Can you switch between 25KHz and 8.33KHz COM radio spacing with the G1000NXi? If not, can you do that with the real world G1000? Just curious. Thx, Al

Via Orbx central. Couldn't find a change log but it's certainly sorted out the excessive trim sensitivity and skating on the ground. Also seems a bit slower, which I assume is prototypical. Much nicer to fly now.

I know EOL is a good few years away but what happens when Microsoft shutdown the servers? Will we be able to continue to play the game ? I want to buy lots of addons but am worried that one day I may not be able to play this game anymore? im hoping we can still play it even if the photogrammetry is not available but as MSFS is an app, will it even load?

All cockpit views are in a continuous yaw to the right (not the aircraft, just the views). This is very disconcerting - it's almost to the point that I cannot fly. If I leave the view alone, within a matter of a few minutes I'm looking over the panel at a 45 degree angle. A few minutes later, I'm looking out the right side of the aircraft. If I tap in a view key combination (built-in or custom) the view immediately resets, but continues to pan right (this is very slow but continuous). ORBX has just released Voltana. https://volanta.app/premium/ Seems interessting, especially auto-safe feature and time sync. I didn't know that this bug has been a issue in the MSFS either, I remember that we had this issue back then in FSX.

I can't figure out how to access the flying eye hospital. I've downloaded the plane, and I do realize that it can't be flown. You just tour the inside of the aircraft while it's on the ground. But I can't even figure that out. When I select the plane and departure airport, it won't give me the option to click the FLY button and move forward in the loading process. Again, I know the plane can't be flown. So how do you tour the inside of the plane?

Taxi ribbons are another setting that don't save. Anyone happen know where these kinds of options are stored? I love this sim but all these config files remind me of FSX.

Flying From Stewart BC to Bella Cola BC with live weather in the Carenado Seneca and the cloud views are amazing. I take several shots during each flight (each is a masterpiece IMO) but have yet to publish them on the cloud. (any suggestions) Anyway I'm totally happy with this sim as many of you are and just wanted to share. Who needs to pay RL AvGas prices when you have MSFS? Regards bs

Just in case you guys missed it, Digital Design released Sochi yesterday. They did the entire city from what I can tell. It's a masterpiece. Performs really good. It's going to a favorite destination. Extremely scenic. Split from ORBX is very well done also. Even if you have the other version.

I usually don't taxi the DC6 with external view, but was surprised to see that when Missed the turn on the taxiway and ran over the grass, it the wheels kicked up a plume of dirt-dust. Is this something new, or have I just noticed it now?

I have Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals. I notice the rudder on a the Cessna jerks around and upon looking at in external view, I can see the rudder flapping back and forth when I depress on side or the other. It's like it's unhinged. I have played extensively with "sensitivity" but it has no effect on this issue. Is anyone else seeing this loose rudder behavior?

I have finally managed to get all my addons installed and working with this app. But would love to hear how others are using the apps to keep things neatly organized. How are you dividing your addons, what categories and/or tags do you use. I'm trying to get more creative and find more useful ways to keep things neatly organized. Sorry I posted this in the CTD forum but that might be for older sims only. can someone tell me how to assign a" translate eyepoint command" for up and down to my x52. I see a "translate left and right command" but no" translate down". In the old fsx it was called something like "move eyepoint" now its something like , translate left or right or up but i dont see the down. I assigned these commands to buttons on the x52, specifically the second upper hat swtich. ...maybe im missing something simple but i cannot find that simple command in the list. im sure others here will be able to assist thank you. What are the most interesting programs to capture MSFS videos in the at the moment? Is there an option where MSFS records something itself?

Maybe it's a stupid question but I will take the risk to ask it publicly 🙂 Why sometimes does the ATC assign a non-precision approach to a runway served by ILS? I would always use the ILS when available, it's just more precise and reduces the workload of the pilots (= safer). Does it happen in real life too, or is it a FS bug? Also, Nice (LFMN) approach is still a mess, with the ATC forcing you to fly 12,000 ft over the water and overshooting the runway, but this is another topic (for a thread that I will NOT open again). Landing at Edinburgh, Scotland, I noticed all the jetways connecting to nothing, just standing isolated. The terminal buildings were missing. Is this a known issue after SU5 or do I have some issue with a mod perhaps? Any ideas or confirmation that this is a MSFS bug and not just me appreciated.

Hi Folks. My friend and I are having an issue with a group flight. When I set up the group and he joins I can see the whole VFR flight plan in the G1000 map display but he only sees a direct line from departure to destination. When he sets up the group flight and I join it is the same, only he sees the whole plan and I see a direct magenta line. We make the plan in LNM (Little Nav Map) and then export it into FS2020. On the World Map screen we see the plan but it has a zigzag line added to it. The Nav Log window shows the correct route with the correct waypoints. Is there an issue with group flight only allowing the lead person to see the whole plan in the…

As of this morning I have no freelock response to my right-click (hold) on my mouse. I am unable to change my view in the cockpit or externally. Any ideas?
