So much so that I have only heard of two of them. They seem to have made up for the thin list of bespoke airports with a very long list of POIs. I made a one-page show and tell to shed a little light on the airports. The Shetland Islands might be an interesting visit, not so much for the little EG78 runway, but the scenic area.

I am using a combination of Honeycomb Alpha and Logitech throttle controllers - flying the Cessna Skyhawk on sightseeing missions but would like add another controller (Logitech Extreme 3D) just to use for Drone camera operations. I need to get way from using the keyboard as it will be easier for me to use the joystick buttons rather than the keyboard because of certain physical limitations and space requirements. To get started I would like to clear all default assignments of Extreme 3D to avoid any conflicts with the Alpha and Throttle controllers. I would then add assignments to the Extreme 3D as I learn Drone and other Camera operations. Is there a way to…

Two days no electricity (spotty) and no Internet... And now when I start MFS its asking me to insert MSFS Disk. In min ago I was in MSFS and it still showmen me I was in 1.12.13.0? I exited and restarted and it says It needs a disk. I am logged into MSStore. I am also loggedinto my XBOx account. Recently I had changed the xbox id and I also changed my Win 10 boot pwd.

What does the above title mean on the MCDU of the A320 FBW and how is it entered? I've searched the pages of the fmc and cannot find what it means and where it should go. I think it has to do with the ILS cause I can never get the diamonds for the GS or LOC even though I have the LS, LOC, and the APP all pushed in. Gnacino

Some of my landings into strong winds I have not been able to settle the aircraft on the ground. I usually land with full flaps, would it be ok to land without full flaps, would that get me onto the ground any easier ? .I land just under 140.Thanks

Hey everyone... Has someone figured out the CTDs with the Carenado Mooney? I'd really like to take her out for some round trips but those random CTDs are a gamestopper. They seem to be completely random. Sometimes 10 minutes into the flight, sometimes 2 hours. Really annoying. It's only the Mooney. The Seminole has no issues. Any hints here? Best regards, Tom

There are some good replies by Mat from Working Title. If what Mat said is 80% correct, it looks like the SDK limitation is minimal and the biggest obstacle is that existing developers are hesitant to adopt new tech stack. I would say it is likely that we will see some new big players who are better versed in new tech stack coming to the playground.

I've been testing my modded C172 and aside from needing some adjustments for the flaps changes (like all 3rd party aircraft will likely need) I noticed something very interesting. With flaps up, there is now a dramatic pitch down starting at 620 KTAS (knots true airspeed), it starts to get better right at mach 1 (661 KTAS) and it gone by 680 KTAS. The same thing happens when slowing below 680 KTAS the nose will dip, and recover by 620 KTAS. There is also now a very dramatic increase in air resistance leading up to mach 1 and then the aircraft will accelerate rapidly once you pass it. With 10 degrees flaps (in the modded C172) the mach tuck begins around 580 KTAS…

There's a new mod out that draw trees way out there without the FPS hit you'd expect. flying using it right now. I have a 980ti running on high with LOD of 100 and have trees as far as I can see without any notice of fps loss. https://flightsim.to/file/5318/vegetation-draw-distance-fix

ATSim is coming back to the game, now for MSFS also with the first model - MC-15 Cri Cri. Level of details looks very well, 3 version - prop, jet and float :). TLDR: Anyone know if it's possible to tell MSFS to ignore a controller device without disconnecting it? While I was searching for some peripheral recommendations a few weeks back, I came across a great flight sim setup where the fellow had a couple of touch screens for instrument pop-outs. So I went ahead and bought a small 12" HD touch screen and it works wonderfully in Windows. I was hoping to use it for pop-out windows like the ATC, Checklist, etc. and while it does display those pop out windows just fine, MSFS2020 has trouble with the touch panel. In this addon airport, I saw taxi light lamps all over the place on the taxiways. Wonder if it is some kind of bugs?

Since the UK World Update has been delayed, does anyone know if this will affect the original release of Sim Update 3?

This is after the UK World Update. Yes I have also installed the 4GB UK update file in the marketplace also. This is what it looks like when the sim loads me up at EGPR - Barra Airport.

According to everything i see the update is for UK&Ireland. I don't understand how after such an update, the most iconic landmark in Ireland, The cliffs of mohar, looks simply horrible as it looked on first release.
