November 18, 20232 yr If you start the FS-ATC-CHATTER and go into settings, and use the same joystick button you use in PILOT2ATC for PTT. Doing that when you PTT to PILOT2ATC it will mute the chatters.
November 18, 20232 yr Odd - I don't have a Play ATC Chatter Hot Key setup, yet my chatter is muted anytime I hit my PTT button.
November 19, 20232 yr Commercial Member The program automatically pauses Chatter when the P2A ATC or copilot talk or you press the PTT button to talk. The Chatter On/Off hot key turns Chatter off/on which would not be the desired effect of just pausing it and resuming where it left off.
November 20, 20232 yr Commercial Member @Tony P I just wanted to make sure that you are not trying to run FS-ATC-Chatter.exe at the same time as Pilot2ATC. Pilot2ATC plays the clips, so FS-ATC-Chatter.exe is only needed to periodically check for clip updates. The 3rd tutorial video shows you how to copy the clips from FS-ATC-Chatter over to Pilot2ATC. https://stickandrudderstudios.com/fs-atc-chatter-tutorials/ Mark

Nah, Under the "Sounds" section of settings I point my root folder to the Chatter directory and that's it ( I do not launch the exe ). Like Dave mentioned - Chatter gets paused when I PTT. I was assuming the OP was maybe reporting this as a problem, but this is how it should work, unless I'm missing something. Thx
