PMDG 737 NG (Legacy Version)

Hi,I have downloaded since months now, the PMDG 737-600/700 from PMDG site. In the beginning I was flying with dual screens. In the left screen I had the main cockpit, or the zoomed cockpit, depending on the flight, and in the right one FS navigator, radio stack, etc..... No problem till then.Recently I purchase TH2GO and have installed 4 screens in total. My aim was to have three screens for the virtual cockpit and one for the overhead panel. I indeed setup with success the TH2GO and everything was ready to begin flying when I realised the following:1) When I tried to insert the overhead panel, FS collapsed!!! Back in the days of me using FS9 I purchased the 738/9 series on boxed CD from GAME in the UK and obviously I don't expect this software to work out the box in FSX so is there a patch/upgrade to get it to work seamlessly in FSX?I would really love to fly this bird again.ThanksDaniel Hill

hii have the pmdg 737ng. and all of the models on the 737 have blurry mcp gauges. ex- fl 18000 looks like 10000 all the zeros are filled in they are solid zeros coloured in with the colour of the mcp gauge color that i have selected.i also have the 747 but there is no problem with any of the mcp gaugesi have looked around on this subject and have found similare problems but no resoultionscould i be missing a font?here is the list of fonts in have in my fs2004 font directoryarialnb.ttffarialnbi.ttffglassga.ttffmaian.ttffmaiandb.ttffMD11DU.ttffMD11FMS.ttffmsgothic.ttcffnwgthc.ttffquartz.ttffarialn.ttffany suggestionsRegardsAdam Hubert

:( N45W130, N41W135, N36W140, and N31W145.No matter how I try to enter these coordinates into the FMC, I get a not in database message. Everything else (waypoints, routes, SIDS, STARS, airports, and etc.) I can program. I have thelatest data from Navigraph.Any help would be appreciated.Joe

Hey everyoneIm writing this message on behalf of a friend of mine."The following problem has occured to me: Im inboud at CLE for runway 25R and everything is running smoothly, the plane is descending to 4000ft and also holds this attitude (as it should). After that, my indicator tells me that I should start descending yet my plane doesn't do so. On other ILS approaches at different runway it doesnt matter if my altimeter is set on 5000ft. I've logged about 3000 hours on the 737 and this problem has never occured to me before"Any advice on how to solve this problem is greatly appriciated.

Hi I have come accross a bug with my 600/700 setup, both series have a cold & dark flightdeck on the 2D view even tho the engines are running, and if i then click on the overhead panel button the bottom half of my screen goes blank,I updated the FSUIPC as noted in the PMDG Support page thinking this would help and the issue still stands, what can i do to fix this?Thanks

I apologize if this issue has been discussed before; I did a quick forum search but did not find anything.I have the following problem with the PMDG 737NG (all series): I can't seem to be able to keep the plane on a straight trajectory on the runway. Very often it pulls to one side (mostly to left but not always!!) and regardless of how much I try to correct the plane still pulls to one side. I've also noticed that this usually does not happen when I choose to begin a flight from the active runway (rather than from a gate or parking slot). I've been out of simming for a few years, and am jumping back in, I loaded my PMDG 737 back up, and am missing a file that I remember was out there, it was a texture upgrade or something like that? If memory serves me, it cleaned up the cockpit view, got rid of those documents lying around in the right side view, and cleaned up the windows, adding a type of glare to the inside, or a reflection, again, sorry if I sound lost, but I kinda am, I checked PMDG website, and nothing was there, I'd know it if I seen it though.Anyone know what I am talking about, or know where I need to look?Thanks!Miklos

I just have a quick question: is the overhead panel supposed to be moduled in the 737-600/700 series. I just saw a video on youtube of a pmdg 737 and all the overhead panel dials and switches are accessible in the virtual cockpit view. On mine i can't. Why?Regards

I've searched for an answer to this but couldn't find it so here goes: I've recently gon back to flying the PMDG 737-800 in FS9. Everything works just great except the a/c taxis at about 40 kts even with the throttle closed. If I hit F1, N1 goes down to approx 25% and the a/c will stop with the throttles closed. If I even up the throttle a bit, the a/c goes back to 40 kts. I have to drag my toe brakes to hold the speed down.I remember that the NG is supposed to taxi with the throttles closed so some toe brake is required but the difference between 15 kts and 40 is substantial. Any help will be much appreciated.Thanks

Hey guys,Recently purchased the 737 NG 600/700. Even though it's old, I needed a good 737 to add to the hangar and was interested in learning a new aircraft. During flight, part of my overhead freezes, I am unable to click on lights, part of the electrical system, etc. Other things on the overhead are clickable but most aren't. Everything on the overhead works fine until the plane is in the air. I run a home cockpit setup with the outside view on a projector and the main panel on a regular screen. Hope this can be easily resolved. Thanks again!Reed

HiI'm curious. I'm on ILS approach. I armed APP mode (APP p/b light ON) and on FMA, VOR LOC and GS in white.This is normal.Now, is it normal that after LOC and GS captured (in green on FMA), APP p/b light on MCP goes OFF???This happens to me.ThanksEdin

I just purchase the FS 9 737NG 600-700. The first issue is a rather a serious one. I tried to fly my first flight last after I installed it. Initially after takeoff, the aircraft oscillate between -1400 to +1400 fpm vertical speed. After a few minutes, it pitched nose up and attained a 90 degree pitch up. Needless to say, it's unflyable in that attitude.The second is more of an annoyance. The fonts on the MCP are almost unreadable. The "4" looks like a "9", the "0" appear to be square blocks, etc. Do I need to install a different font? Is it screen resolution, on a setup step I'm missing.Thanks for any help you can provide.Jim Angel

Gentlemen,I am sure you guys are hard at work on the 737 NG 2.0. I was wondering if you might consider adding a repaint of the Boeing P-8A Poseidon from the US Air Force. I realize that their are some model differences like raked wingtips. I throughly enjoy the VC-25 paint for the 744F that simulated Air Force 1 even though there were model differences. Thanks and eagerly waiting.

I hope that with the new 737 coming out, that the fine folk at PMDG consider making a BBJ version as well, with the extra fuel capacity :)

Hey,Whilst browsing the PMDG site, I came across this - I noticed that it had an Integrated Standby Flight Display which the current 737NG does not have. I'll go back to my sad corner now! :(
