I started the same thread on MSFS forums and probably I’m not objective here coming from Warsaw, Poland myself, but I wonder how big the community of flight simmers interested in exploring this part of EU is. I mean especially Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, I can imagine this could be done as one update, and then later on (or earlier) - the Balkans, as a separate region too. I’ve been flying a lot on Vatsim all over Europe and judging just by the number of simmers taking off and landing in EPWA, LKPR, LHBP, as well as by the overall representation of online ATC in these regions I feel quite confident the community here is pretty extensive. Cities like Prague, Warsaw,…

Stumbled across this app while browsing msfs youtube videos. A virtual tablet at a fraction of the cost of a real tablet. Runs from within MSFS and be called up using the in-game panel or a shortcut key (default is V) Does a bunch of cool things you'd expect an addon like this to do: - map, map filters, weather, airports, etc. Allows upload of pdfs for inflight viewing - charts, manuals, etc. Requires setting up two api keys for Bing maps and weather - the website provides detailled instructions on how to do this. No impact on framerates. Thumbs up from me! Link to the addon: https://sky4sim.com/sky4sim-pad/ Re…

Has anyone here purchased and flown the PMDG DC-6? I have a serious craving for this aircraft but wanted some experienced opinions before I purchase it...I have never paid as much for any simulator add-on and sure would appreciate any advice given! Thanks... Steve

This WU is great, went flying around Ayers Rock in the early morning fog this afternoon (EST) and there were a lot of other planes trying to find the Rock, one can briefly be seen in this video from my Twin Otter. This was just shot with an iPhone shooting the screen, so not the best quality. I just love the way it looks though. Pretty spooky. I will have to check the rock again in better WX. My guess is it is great to get a bit of rain at the rock.

Hello everyone, everything good? I want to move MSFS to another SSD and I would like to know if I can save my joystick, hotkeys and camera settings to use in the new installation, without having to configure everything again. If possible, could someone tell me how? Thanks!

Hi all, if anyone is familiar w/the flight training instrument section, the ILS approach one, where right after landing, or just before, the instructor yells "watch out" & the lesson ends; I read online in the past others experienced this apparent glitch also, but what I'm surprised about is that with the new update the other day, this was not addressed, just curious if anyone knows why or if maybe I'm doing something wrong? Thanks, Anthony.

Is it just me? There used to tablet of sorts on the front of the yoke in Carenado aircraft that allowed you to select cold and dark, ready for taxi, ready for flight. I can’t find it at all now???

I can't set a cargo weight in the FBW A320. As per FBW documentation, I should be able to set an amout for CARGO manually: "Once the above weights are accounted for you can input remaining weight (cargo weight) in a X.X format denoting metric tonnes." Tried to fill in "1.5" and "1500" but both options don't work and I've already tried opening the cargo door via EFB too. I do not use simBrief but I enter values manually. This works for PAX numbers but not for cargo weights. Using 0.7.4 stable version. Even if I set a PAX number like in the second screenshot, CARGO remains greyed out. Any hints for me what I'm doing wrong?

Hi fellow flight simmers, I need control setting recommendations for my T Flight Hotas controller in FS2020. I usually fly the Cessna 172 because that's the plane I flew in real life years ago. But it just doesn't feel right to me, its kind of sloppy and loose and not what I want. I don't have that problem when Flying XPlane 11 with my old AV8R01 joystick as it feels more realistic in that Flight Sim than FS2020 does. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks

Take a look at this shot taking off to the north out of L45 in California. I think the PG must be getting better. I've seen many places where the PG objects were just colored blobs on the ground but here you can see pick-up trucks and vans and panel vans. There are houses and mobile homes and travel trailers. Even the fences aren't half bad. There looks to be some concrete mixers across the street maybe? They're definitely doing something with trees...not sure I like it but its better than green squares. Anyway, I remember what FSX or P3D could do with autogen and even how Orbx tried to make things better with "TrueEarth' but this is miles better imo and covers…

Computer software usually comes easy to me...but I'm just not finding this app intuitive. Can someone help me figure out how to make different categories for my 400+ community addons? Which buttons do I need to press? Addons Linker help by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr

Amazing as it transformed the appearance of my ultra wide HiDef monitor. Grace as it was freely given to me. Been bummed out recently with the grainy appearance of my hidef simulator. (3440x1440 mostly Ultra). Was very distracting because it was not always that way. So I googled (grace part) grainy MSFS 2020 and the common answer was set sharpen and film grain to zero in the usercfg.opt and set it to read only to prevent sim resetting. I did (amazing part) and the results were transformational on my system. Give it a try. This only takes a second and you can put it right back if you don’t like it -B

I have been considering the purchase of several of the "Night "Enhancement" packs available on the Marketplace. Has anyone had any experience with any of them and what are your opinions? Some of them look spectacular. Any advice appreciated!

Flying right now from YJUK to YPTJ in the red desert of Australia at 4500 feet (nasty cumulus all around me from about 5000 feet up). The tail wind is an impressive 44 knots from the East. Does it sound realistic to the fellow Australians on this board ? It gives a nice 165 knots GS in the Porter at a 43 gph 😄 ! BTW impressive imagery and mesh where I fly.

I just purchased this airport by SimAddOns and want to give it a big thumbs up. This is a very well done airport. It's located on Vancouver Island in some beautiful terrain. Location is such that nearby airports such as CYAZ Tofino are jus a short hop over the mountains or Vancouver to the southeast. South of there is Tacoma Narrows. To the north but further away is Bella Coola another flight over beautiful country. There's a lot of great short flights from CYQQ. This will be my base airport for awhile.

Hi all, I did not have any probs with the superb Kodiak so far, but after the world update yesterday, my Kodiak does not react to HDG/NAV, when autopilot is engaged. Did anyone of you experience this as well? Any hints / workarounds?

If one was to suspend a monthly Navigraph subscription for a period of time but continue to use the sim, what happens to the nav data base? I suppose the last Navigraph database remains active in the sim and will continue to work but also override subsequent Nav data updates issues by Asobo/MS? This as opposed to totally uninstalling Navigraph as the intention would be to suspend for a time, not cancel outright.
