Title says it, I would like an explanation of what exactly a mesh is and what you actually achieve by buying one? Is it actual scenary, repairs to default scenary? Thanks all.

I have a problem where the plane icon is positioned 2-3nm behind my actual position on the G1000/G3000. I have tried removing them from contentmanager, back to default but to no help. Position displayed correctly on Navigraph screen. Very irritating. Anyone seen the similar? Rgds 🙂

Hi everyone, Opposite to the title of this post, I know many use tablets with flight sims..im looking for a recommendation on a decent tablet that would be well priced to simply look at charts and weather forecast. Im not sure I want to dump 300$ on an iPad, looking for something at about 100$ As this tablet will only be used for sim purpose. Any decent tablets on the cheap (I know usually “decent” and “cheap” don’t go hand in hand) TIA

My logbook failed after two years on 8/25. Will no longer record trips and even the interface is laggy while all other menus are fine. Any suggestions appreciated.

Morning. I'm having an issue when viewing VATSIM traffic (red planes) where a second online aircraft is showing (orange) a little behind the red plane. Anyone have any tips on getting rid of the extra plane? Many thanks

Hi all. I finally convinced myself to do a subscription to navigraph. One of best things i did for my simulator, really game changing. I'm running a triple monitor setup, using experimental option in SU10. How can I move the charts on left or right monitor? Looks like i can have the carts app window only on center screen, what am I doing wrong? Thanks.

I never really considered this aircraft before, but their Kodiak is so good I did some research on the Zenith CH701. It always seemed an aircraft that was not my kind of flying in MSFS. However, after watching some YouTube videos I decided to buy - its an absolute blast to fly! Same quality feel as their Kodiak. I thought it would be interesting to make a list of airports that have unique animations, partly because this also indicates the author spent extra time and it might be a worthwhile purchase aside from the animations itself. I am more interested in airports with people doing unique things (skiing, ground services, or anything besides just sitting and walking). Hi all, everything I read here is nVIDIA, nVIDIA driver, nVIDIA settings. I am aware that nVIDIA graphics card have been THE gold standard for ESP based flightsims over decades, but as of today, for MSFS, the AMD pendents are equally capable (sometimes even better), yet most stick to the nVIDIA cards. I did the switch and while I am perfectly happy with the performance, I definitively miss the discussions about optimal settings, maybe some tricks to gain some more FPS using specific AMD Adrenaline settings or even just sharing experience with the AMD custom colour profiles (comparable to the manual adjustments via GeForce Experience). I recently installed the updated version of OrbX's Alaska Mesh after it was updated for SU9, I primarily purchased it because it had one of my favorite airports included, (PAJN) Juneau International. However the airport is completely lacking the 13 degree offset VASI lights and it's "notorious" but *AWESOME* MALSF 13 degree visual lighting path that begins quite some distance from the apex of runway 08. Is there anyone currently working on updating the lighting system at Juneau? Are there any talented mod makers that could create the lighting system similar to what we had in the FSX and P3D version of OrbX's PAJN? I have absolutely no idea what's involved in creating such…

After the SU10 update my disappointment has been total in relation to the option of several monitors ... .. I explain ... I don't want to build a home cockpit .....I just want to set up two monitors to have the inside panel on one and an outside view of the plane in flight on the other. So I've recently purchased GSX Pro and had some teething issues particularly with the installer. Anyhow I'm now looking at using custom ini files to save all the legwork for my freeware/custom airports. I've noticed when downloading from flightsim.to that the "afcad path" is set to the original author and doesn't match where my bgl is. Ok no probs I can sort this......however I've noticed the BGL is not always called the same thing for each airport, for instance sometimes its egcc.bgl [insert whatever icao] or objects.bgl, however in some instances I can find neither file structure in my airport installation folder. So how do I know precisely which file to link to?

Hi folks, I just bought scenerytr ltfm from simmarket but I am getting bunch of trees all over the airport, example: I have been using REX Accusesson, I have removed it to double check but didn't help as well changing the order in the content.xml, which didn't help either, any ideas? Thanks!

Hi everyone I have just installed MS2020 and all of the world updates onto a reformatted SSD M2 and encountered an issue which I am wondering whether anyone else has experienced. I take off using the Daher TBM 930 .... and set a ceiling height of 14000 feet and a heading of 150 .... Once in the cruise I leave the autopilot on and come back to it approx 8 hours later only to find no problem apart from dreadful stutters and lagging ..... basically if I disengage the autopilot it is impossible to fly ... If I cancel the flight and reset 'without' closing the sim down everything is perfectly fine and runs like a dream .... perfectly smooth. I apprecia…

Just spotted that the IndiaFoxtrotEcho M-346 jet trainer is out now on Just Flight, Simmarket and Orbx (I'm guessing it'll arrive on the Marketplace at some point as well) If anyone does pick it up I'd be interested to know what they make of it, especially systems-wise.
