt (which is Aerocach #56) then went after #1 (Waipoo Falls)

I’m curious, has anyone else experience this.

Also I have selected an Aerocach (#8 Protected Crescent as an example) and the sensor shows, but the Aerocach does not, yet I go to free flight and the Aerocach will show up, and there’s been more like this???

Would be cool to have an airliner like a Dash-8 for Flight to do longer distance flights.

Any ideas how I can get these items to show up. It's been a very long time and the announcement of the NEW MFS made me want to try it again just for the heck of it.

It's been 6 years since Flight was cancelled, right? I still remember like it was yesterday when I desperately tried hundreds of times to activate game without knowing it's dead. Xbox Live Store was still active back then but Flight and GFWL where closed little bit earlier I guess, but it doesn't even matter now.

Then I discovered Flight Toolkit, it was long time ago as well, I found it when 1st or 2nd version where actual. I remember that I even reported problem with Aerocaches preview pictures, that was fixed almost immediately so kinda thanks to my report everyone could see little pictures of where are Aerocaches placed, I would also like to say thanks to Stonelance, sry I am not 100% sure but I think Flight Toolkit it's made by him and without him no one would have access to full content of this game still today. Thank you so much sir!

Now, I have just few questions if you guys would like to help me.

1.Is still by any chance possible to ask someone to generate Flight Product Codes so at least this Avsim community can make Multiplayer parties, do challanges, hunt Aerocaches together... or Flight, Flight's servers and GFWL are 100% dead and there is no way to bring this game to life ever again or play MP still today? 😞 This is surely best Flight sim game ever, for me at least, I am not really into extreme simulation with huge planes taking passengers across the world, we already have X-plane, FSX, Prepar3d... but MS Flight was a little masterpeace (in my opinion) where you could fly across beautiful scenery (Hawaii is just gorgeous place for flight sim, Alaska is great too!), with simple but very detailed planes together with friends doing jobs or Aerocache hunt. Flight have great music, effects, weather, even have option to get out of plane and walk free arround plane, to houses, to beach where you saved lost kayaker and many more locations. It's super relaxing game so you can set your mind free for hours basicaly relaxing to this game, personally with FSX or X-plane and other extreme simulated games I just feel intense, it's hard game, it wants your attention all the time like you are flying real plane and people behind you, but Flight is just amazing!

2.About Aerocaches connected to Flight Toolkit, can I somehow delete those Aerocaches that are displayed when Toolkit active? I noticed some bizarre ones like Shanghai Aerocache and many more of them I forgot names, don't get me wrong, it's great because you guys are making Aerocaches for this game, I really support that but 1st I would like to finish all of stock Aerocaches that Hawaii and Alaska have and then I will definitelly activate other ones, as well as other Add-ons from Toolkit so I can continue playing game with content you guys made, but 1st I would as I said like to know how I can disable them, for limited time.

3."Show Pending Aerocaches", what is that? Can someome tell me more about them?

That's all I have to ask for now, eventually I will post more questions and thanks in advance to anyone who reply to me here and tell me what you guys think about this game now in 2018. Do you still play it, do you miss this game, what you think about Dovetail's FSW which is dead as well, right? I was so hyped about their game, I thought our old MS Flight was about to get reborn, but nothing similar like this game haven't happend for 6 years already. 😞

I'm new on this (old) forum and I hope I'll find answer to my problem.

I recently download Microsoft Flight and I would fly to alaska, the rest of the islands of hawai and play with the other airplanes. So I download Flight Toolkit here http://flighttoolkit.com/

Howewer, only the Pt-17 Stearman and the Icon A5 appear on the hangar. I cannot fly to Alaska. A message appear "Soon available". 

I tried to re-install Flytoolkit 3 times, using different versions.

Where's the problem ? Maybe it's too old and cannot be used now...

I mostly use the Official GFWL-mode in Flight. Every time I start Flight I am notified of every achievement I have and it's getting a bit annoying.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this, of course without losing my achievements?
