i am unable to get into "mod rte legs" page in fmc 

i am running pmdg 737ng addon on ms fs2004 software

or is that something that's only allowed on the ngx??

I've installed 737-600/700/800/900 with model update.

I have a panel state issue upon initial load into FS9 with all liveries. Everything works fine except for the logo light not working. i.e. The tail logo doesn't light up.

However, if I load the default 737-700 cold and dark flight from select a flight, go through the checklists to power up using either APU or Ground Power; this then fixes the issue of the logo light not working, including on all liveries (i.e. without exiting FS9, creating a new flight).

Is there a way for me to save the panel state for the 737? Thank you in advance for any help on this.

Found out that you cannot save the panel state for the 737 series. PMDG Source. So I've found a temporary solution for myself. I'll write it here for others if they have this issue and want to resolve it too ...

1) Load FS9

2) Choose "Select a Flight"

3) In the list choose PMDG > 737-700 cold and dark

4) Once the flight has loaded (the aircraft will be in a default cold and dark state) ...

Press the alt key > World > Go to Airport ... load an airport you want to start at usually (call it your home airport) ... don't bother changing the time once you are at your home airport in a cold and dark state (as you will probably always change this anyway).

5) Once loaded at your home airport, go through the checklist in the aircraft to a panel state you are comfortable with in starting at in every flight; i.e. a panel state where you are at a point in the checklist you are comfortable at starting at for every flight you do.

For me I went through the checklist up until FMC entries prior to PUSHBACK & START. However I have to change or update the following:

a. OVHD > Set cruise altitude and destination airport elevation
b. OVHD > Fuel pumps check (dependant on fuel load)
c. OVHD > Start APU or select Ground Power (checking of electrical systems)
d. OVHD > APU bleed switch ON/OFF (for starting engines)
e. OVHD > double check YAW is set to ON
e. MCP > Course, Heading (runway), initial ATC altitude cleared to, VNAV, LNAV, double check AUTOBRAKE setting RTO, initial Speed, Flight Director ON etc ...
f. Then continue checklist's from FMC entries, then PUSHBACK and Engine Start.

6) Save the flight (press alt key > Flight > Save as ... Name it PMDG 737 Custom start > tick the box "make default flight".

7) Now everytime you load FS9 to do a flight, it will load the above default state for the PMDG 737.

Once FS9 has loaded, you MUST click Fly Now so it loads the flight above.

Once loaded, you can then create a new flight as you would normally, noting that you have to start from the following checklist (as mentioned in step 5 above).

I have the aircraft Boeing 737 NG installed with FS 2004.

The FMC-Database works with AIRAC CIRCLE "0411". In this database the airport "EDDL" with SID/STARS does not exist.

I'd like to operate the aircraftcraft  with the book "PMDG-YOU HAVE CONTROL" of Tim Rommen. This tutorial is based on AIRAC CIRCLE "0711".

1. How can I get the data of EDDL into the database of FMC?

2. Wherefrom can I maybe receive AIRACCircle "0711", which works with the book mentioned above?

I fly with the 737-800 on FS9 (old version) and the problem is when i try to make an ILS-approach, the plane stays on the right hand side of the runway and the localiser-dot stays on the left hand side instead in the middle when the autopilot is still not disengaged. What can i do to resolf this problem and really land the airplane? Here you can see an impression of the problem:

A few days ago I have installed the PMDG B737-600NG in my FS9 system, and I added the Brussels Airlines version as well.

I have seen, I know, many postings exist already here about opening doors, and also about extending and retracting the airstair. I've think especially with the stairs it does not Always work wel....

The doors, that is no problem in my FS9 system. They work well with Sift + E ( and number 2 also )

But, I've changed the assignements for the stairs to Ctrl + F10 to extend, and Ctrl + F9 for retracting. None works!...

Is there somewhere a clear explanation for how to make the stairs work? With sureness?

I do not really know whether or not I am in the right place here.  I do not own any PMDG products at all. I further do not know if the request to follow is even legal but....

I am very much aware that PMDG no longer sells or distributes the 737 for FS2004 but I was wondering if it I am able to buy a copy from someone who is no longer using it.  I would also like to "inherit"  the reinstallation/download rights as I live in Indonesia and constant power cuts have an incredible impact on my Win 7 OS and all my flight sim programmes (I have to do full reinstalls at least 3 times a year and sometimes on a monthly basis (during the wet season))

Again, I have no idea if this is a reasonable and/or legal request but if anyone can help me, please give me a price for the product.

I sincerely apologise if I have stood on anyones toes or if I have upset anybody here.  This is/was not my intention.  Further apologies if I am in the wrong place for this topic.

I've recently uninstalled pmdg 737 for fs9 as flight deck wasn't showing correctly. When I've come to re download it, an error message pops up saying fs needs to be updated to 9.1. When I look, I have already updated it so not sure why it won't download!

Any ideas?

Stuck at Cairo this afternoon and absolutely swelteringly hot.

One of those times when One wishes One could pull the trigger switch and slide back the cockpit window and feel the breeze.

Any particular reason you didn't model it? 

When using the -700 panel.vc there is a Baltimore Approach plate that displays in the VC cockpit of either the -600 or the -700.  There is a bitmap in each texture folder that includes instructions on how to change the approach plate by creating a new bitmap image.

Although there is also an approach plate bitmap (with instructions on how to change the plate) in the -800 and -900 texture folders, the approach plate never displays in the either VC cockpit when panel.vc is selected as the active panel.  Only a clipboard where the approach plate would be clipped.

I know it's an old bird and support is no longer active for it, but I'm curious if anyone has working approach plates visible in the -800 or -900 aircraft?

2.opening doors with FMC- is it possible? or is it only  for the NGX one

Can anyone say why, when I load a PMDG 737 a/c, most of my FS9 keyboard commands don't work? 'P' no longer pauses or unpauses the sim, 'S' no longer scrolls through the views and so on -  the sim is to all intents and purposes locked up. If I load a different plane, FS9 or 3rd. party (eg. a PSS Airbus), the keyboard works as normal. Try the 737 again, and the problem returns.

Does anyone know if the FS9 PMDG 737NGs install OK in Windows 10,via the CD-ROMs?

Thanks for any input on this over the next month or two, as many people (presumably) migrate to Win10.

I'have a problem with loading the airac database in fs2004 (PMDG 737 ng)

When I start fs9 and select the pmdg 737 aircraft, loading the airac database takes a long time!

I hope there is an solution for this problem.

I have been merging the PMDG panel into my other 3rd. party 737NGs and so far everything works fine.

However, I tend to get the green "CG not within tolerance.. Aircraft unflyable" notice" on the screen when I start the take-off roll with some aircraft. The CG shows fine in the Fuel & payload window and in practice the a/c taxis, takes off and flies just fine - no handling problems at all.

So, how do I turn off this warning? I don't see anything in PMDG options. I can right-click the 'banner' and choose 'close this window', but I'd prefer not to see it at all, at least for the time being. Is this possible somehow?

I don't use FsP by the way...

I suddenly have a problem with the panel night lighting - the panel bitmap itself doesn't change (from the daytime grey) with the rest of the panel. A picture paints a thousand words:
