    Hello!I like the 747 much, but in my 10 flights until now with her I have the follow problem....I be on the optimal cruise level show by the FMC.My gross weight is 711.0 and I was depart EHAM (Amsterdam) for a hop to KEWR (New york).At cruise at 32.000 I encounter bad weahter over GB with turbulences... VNAV and LNAV + Autothrottle (cruise) was active...My engines was run at 101% RPM but I can see I lost speed about 1 knot every 2 seconds in the turbulent area.... winds aloft is off, so it was not a sudden wind change......my speed goes back into the yellow (stick shaker become active) and I start a decent because meanwhile my aoa was at about 12 degree....I was forced to…

  3. New upload to NAVData and AVSIM Flight Plans libraries. All procedures updated to include missing constraints and STARS are connected to approaches where disconnects used to occur. In cases where the procedures invoke ATC vectors, I have included xxxxx.ATC procedures for pilots flying with VATSIM. The DAFIF has a couple of obsolete fixes and these are been updated as well.

    all,I have the 747-400, and yet again the speeds are anoying me.When i'm climbing from 10,000 feet, everything is ok, but when i get to 28,000 ft, my airspeed drops. I know about the air pressure, it's just the speed keeps dropping. Today i was having a flight, and my speed dropped so low that it stalled. Am i doing anything wrong?(ps i wasn't over wieght)robbie

Just a quick one.Sometimes after landing on my chosen runway, and after disengaging thew AP, the plane continues to stick to a specific heading and no matter how I manually try to steer her onto a taxiway, she keeps pulling back hard on the ground to previous course.Anyone know what is happening, and how to stop it?     Hi,I had to reinstall MSFS and of course My 737NG.However after the update to 737-800-900 the overhead panel has large brown opaque panels. I removed everything again with the remove tool, reinstalled, same story. I deleeted the fs9.cfg file and reinstalled again. The panel goes crazy after the 700-800 update.Help please !Martin

    Not sure what I am doing wrong, but I suddenly can't see to be able to get the autopilot to come on???I had to do a reinstall of FS9.1 and after reinstalling my 737 I tried a quick flight. It worked fine before but now everytime I hit the autopilot button I get the noise you get when you hit the disengage button and the FMC alert far left A/P light comes on in red.I am sure this is something really silly but cannot figure what I am doing wrong.Please help someone this is driving me nuts!CheersGraham

  13. Everything is set up fine. I'm at 30 flaps, speed is fine. Autoland 3 is okay. Autothrottle has remained on throughtout the flight, and is on now. Autopilot is on. Touchdown is uneventful and looks perfect. Reverse thrust (F2) seems to come up and the spoilers are working. Auto Brakes are working. But then, all heck breaks loose. I can't stop the bird and it powers up and can't be stopped. I don't seem to have any steering control. And alarms are going off. Nothing shows on the FMC or EICAS. My checklist shows to disarm the Autothrottle arm switch during taxi in. Disabling the autopilot (3) doesn't make sense if I'm in AutoLand and it makes such a racket durin…

    I'm sure this is probably a silly question, but with regard to using the email address I used when purchasing my PMDG products, what if I've changed it?Originally I was using a Hotmail address when I purchased the 737s and 744 pax. I'm now using a proper address which is the one I use to login the the PMDG E-commerce section and is also the one I used to purchase the 744 freighter.So would I be correct in using the current non-Hotmail address to register for PMDG Ops?Thanks.

    I don't remember when exactly this happened but today when I was planning a flight I wasn't able to use any SIDs. I was departing KORD for KLAX and the app/dep screen did not have any SIDs for KORD. I tried updating my airac to 0513 and the pmdg sid/star from planepath.com. None of this seemed to resolve the problem. Does anyone know how to get SIDs back into the FMC?http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/150024.jpg

    Hi,in the WOB2G for EGLL, defined as follows: SID WOB2G RNW 27L KEEP HDG UNTIL 580 KEEP HDG UNTIL RADIAL 121 FROM NAVAID BUR NAVAID BUR NAVAID WOBUNa strange circle appears between BUR and WOBUN.It seems to have been noted already but I do not remember if a solution was found. For the moment I just press on Heading and resume LNAV after WOBUN. Any other solution ?Patrick

    1) What are the specific procedures for the 737-700 out of KSNA for noise abatement 19R? what altitude you set climb thrust, after a full power bleeds off t/o out of there would you select CLB2 or CLB1, my guess is 2 to save wear on the engines but for KSNA im not sure.2) Is there some kind of software that simulates Accuload or any kind of dispacth software for the 737?     Okay, I've been determined not to post here for some time yet, but this has me stumped.For my last couple of flights (into big cities such has Tokyo) I've selected the runway frequency in Dep/Arr, and gone to NAVRAD to double-click on it so it shows on the ..... can't remember the name, but you'll know what I mean!Just lately, under ILS/MLS I get "PARK", and no frequency. I've gone to the airport in MAP, got the frequency but not sure how to get it added in NAVRAD.Any help would be much appreciated.It's a recent problem, I haven't (intentionally) changed any settings, and all the relevant d/loads have been done and installed.CheersTimNZWN

    This is not likely a PMDG issue but I pretty much stay here so I thought i would post.THe screen shot is taken on approach ILS KSJC 12RThe building in the foreground has caused more than a few problmes, and certainly doesnt actually exist.Im curious if anyone knows how to remove it and if you can reproduce this problem

    This will probably be an easy one for the experts. When I first installed the 737NG I feel sure there was an option in the PMDG menu to set up how you wanted the a/craft to load up i.e. cold and dark, powered with engines off, engines running, etc.However, since adding the 800/900 I cannot find where to set this up? Can anyone assist me please? Thanks.Iain
