Can someone help me plz. I am logged into steam fine and can run MS20. When I run MS24 getting an XBOX account mismatch. My Store account is logged into the same as Steam. (someone said make sure) I have no DA*n idea what to do. It is always something. GOD I wish used floppies again. These guys have no idea what they are doing MS/Asobo. Sorry I bought the steam edition.

Bonjour, I am using FShud every days without problem. To day "BOUM" at start he wants my MAIL and password. I take my "carnet" with my all codes and N° LICENSE Not correct for FShud, so i click on "forget password" 2 times. FINALLY: what appears to be a genuinely good SeaHawk/BlackHawk for (any) flight sim! 😁 Interesting limitations that are either sim-based or just straight up due to lack of public documentation. I wouldn't think nav systems on a 50 year old medium utility helicopter would have so much unobtainium in them. OTOH, it's not the airframe, it's what they stuff it with that's Secret Squirrel; And the AS(u)W capabilities on the SeaHawks are undoubtedly hush hush. Dunno what happened but now the font size went way up and that is even using the Screen Scaling mod so it just looks way way too big!

I've been using FSHud happily on an iPad for a while now. Recently however halfway through a flight I've been getting error messages, the browser window crashing, telling me "A problem repeatedly occurred on ....." Sometimes it returns to life, sometimes it doesnt. On asking in their discord they said there was a "problem with my network". I'm suffering CTDs every time I "Apply to all aircraft" in the profile manager. Apparently, the fix is to completely wipe all the Cloud data and rebuild the profiles from scratch. I don't want to lose all my other settings (Career mode etc. etc.) in the process. Is there a way of wiping *only* the controller stuff? I'm on the MS Store version, SU1 (not beta).

If I use active sky next passive depiction, will I still get the wing fade from cloud thickness or is that just if I don’t use MSFS weather and only use ASN?

In the SU1 Beta, you can now select a custom registration and make it stick. 🙂 However, if you have a livery that has a painted on registration.. How do you prevent a registration from being superimposed on it? In 2020, you could change settings in the panel.cfg file and/or select ATC_ID enabled=0 Is there something in 2024 that accomplishes the same thing?

I have no maps available in the EFB. Flightplan loaded, airports listed but NO charts. Weird. Anyone else experiencing this or able to help me?

I am not in the beta right now, but i got a 3.5GB download from steam today. When i load the sim and check release notes, there is no version number listed anymore. Where do you find the version number in FS24 (non beta)?

Ah disregard... MSFS 2024 to new to even try looking for a baseline now I guess. 😉

So I had a 2020 update today, now when i launch the game it just crashes with no error before it gets to the main menu, tried a repair, signing out of the ms store, xbox app etc etc. Nothing works. Anyone else? Any suggestions?

Been having an intermittent but destructive error during flights when taking a screenshot (windows key + CTRL). This has recently started to occur with new RTX570 ti and latest drivers. When I press these keys to take a screenshot the whole PC locks up often with sound still going. There is no MSFS error in Event Viewer but only a System error ID 14. I’ve done most of the usual things- clean drivers install, tdr reg entries etc. Can’t find anyone else online who seems to have had this with MSFS. Any help or advice welcome. thanks

There is an issue with the surface wind velocity implemented in the 2020 and 2024 versions. This value is not only incorrect and unrealistic but also affects all aircraft and developers, resulting in unrealistic aircraft physics. Specifically, when you select a surface wind velocity, the value applied is only half of the actual strength. Please refer to the pictures:
