Hello,If you have problems with the download and if you have got your order confirmation, click on the link at the end of the email, this will open a new page on which you can read "You are Authorized for the following downloads: (...)"Click on the button "Click Here for download"A new page will be openend and if your download does not work, don't panic ! I got the same problem (the progress bar continues to progress but nothing appears) !! Just copy the entire link from the address bar, download GetRight (if you don't have it...), open GetRight, File Menu, Enter New URL, and paste the link, click OK.. and your download should begin ! I have tried it 3 times, and it worke…

I got the download link ok, but it gives me a blank window like it's trying to download,but is overloaded. Should I let it sit or should I just try back later? I don't know how servers work, but does it wait in line behind everybody else in front of me? Just wondering!ThanksJamie

Has anyone been able to order from Washington State? I tried and was not able to because it would not accept the State entry. Not sure what to do because there is no option accept what is listed. How about it PMDG? Have any sugggestions?Tom

I was finally just able to dl and when I was about half through it just cut off and when I tried again I am getting the invalid message again I am getting very frustrated here,please reset so I can try again. Thanks, JeffG

Pardon my ignorance. Could somebody please tell me how to take a screen shot in FLY!II and to what directory it goes to? I thought that is was shift-s. I tried that and nothing.Thanks,CB

Are FSbuild flightplans compatible with the new 757 as they were with the 777 ?.It says in the manual that LOAD allows previously saved routing to be loaded into the FMC memory from the FLY/PMDG directory but it does not mention wether these have to be route's made up in the FMC its self or from program's such as FSbuild. I recieved a new reset link from Robert earlier today. Initialy the first one or two times I tried it, no progress. The invalid request was not there anymore, but the page just continouly loaded thus not starting the download. I tried the new reset link again about an hour later and it is now downloading!! Apparently the server is still heavily loaded and you need to get a download spot. Similar to calling a busy number, keep trying and you'll get through!! I select the aircraft, then click purchase. I then get "Your shopping cart is empty or you have proceeded to checkout." If click "continue shopping" I go to an invalid page (link is http://www.precisionmanuals.com/membersdir/welcome.asp).What can I do? Order form won't accept Washington (State) as a valid state identifier. No option to change what is there.Tom Hibben

Captains-When you install the 757, it is capable of updating your 777 to make it compliant with the newer 757 standards.If you install the 757 on a version of FLY!II that is older than V230, or if you don't instruct the installer to update the 777, FLY!II will crash with a winrun.cpp error....In case anyone has problems with the 757 installation, here are my recommendations...1) (as always) A fresh install of FLY!II.2) Install the 777 (if you own it)3) Update FLY!II to Rich Harvey's V230 patch. There's no button to click to start the download and it does not start by itself. Hello,I just tried to order the new 757 (and only the 757!), but after filling all fields (name, adress, phone number, card number etc..), a new page opens in order to recapitulate my infos (which were correct!), and at the top, I see Total Amount : 59.90$==> I did not change the number of items when I tried to order the 757 !So, I push the Reset button, but with no effect. After many attempts, I closed this window, and my tought were at this time : "Ok, I will try another order, because something went wrong"But now, when I am in the purchase page, and after checking "Airliner Series 757-200 [$29.95] ***** NEW *****" and when I push the Purchase button, I got this mess…

Captains-I have completed building the release version of the 757, and would normally expect to move ahead with the release tonight (thursday) or tomorrow (friday.)There MAY be a minor snag, however....As I have previously mentioned, we have been waiting on a minor code fix from TRI...The fix is to correct a small problem in the way FLY!II displays day/night models. Currently, this bug causes FLY!II to lose track of the position of the landing gear visual model- which causes the gear to appear in the down position as the airplane transitions from day/night. Hi,I have found a website, www.smartcockpit.com that describes the 767 systems in great detail. I was wondering if:1) What are the system differences between the 757 and 767, would the systems notes apply to both the 767 and 757 or are the differences too reat. 2)Will the manuals released with the 757 go into this much detail?one more question, I noticed on the pmdg website you are makeing the 767? how long will it take to develop?
