Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020/2024)

Hello and happy new year, i´ve been trying to figure it out for some time how to config/ajuste the intensity of the lights for: Panel(Instruments), Glareshield(Flood) and others with a use of knob, at many default aircraft (like: DA62, C172...even the WBSIM C172) but i could't yet sort it out. What i want is to use the knob and buttons at the honeycomb throttle to ajuste the DIM for all the diferente internal lights.or something close At MSFS controls i try to use: ( i have also the FSUIPC) -The key binds "Potentiometer light increase/decrease" but didn't work.or couldn't configure it right. -The key binds "SET lights" (Panel, glareshield, pedest…

Was loving FSLTL but all of a sudden the injector doesn't work anymore. Can't remember if this corresponded to an update. Basically the prompt window opens when I start the injector and then just closes again. Tried uninstall reinstall to no avail. I tried both solution found on the FSLTL website under Support FAQ i.e delete the config and or moving the outside the community folder and use addon linker. Problem persists. I'd try the Discord for help but to register an account there, guess what you have to be able to receive a text message! 😵Some of us over 55 don't even have cell phones and we ain't ever getting one no mater what! Finally got round to taking what I thought would be my first look at this new bird. Unfortunately loading into the sim at a ramp renders the aircraft cold and dead and there doesn't seem to be any option to get up and running quickly using Ctrl-E. the flight plan doesn't appear to autoload in the FMC either. I'm not averse to procedural start ups but I would prefer just to get up and flying as quickly as possible. Google hasn't revealed much other than YT videos - so, is it 1. Possible to actually do a quick start on this bird and bring the flight plan straight in the FMC. 2. Are there any decent, preferably printed/text rather than YT as to how to get up a…

Hello, Using P3Dv4(!!!) analogy, am I correct that in MSFS DX11 mode, VRAM OOMs aren't possible as the burden is on CPU's shoulders. I've completed 9 flights in MSFS with Fenix/PMDG/3rd party sceneries/PSXT traffic and had zero (knock on the wood) issues, even though MSI gauge constantly shows 10.7GB in use with my 2080Ti (12GB). Would appreciate clarification.

FlyInside or Cowansim ? I finally found videos of both. Noticed for instance that Torque appears to be more like RL in the Cowan version, but OTOH a user says it feels a bit too easy to control compared to what the FlyInside using their management console allows to tune. The NAV mod not following the route that I had imported, When I press NAV button it just going to 000 HDG even I tried the direct waypoint. Is there any things I made it wrong or is this a bug?

I had recently done the update which now includes E190's and E175s - I have both the updates for the base models and injectors. However I see no traffic at any airport anymore. The traffic is loading as I can tell by some stutters and the exe running in the background showing flying, taxiing, and aircraft parked at the gates. Any ideas?

Stable 35 FPS even in ULTRA settings + 200 Terrain Level Of Detail + 200 Objects Level of Detail After 2+ hours of heavy stress to my GPU and CPU over EGLL and over KJFK with FLT 1500ft(737-PMDG)(777-300ER Captain sim) smooth fly 35-33 stable FPS no more drops, no more jitter some photos show details and stability of frames what I did step 1: Lock my max frames to 35 in the NVIDIA control panel (you don't need any extra frames more than 30 tbh) step 2: V sync in MSFS general option set to 30 FPS let me know if is it working great with you Enjoy!

Uninstall/Reinstall the whole sim (backing up your Community Folder and OneStore product folders of course).🧐😏 Coming from a great dose of PTSD with older sims like FS9 and FSX, reinstalling the whole sim is the last thing I care to do. With MSFS it's a 15 minute process at the most. It appears that based on a person's internet connection at the time of SIM Update downloads you can very easily have a corrupted install. I found this out after reinstalling the sim during my first go around this session. I saw that the XBOX portion didn't fully finish yet it kicked me to the launch of MSFS. Hi all, Yes another Fenix and thrustmaster compatibility questions / issues I'm hoping you guys have the answer too. Purchased Fenix a few months ago, couldn't get the throttles to move in game using my thrustmaster TCA, with all hardware to software functions working perfectly. The I'd move the TCA to the next intention, hear the engines spool up slightly before going back down, but the throttle levers themselves wont move at all only with mouse interaction. I asked this question over a year ago but I thought I'd ask it again. Is it possible to do multiple windows in MSFS? In P3D, I would have the cockpit view taking up about 2/3 of the screen and 1/3 with an external view - as separate windows. I have a 49" monitor so plenty of real estate to do this. Is this possible in MSFS?

I just changed my motherboard and CPU, I didn't reinstall Windows as everything is working just fine. I have reinstalled all PMDG products and the Maddog as typical signs of an unregistered product were showing. Reinstalling the PMDG aircraft fixed the issues apart from the Maddog. First load after reinstalling the Maddog took about 5 minutes to load, but it loaded everything but the sounds and aircraft systems. I am unable to click on anything and the panel state is not Cold And Dark. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I absolutely cannot figure out how to calculate landing distance on the EFB. As circled below, I can only type in digits for "LBS", and the maximum figure it takes is 999.9. Obviously, the landing distance calculations do not work when I fill this in. Other resources online (such as link below) show "Landing WT" on the EFB in Tons ("T"). https://www.simvol.org/en/articles/tutorials/a320-fenix-landing-distance-calculation How do I change the units from LBS to T so the EFB will calculate landing distance?

Anyone else having problems with the Longitude throttle in AU11 Beta? I start a take off roll and it starts accelarating then the thrust reverers deploy and the plane starts moving backwards. I've checked all my bindings and everything seems to be set right. It's really annoying, just started doing this. Any help to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

Additional : if you have set the Lateral degree you also need to adjust your zoom to “connect” the views…

I am flying MSFS more and more..... even thought I've owned it since day 1, I still have not been able to let go of P3D. I now have all the REX products for MSFS and am doing some winter flying. What I found is that, unless the weather is actually snowing, the ground textures are still summer green. December 29th and clear skies? Green grass is what I get. Accuseason has taken care of the trees..... but what about the ground textures? Am I missing something here?
