I spent a good deal of time over the last couple of days answering many forum members who responded to my request for assistance on the problem I was having obtaining the DLC I ordered for Flight via Steam. Tom Allensworth, and another polite gentleman whose name eludes me at the moment, were kind enough to inform me that all of those Emails were going directly to staff instead of to the members they were meant for. Typically I would not post such a minor issue but it again goes to the constant aerocache issues. I like searching for them and really do find great places in Hawaii. Issue with this one? Well, it CLEARLY states it is on the eastern coast of Oahu when it is on the western coast. Yes, I know you can google and see where it is but that is not the point. Yesterday I received announcement that I have 80 Aerocaches. Today, when I've stared the game it shows only 79. And when I found today's Aerocache I've got again message, that I have 80 Aerocaches. But when I look at web page microsoftflight.com, there are 81 of them.

Doesn't work! Can't get started even. It says that it's on Maui and it starts at PHUG. Far as I know, there is NO PHUG on Maui. In fact I don't think Hawaii even has a PHUG. My guess is that it's VERY screwed up and that it should be starting at PHOG. Don't know if the aerocache is even there, but I may take off from PHOG and check out the West Maui Mountains. I wonder if they will ever get the aerocaches correct?

Completed the same flight that I usually fly in the RV in Flight using the Leerjet in FSX. The fun factor was not there as I zoomed around the islands. This got me to thinking about everyone's desire to have jets brought into Flight. As long as the plan stays to create small areas of operation there should not be any jets designed. I felt before that the fun might increase as speed increases, but the idea of going from top to bottom of the island chain in an hour or less seems pointless. The only plus side to jets would be that you can carry more passengers faster.

In fact, it is so advanced that it belongs to an era in flight simulation when it will become a lot easier for developers to deal with the physics of flight! Surely the community can place the eyeballs inside the P-51. Just because it doesn't have a panel doesn't mean it doesn't have a seat. Looks like a pilot is fllying it to me. Ray

According to Delafina, a Flight Dev, the Stat update is ready for release. It should be up ready for installation early next week. MP Stuttering :-( I almost never go online these days..., just a couple of times in FLIGHT, a few in FSX/fs9, more on CONDOR. CONDOR, together with what I can still recall from IL2 (played it looooooooooong ago...) and CFS2, is probably the most stuttering-free sim I ever played online, and in CONDOR it is really important that we get good FPS online, when for instance flying 19 gliders on a thermal or ridge during compettion. In the few times I used the MP in FLIGHT, and even being behind a 100Mbps T2 internet connection, I noticed jumpy airplanes all around me. I repeated the experiment a few more times and apparently FLIGHT in MP does suffer from Lag... …

All, I have discovered something but some of you may have tried it. Take on Helicopters: http://takeonthegame...ia/screenshots/ Has anyone tried it? There's free demo I will try today. If it is a true heli sim, heck I will buy it and play that. I think they are using same weather engine as in Arma 3, but I could be wrong which looks like it uses Simul weather engine. I bought the Maule this afternoon and I've been trying to do some jobs with passengers, but I can't even take off...?!? Whenever I give full throttle the plane goes into circles on the ground and nothing I can do about it... I did a medical job this afternoon without problems. I'm wondering if anybody else has run into this with Microsoft Flight... Everything has worked well with my installation of Microsoft Flight for weeks until very recently. Now, I'm noticing that I have all sounds, except when I am in the external view, chase view, fly-by view. I have sound (e.g., engine) in cockpit view and top-down view. I haven't been able to correlate this change in behavior to any particular event. I've mailed this question in to the Microsoft Flight team, and the question was acknowledged as received, but I haven't heard anything back from them. I am running Windows 7 x64. Has anybody run into this? Does anyone have any suggestion…

Ok, FLIGHT is my first venture into online game downloading. Why does "Age of Empires" show as purchashed on 3-18 and of course it wants to be downloaded. I did not order it and do not want it. How do I get rid of it? Is it just another sample game to intice one to buy add ons? Does every on else have this? Thanks, just wondering!

Was getting sick of hitting the M key to see the map and also for doing jobs when I have the destination marker disabled and you can't access maps.So I made my own so I can easily have them up on one of my other monitors. . I included NDB's also just for future proofing.

Take a look at this! An ATC inclined friend discovered that there is an interior in the control tower at Hilo, so I flew my camera up to take a look! I haven't tried any other towers, but this is pretty cool!
