I really love the TBM 930 and feel it could be my go-to aircraft but before I start putting a lot of time into learning the ins and outs of this thing I want to make sure it either mostly works, or it works with a mod or five. So what is the current state of this plane?

Hi, I'm using the honeycomb yoke with the latest update from MSFS and since my control inputs have gone nuts. I pull back on the yoke and the elevators move to the position, but flick back to neutral and then back to the input when I move the yoke again and back to neutral. This is also happening to the ailerons too, move to the input then back to neutral. Using the modern flight model. Have pulled the USB on the yoke, have reset the controls in the controls dialogue, restarted PC, changed aircraft and they are all doing the same. Any ideas of a fix please folks?

Post patch i am starting to get these every 2 min or so. My internet is working perfectly. Anyone else ?

Today I flew my C172 in VFR from my departure airport to the coast. Following the coast was easy to reach my destination airport, I just entered a DIRECT in the GPS to know the distance to my destination, it was 45 NM and I can estimate I flew 20 NM to reach the coast. I landed fine, then checked my logbook: it states I flew 21 minutes !?! I didn't measure the time but my feeling is that I flew approximately 1 hour, maybe a little less. Even if I only take into account the "known" distance I checked, 45 NM from the DIRECT to my destination, it would mean that my C172 flies at 128 kts ground speed. Since the launch of MSFS I have been subjected to a continuing unfortunate issue with the parking brake/throttle not releasing. I have written on different forums about it, with a number of solutions being offered - none of which resolved the issue. The issue itself is one where you release the parking brake, throttle up and the plane does not budge! The same if you're taxiing and have to hold, it is difficult to move again. After each patch, nothing has happened and several reports via the Zendesk reporting system were lodged. Hi guys, anyone else getting yelled at by the TAWS on short final in the TBM since the last update? Aircraft is prepared for landing as per Checklist but still on every approach i get TAWS alerts i can't inhibit. Quite annoying!

Just installed. Asking a few questions to you "MSFS old timers" 😄 as I search forums, currently watching "how to" vids and the like: 1. So I installed in a custom folder/drive outside the typical C:\ location. I count 97GB in there. Install was supposedly 127GB. Where did the rest go? 2. Rolling Cache - seeing pros/cons/issues. Went over to dad's house he's been flying the sim but it never updated to the latest version. I started the sim a couple of times and it doesn't check for updates like mine does. I started it with the icon and through Steam no joy. He's still showing the Japan scenery updates not the USA one. Anyone with Steam have a clue what's going on? He is connected to the internet.

Is anyone else having problems with the A320 AP after the update today. Plane flies fine but the AP is not working right at all for me, it will not even follow heading and does not follow flight plan at all. I removed the mod from the Community folder during update. Other than this problem I like the improved landscape both around Boston and SF. I flew KBOS to KACK, I had to hand fly the whole flight, kind of fun actually. Even the ILS was off on the GS on approach. The Auto throttle does work fine.

Can anyone confirm the TM Airbus throttle works well with MSFS 2020? Or is it difficult to set up?

The shot is from post update, but it's been like this for me from the beginning. This is a screenshot of Portland, Oregon. It's near downtown. Now, a lot of the neighborhoods look pretty good... But holy crud. This can't be right, can it? I mean... It's wildly chunk and terrible. Anybody aware of issues? I have internet connection (doing home ofice) but MSFS takes veeery long to load and I even saw the press any key message again?! Am I alone?

As I'm browsing the main menu or marketplace, my PC fans are roaring away and GPU use is consistently >40%. Anyone else find this odd or know why it needs to do that?

Don't seem to be able to turn off the music in the sim. I can turn the volume to zero but I still get a couple of snatches of it as the game boots up, Does anyone know how to turn it off completely? Thanks CJ

I had a problem with my pc and I need to uninstall MSFS 2020 but it won't uninstall it won't do any of the following, Terminate, Repair, Reset. So I'm unable to get onto the sim. Any advice please.

Greetings. I have a keyboard binding for TOGGLE AUTOPILOT MASTER. When I use the keyboard binding to toggle the AP off, I see red AP letters in the PFD that blink continuously. However, when I turn the AP off by clicking the AP button in the the virtual cockpit, I see yellow AP letters in the MFD that blink a few times and then turn solid yellow. The SIMCONNECT AP_MASTER toggle event also produces the continuously blinking red letters when turning the AP off. Has anyone seen similar? I'm looking for a keyboard binding or preferably a SIMCONNECT toggle event for the solid yellow case. Thanks.
