Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020/2024)

FSUIPC doesn't play well with my pc. It might be because I'm using spad.next for my saitek panels. I'm trying to find a virtual airline (VA) that doesn't depend on fsuipc for their acars and pirep system. Any recommendations? 🙂

at 2000Z tonight we're going to make our A320 available for purchase at fenixsim.com. It's fair to say there are hummingbirds with lower heart rates than our team right now. We've received advice from PayPal to hold off on accepting PayPal payments for a couple of days, but every other payment option (Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc) will be available at launch. Tried this three morning in a row as I've been up working on other tasks. This seems to be similar to the 6pm EST weather bug. Now the sim will just hang at it's final load up with the bar at the bottom almost complete. If you let it sit there you can't get into the sim until close to 9am est. Tried deleting the Cache, loading up in 'Safe Mode', defragging the drive only to get the same results. Started a thread in the official forums to see if others have seen this.

I need some help. My question is about the Cessna 414 version with GNS 530. How is the setting of the climb or descent value done that is using the VS mode?

This area can definitely use some improvements! I hope it'll be on MS/Asobo's roadmap soon. Areas that need improvement in this area are: Vietnam Thailand Malaysia Philippines Cambodia Laos Indonesia Taiwan

I am sure this has been discussed but I was just curious as to in the Fenix app, what does render displays on do and what should I have it set to? My pc specs are in my sig so I don't know if I should put it to my CPU, GPU, or the specific setting of my 3080ti in there? Can someone shed some light? Thanks!

LFLL is surely one of the most important freeware airports on flightsim.to. There are probably 20 or more YouTube MSFS flight videos leaving from or landing at the plain default non-bespoke Asobo LFLL. I have no problem setting up a practice approach with any other aircraft including the PMDG 737 in the air,to make any approach. Funny thing....when I set up the FENIX and hit FLY NOW..the plane is on the ground on a runway, or in a building. Is there some secret in setting this great product up.Any thoughts??

Hi folks, I cannot hear the navaid morse code ident in any aircraft - it-‘s far too quiet. Can this be adjusted? All the sound levels in the main menu are at 100%. has anyone else experienced this? cheers

How do you benchmark your settings in MSFS and NCP? I mean, how do you know, whether the changes you just made are improving your fps and consistency of time-frames? I ,of course, know the fps counter in DevMode and I use the benchmarking tool embedded in the MSI Afterburner measuring average fps over a period of time and corresponding fps of 1% and 0.1%. But I am looking more for an approach in which situation to measure this and how to ensure that I am measuring always the identical period of flight and in identical conditions. I am new to this bird and Airbus in general, so today made some taxi practice with empty plane and 3T of fuel. I know that light plane with idle thrust will move or even accelerate easily, but during taxi i have moved throttles to first reverse detent, and to my surprise plane was still accelerating during taxi. Is it normal for light Airbus or some bug?

Anyone having issues getting into the EFB? I am hovering/clicking on the fingerprint button and the apps will flash as though it is going to work then lock back up. Also, I can't turn on the batteries or connect to external power in cold and dark. I know it was just released but thought i'd see if anyone else has this issue

Hi. I am having an annoying problem that after take off the engine cuts out usually between 20-30 seconds on all aircraft (I only fly GA) and yes there is plenty of fuel. After updating to SU6 all was fine. I use the Honeycomb Yoke and Throttle. Any ideas what this could be?

Is there a way to avoid looking at Maverick every MSFS startup? 😉

I have followed the instructions but can’t get this to work. What I’ve done: Import Fenix airframe into simbrief create and generate flight plan in simbrief in Fenix efb, import simbrief flightplan and import mass and balance in MCDU, REQUEST from INIT page … expected this to load route but it doesn’t. Sorry to be dim but - What am I missing?

Is anyone else seeing this as well? Does anyone know why the numbers and text are getting cut off?
