Hey, I had the best (or the dumbest) idea ever! Bare with me: a) P2ATC is the most sophisticated ATC solution out there b) it can not control, nor communicate with in-game AI Traffic, neither native nor addon c) X-Plane ATC is able to communicate AND control native AI d) --> Why not (if technically feasable) merge the two together X-ATC Chatter Style?! You would instead of X-ATC Chatter get the X-Plane Traffic Controllers and AI readbacks in between. That way you would have P2ATC magic + situational awareness all the time! Hi Dave, Is there a way to change fonts, font size and colours? I am running PILOT2ATC in a tablet via spacedesk and everything works as it should but fonts get tiny at the native resolution. I've walked around the issue by increasing the screen scale to 200%, but that does affect other apps. Thanks for your help!

Is there some way to turn off X-Plane ATIS so you don't get both P2A and XP competing to give you ATIS info? I tried both a disable ATIS plugin and creating LUA file with the contents: set( "sim/atc/atis_enabled", 0) but both files don't shut ATIS in XP up. I've also unchecked boxes in XP ATC menu. This is XP 12 latest 12.08b3.

If you start the FS-ATC-CHATTER and go into settings, and use the same joystick button you use in PILOT2ATC for PTT. Doing that when you PTT to PILOT2ATC it will mute the chatters.

Is there a simple way to interact with P2ATC solely by Buttons?! e. g. "Ready for Departure" call - can this be shortened by a hotkey, without the hassle of selecting it in the dropdown menu of SayIt+?

Hi fellow simmers, I am at a loss here. The P2A app will not connect to the sim. I am an experienced user of MSFS and FSUIPC (Or at least I thought I was) I am new to P2A though, but I have been reading the setup guide and watched several Youtube videos to get it right. Here is what I've done sofar: 1. Downloaded the latest versions of both P2A and FSUIPC for MSFS. (P2A ver. 2.6.4.2_x64 and FSUIPC ver. 7.3.25) 2. Assigned a callsign in Config (NAX229). 3. Assigned buttons for PTT and SayIt in Config. 4. Imported a valid OPS flightplan from Simbrief. 5. Verified that FSUIPC is connected to the sim. Being in my aircraft at an airport.…

P2ATC (latest version) will not export a flight plan created in P2ATC in .pln format to P3dv5.4. It will only export plan as a .vbf file. I even created a new test folder in P2ATC itself named "New Folder" and could not export a P2ATC created flight plan to New Folder. Went through all P2ATC and P3D folders and confirmed sharing and security. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, some minutes ago, I installed P2A beta 2f, now the responses of P2A voices are very quit, nearly not audible. I use a dual setup: engine sound on speaker, com on headset, it worked since now (up to beta 2d). It's not the problem of this older thread, as Active Sky 122.0 or P2A Config - Voices - Test (on individual voices) work well: In the "Config" - "Voices" Menu, if I press the Test button before my (Cereproc and Window-native) voices, I hear them clear and loud. If I press the "Radio Test" at the bottom of this menu, a very quiet voice whispers "This is a test of the Radio system...". The installation notes of beta 2f state that the COM panel …

I have been having an issue with the weather function today. Was working fine yesterday, but today every time I highlight an airport and hit the Wx button it just says "Not Available." I also tried using the "Sim Weather" option instead of the "NOAA Real Weather" option, but it still just says "Not Available." I am on Beta Version 6D. I also installed Beta Version 7G3, but hitting the Wx button still says "Not Available." Then I heard it was announced on the REX discord channel that In the USA the NOAA has changed some of their processes and it broke REX and likely other MSFS weather interfaces (like P2ATC) until adjustments can be made. Hi All, I've always used Pilot2ATC with the mouse instead of voice, but recently picked up a microphone/headset and thought I'd give it a go. I've got the microphone setup correctly and I can hear myself without issue using Sound Recorder etc however cannot get Pilot2ATC to recognise my voice. - The microphone is the only input device. - Windows 11 Speech Recognition is configured and does indeed recognize my voice. - I've followed the steps in the Troubleshooting manual and have downloaded the latest beta. - I've got the English (United States) language pack installed. - It makes no difference if I'm connected to the sim or not -…

I am looking for a better TTS engine and saw someone suggested Amazon Polly, but the link to the program is no dead so I couldn't find a way to use it. On the other hand it seems Windows have included a few Natural TTS to the narrator program, but I can't use the registry trick since the natural TTS and original TTS engine seems to be two things. So are there any other good free option/even allow add the Natural TTS to P2A? Thank you

Hello. I'm currently on a trial of p2atc and am considering making the purchase but I have an issue. When I have the atc app window focused, it all works and I can get clearances, etc. If I'm in the sim, nothing registers. If I have msfs 2020 in one window and p2atc in another, I can see the ptt lighting up when i push the ptt button, and windows is indicating to me that the client is using my mic, but nothing shows up in the atc window of the client. Is this by design and atc can't be interacted with If the client doesn't have focus? Thank you Allen Evans

On a Windows 11 PC using MSFS. Used P2ATC for years and have previously tried to point my chatter use to the files within ATC Chatter itself instead of having to duplicate the sound files within the default P2ATC folder...never any luck. So thought I would give it another try...no luck. ATC Chatter works by itself and the Chatter files work within P2ATC, as long as I copy the Chatter Regions into the default location of P2ATC per the manual. However, if I try and point the P2ATC Chatter to the Root Folder of ATC Chatter...nothing. Hi folks! I'm running P2ATC in FS2020 and the PMDG 737, all with the latest AIRAC. I fly entirely in Europe, and lately have been running occasionally into center frequencies that are untunable in the 737. Yesterday for example I was handed off to Prague center on 118.37, but the com radio on the 737 skips from 118.365 to 118.375 so could not check in on the new frequency and wound up running without ATC from that point forward.. According to PMDG this behavior is by design, so I'm not sure what to do in these cases. Any idea what the deal is here?

P2A has become a new challenge for me to solve after being a loyal user/promoter/evangelist for 3 years. The last 4 months have been difficult. I don't know why. Hi-running P3dv5.4 (latest version) on a new Windoes 10 computer. Yesterday I installed all my licenced Ivona voices and then installed the latest P2ATC and update. All went fine. I went to assign controller voices from Ivona (licenses activated) and all went well, including a test flight with the controllers. I got up this morning and started P2ATC. All the voices were gone! Uninstalled and reinstalled Ivona--no luck. Uninstalled and reinstalled P2ATC. No voices, except the Microsoft ones. Restarted the computer. Same result. What happened?

With the release of FSLTL, which in my opinion, is the new standard for offline flying with traffic, I'm wondering how Pilot2Atc can position itself to be the de facto software for offline ATC. The main issue I see is the glaring disconnect between the planes being added to the sim by FSLTL and P2Atc. You see traffic all around you, yet none of them interact with the ATC. You feel completely alone, dispite being surrounded by other planes. FSHud is able to have the other planes communicate with the controller, but FSHud is no where near the level that P2Atc is at. When I hear the full clearance that includes the runway heading, I don't know until that P2A is expecting me to omit the runway heading until I see the log file the next day. I've been having to repeat the squawk assignment. Note "Sug Resp". I had a flight where my last waypoint before where my approach (IAF) starts was quite far away (the approach was already loaded in the GTN 750) If I am not cleared for the approach when I get to my last waypoint, do I proceed directly to the airport or can I proceed to the IAF?

So since Tuesday night I have not had any weather through Pilot2ATC. I have used it for a long time just left on NOAA weather. Currently no ATIS at any airport and manually checking the weather with the WX button on the P2ATC interface just says "Not Available" at all airports. I tried installing the latest version. Any ideas what to troubleshoot next? Thank you!

Hi, after a long time i have use P2ATC with the last Beta Update. When I get the Clearence the Controller tells me to climb to 5600 feet or 9300 feet. That´s not like real, were you get a strait on FL as 5000 or 9000 feet. Is it possible to change this? Roland
