Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020/2024)

I wonder if someone else would be willing to try this out and see if they are having the same issue. According to the charts for HECA (Cairo International), the airport elevation is 467'. However, when on the ground in the PMDG 737 I see a discrepancy between the altitude reading when local pressure is selected and the striped amber "Landing Altitude Indication" on the altitude tape of the PFD. The amber-striped "Landing Altitude Indication" appears to read correctly at around the 467' mark but is far from being at the same level as the altitude display window which should surely read the same altitude. Hi all, I recently installed msfs and have been trying to set it up to my liking. I have done a few successful flights in the fenix a320 however I have an issue where when I press "fly" in the world map, msfs becomes unresponsive. I don't have any other addons except the fenix a320. All challenges are usable, its only the free flight that does not work. This has come out of nowhere. I have researched the issue and none of the fixes work. Can anyone provide any assistance? Kind regards, Ash

After the last update I'm getting CTD on just about every flight after 15-30 minutes. I uninstalled and reinstalled msfs and problem remains. Anyone else here experiencing the same?

I can't seem to find any pattern to this and can't remember when it started but I would say 8/10 flights at about 1500 AGL (from various airports small and large) I experience a complete sim freeze for anywhere between 20 - 30 secs. When flying on VATSIM, I appear to drop off the radar. I have a modest rig running low-med settings, this could be performance related but it's not always done it and it's an almost repeatable issue. Any ideas? Thanks

I have LVFR KMSY installed which portrays the new terminal, however there are still AI aircraft using the now abandoned south terminal. Can someone familiar with this airport IRL verify that the old terminal is still in use?

Firstly, I wasn't sure which forum this should go in so if a mod see's fit to move it somewhere else then do what you need to do. The question is a simple one....what is this thing? I have been wondering for ages. I want poke it and see what it does. I have a theory which is no doubt wrong so what on earth is it?

Hello everyone, i dont know if something happened to my system, or to MSFS, but from 2 days ago to today the FPS i am getting became completely unflyable. It is noticeable in map view even, when i try to take off from anywhere it becomes a slideshow. FPS around 1 or less. It seems like the sim moves for one second and then hangs for another second. I already disabled all addons of testing but the issue is still there, even on vanilla MSFS. System is not the best but ran smoothly until today: Ryzen 5600X, GTX 970 4GB, 32 Gigs of RAM, Windows 10. All at stock speeds.

Hello, For some reason when departing from EHRD with the FBW320 taking off form runway 24 (ANDI2B) and AP engaged the flightplan is not followed. This only happens when departing from EHRD. It can be fixed to use the 'DIR' on the MCDU and fly direct to a waypoint. After this it's following the flightplan correctly. No idea why this is. EHRD is the only airport where this happens after departure so far.

Hello! Is it me or the clouds are pixelated and grainy after the new WU? I feel like they are not as crisp as before. I also get of lot of the cloud flashing when I fly through them. I would love to see everyone thoughts. Thanks!

Are the taxiways that ATC assigns ever match up with Navigraph? None of mine seem too. Also why are there so many wrong ILS frequencies? STL rwy06 shows 110.3 but PMDG tunes 110.5? I cant remember the other flight it was wrong as well. Using the most up to date version.

Every time time I buy a FS2CREW product I get burned. Bought the B737 and of course it does not function....again. Getting a WASM error and no direction on to correct...again. Yes I am an word not allowed. Their pathetic DISCORD (who came up with this????) is useless....Again....WASM works fine for FSFO no problem but have issues with it as well. yes smoking MADDDD

I added Aivlasoft server and client to the batch file in FSR but they do not launch when starting MSFS? Also tried running Pollypot B737 goflight and nothing. Any ideas?

I can't speak for everyone, but there are so many CTDs now that this program has become essentially useless.

I noticed during a recent flight the displayed remaining fuel quantity on the MFD never changed, and when the fuel display on the PFD was selected, the fuel used value stayed at zero. The fuel flow, however, was displayed and changed with throttle settings. This problem persisted even when the only addon in the Community folder was the HJet (version 1.0.7). In a bid to shorten load times I have uninstalled (in Content Manager) a few items which I thought innocuous enough: a couple of regions, POIs, tutorials, challenges, liveries, etc. Since then, my dear WT CJ4 is nowhere to be found: not in hangar selection list, not in dev mode, not in content manager. It IS in the community folder (with a few liveries) and I have even deleted it and reinstalled it just in case. Other addons, both those in the community folder and those linked through addons linker, load just fine. I have read through a few threads on similar subjects and have found no answers. Hi All, I've been flying the developer and experimental versions of the A320 and one thing I've noticed is the need to apply constant stick back pressure to maintain altitude. Is this normal behavior? I thought not, as the reading and videos I've watched say the the purpose of the sidestick is to command a specific G and the pitch stability system does the rest. I've flown the Toliss in Xplane for a while and don't have that behavior. Any tips? Thanks.
