Hi: I need some help please with my flight sim set-up. I have 3 monitors arranged in an upside down tri angle configuration. I use the two upper monitors for navigraph, browsing the net, etc., while the main lower monitor is for the sim. I'm running into an issue though when using the keyboard and mouse Sometimes, when I type in the browser or mouse click on something on the upper monitors, the sim will take it as a command. hello folks! noob here. i have a cockpit mockup (old sit-down video game) that i'm interested in tricking out with real micro monitors. I haven't done anything with this yet as i still need to get a pc, triple monitors, etc. but i'm interested in replacing the fake backlit gauges with real monitors that tie into the software (whatever that may be). I hope it isn't but I'm a bit puzzled by this. Yesterday, twice w/ a reboot in between, took off from EHAM to EDDM in the FBW320nx. All was well on the ground and after TO up to cruise or so, then severe spikes in CPU load started to happen, and kept happening, such that I had to abort the flight. Of note, I'm only running at 30FPS x 2 w/ FG, to 60FPS. So on the ground and until this aberration ensued, main thread was easily coping, and CPU temp was at around 48-50C, which corroborates its low workload. If you have the above configuration, you're flying on the main display with frame generation enabled, and move your mouse over to click on something on the 2nd display connected to mainboard graphics, do you get a significant reduction in frame rate on the main display when frame generation is enabled? And perhaps much more importantly, do you get any graphic artifacts, judders etc on the main display when you move the mouse back to the main display and click on something? My trusty old LG 27" IPS FHD monitor has come to the end of its life and cannot be repaired. I will now have to buy a new one. Ideally, I would like a QHD 27" monitor (my card is a GTX 1080) but looking at prices, they are roughly twice the price of FHD monitors and frankly I don't want to spend extra money that I don't have. I have been quite happy with FHD for the last 6 years, so my question is, what would be the best FHD to buy for Prepar3d, at the budget to mid range level? Hi, Been having issues with all of Nvidia Game ready drivers lately, They all seem to give my center computer/monitor a black screen after a while (have to press windows key on keyboard to get screen back) and then I lose half my frame rates. Do the studio drivers have Geforce experience so I can add tint and bloom into the mix of XP12?? Thanks

Sorry for the long title. My gaming laptop so far is more than able to run MSFS with medium and high settings (using Frame Generation+DLSS). But my laptop screen is only 15"6 inch wide. Been researching a bit and it is possible to make use an external monitor as the main one and set the laptop monitor to off. Some say it even increases FPS (although that's not my objective). Please kindly share your thoughts and experience (or experiment) so I can decide empirically that this is might be a good (and cheap) idea to add immersion I thank you beforehand

I would like to setup 3 x 32inch monitors; would it be better to use Matrox triple head, in stead of connecting directly to GPU ? with 2080 GPU my FPS drop was high, now i have RTX3090, but the triplehead could reduce the FPS drop as it behaves as 1 screen ? or not ?

Ok, probably a silly question. How would an image quality compare between HD monitor at 1920x1080 and 4K monitor with resolution set to 1920x1080 (in MSFS for example)? Would it be the same or would the 1920x1080 look worse or better on 4K?

Since I am using a 4090 card, I waned to upgrade my current 40" 60 Hz monitor to a 50" 120 Hz one. I was hard finding a 50" 120 Hz TV for under $1000. But I finally found a LG QNED 50" open box/new for $450 at BestBuy. So I pulled the plug and bought. I have been getting around 120 fps and was wondering if a 60 z TV has hurting me. I really can't tell the difference yet, but it looks amazing. I like how big the gauges as now - almost real sized while not having to zoom in. I always thought the bigger the TV, the less frame rates you'd get, but that is not the issue. I took the 40" HDTV and made it my main monitor on my non Flight Sim computer.

Hi All, I'm currently running six screens off my 4090 and two motherboard display outputs. I use the 4090's three display ports for the main MSFS displays and the other three displays for other various things. I'd like to add another couple of touch screens and purchased a USB C to display port adapter in the hope I could get another couple of screens through USB-C connection but alas it didn't work (perhaps because I'm already using the two motherboard graphics ports). Goodmorning. Merry Christmas. I need some advice. I can't decide between the 4080 and 7900 XTX for my new build. The 4080 is 200 euro more, but need some more psu power too. I'm going to use my QLED 75 inch 4K. So i'm a bit worried about the VRAM. Although I play also other games where raytracing is better and the 4080 is more power efficient. I'm pairing it with a 7800X3D. Already ordered the 4080, but it hasn't shipped yet so I can still swap it for the 7900 XTX. Thanks

I am limiting this to 1440p (2K) monitors, since it's what I use. My opinions: 1 a 16x9 aspect monitor in size 34", 2560x1440 gives too narrow of a view. 2 a 21x9 aspect monitor size 32", 3440x1440 gives a better angle but the vertical size of the screen is too short, less than 17". 3) Combining two 34" 16x9 into 32x9 aspect will give 5120x1440which is too wide because MSFS will elongate (distort) the images at the edge of the screen quite a lot. But the large image is breathtaking. 4) Combining two 32" 16x9 and then shrinking (dragging with mouse) the MSFS image to be about only 2/3 of the way across the combined screen will give much less disto…
