So I figured out how to stop the logbook pop up when shutting off the engines. This is for sure on the mod. I’m not sure if the default still does it as I haven’t used default since the mod came out. I was watching 320 Sim Pilot the other day and noticed it didn’t happen after he ended his stream so I went digging. Couldn’t figure it out. Then today was watching his TCA config video and in it he mentions he has a button bound to turn on Avionics Master 1 On. Otherwise his saitek switch panel doesn’t work. Hi, I have a Radeon RT 5700 XT video card with Driver 21.2.2. Samsung C49HG9x Monitor Compatible with Freesync and Freesync 2. Windows 10 with all updated updates. One DP 1.2 cable. MSFS 2020 (V. 1.12.13.0) with HDR10 enabled. My problem: on the monitor I can configure Freesync at the same time as on Adrenaline (AMD Freesync Pro = Enable), but on Windows 10, I cannot enable HDR. On the contrary, if I enable it in Windows HDR, it won't let me configure Freesync on the monitor or in Adrenaline. My sense is that the default aircrafts accelerate too slowly, or the speed sensation is not depicted correctly.I am curious to know what others think.

I noticed one of the updates from today’s update was that the AIRAC cycle info was updated by asobo to the most current data. I currently use navigraph beta. Should I turn it off now because asobo uses the current AIRAC? I don’t want the sim getting multiple info or something. Thank you!

Am I seeing things? or is it safe to say that textures have been updated all over the world? I spawned at KATL and the textures there (especially the ground) look different from pre Uk update. I also spawned at MKTP and the textures of buildings and roads surrounding the airfield is totally different. The one thing I did prior to running the updates, this time, was to delete my rolling cash data. This is something I did for the first time since my last install of MSFS which was just prior to the USA update. Whatever the reason I am happy so far. Off to go try in Vr now.

Hey, As the title says... for me it looks like it doesn't work properly. Northern germany is covered in snow now for several days and in the sim snow is nowhere to be seen. When they add such a function in the sim, why don't they get it to work as promised? Disappointed.

Hi All, I was looking into getting a Stream Deck to have the ability to assign multiple functions within MSFS 2020 instead of constantly using my keyboard. They do look great but are not cheap. While browsing at lunch I came across this excellent alternative called Touch Portal. You basically create virtual buttons using MSFS default keyboard mappings and run a client on your PC and an app on your tablet. Clouds look even more amazing now Sim loads much faster and is smoother for me with increased FPS and less stutters!!! lands end airport is superbly done. And the tidying up of all the surrounding airports is very much welcome! No more taxi signs in the middle of runways!! only thing so far is - asobo, you forgot about the lighthouse just off lands end. also, non update specific - please let me turn off the immersion breaking menu that comes up when turning off the engine/battery. overall though from my first 30 mins flying, amazing job!!! Well installed the update and the sim loaded up just fine. However, trying to get a flight started out of KBWI and CTDs almost immediately after loading the flight. Working on the issue but dang!!!! I know there's the issue with 3rd party addons and Bing map data (no CTDs though since that was announced). Clearing out the community folder entirely (did that before I ran the update) and seeing how that works out.

Mine stopped working. All I see is default GNS530. Can anyone else confirm?

Never heard of Turbosquid before the 737 Max came out, but it seems they have a nice variety of exterior and cockpit models available. So, for example, I could buy an Airbus A350 exterior model, buy the cockpit model, then link both - with Asobo's permission - to some default gauges and sounds, and, voila, welcome to the Airbus A350. I'm sure with the help of some clever modders you can tweak the numbers to get it closer to the real thing, maybe even integrate some real sounds. There is a business opportunity here.....

I did while flying out from LAX where I was being killed by microstutters. Switched to AI traffic and it was super smooth with no micro stutters. I think Real Time Traffic injects planes into the sim too regularly and this causes micro stutters especially around metropolitan areas. I dont see the point of Real Time Traffic at this time. Most planes are not shown anyway leading to lopsided traffic conditions (unlike with AI traffic where a traffic rate can be set). The models are not there to depict Real aircraft or their liveries and the feed is delayed enough that you are looking at 'bits' of flights that happened 15 minutes ago. It's AI traffic for me her…

Here we go! I use the MS Store version.. 1gb initial update from the store.... wait for it.... 32 gb in game... It's also stating to reset your rolling cache before running the sim, as they have made changes. Just recieved an email confirming the issues i had been suffering with ctd's the past few weeks should be sorted out now, Pretty impressed they got back to me, as i'd heard nothing for days.

Does anyone know if Asobo are going to do anything about the static, flat vehicles that were captured by satellite, and are now part of the scenery? Given the clever algorithm that was developed to place, as appropriately as possible, buildings across the landscape, surely they could use something similar to detect vehicles and replace them with tarmac texture to match the rest of the road? It really breaks up the illusion when the vehicles in the sim are driving over the top of flat-textured static vehicles.
