I cannot get the landing gear on the 757 to go up. The nose wheel also always seems to be in the turn position. The landing lever is up. I moved the lever up and down a couple of times with no effect (other than the dynamics of the aircraft appear to change.Regards,Andrew.

Maybe this is yesterday's news, but I was delighted to see that all my old flight plans formatted for the triple-seven FMC work just fine with the 757 as well. It also means we do not have to wait for a new version of FSBuild to easily generate new plans for the 757. Just thought I would mention this. Nice going PMDG!Andrew

On the LEGS page, pressing 1L twice results in three boxes at 6R to enter a course into. However, the 'TO' annotation is too far right and overlaps the boxes.Andrew Luck18 miles SW EGSH

After completing a flight, is there a way to clear the FMC and enter a plan for a new flight? I know that I could simply load a previously saved plan, but what if I want to program a new one from scratch? I found that even if I shut down the engines, turn off the IRUs and turn off the battery, when I bring the system up again the old plan is still there. The only way I have found is to clear it is to switch to another plane and then switch back to the 757. This works, but it does not feel very realistic. Anyone know the secret? The manual does not seem to cover this.Andrew

Mr. Robert,I had a quick question for you. If I recall correctly several years ago when you produced the first FLY! PMDG aircraft you mentioned that you were interested in producing a 747 with all the guages. From my Emergency Action memory, there are about 900 switches in the older model 747's (200, 300 models) and however many guages. Have you or will you seriously considered makeing a 747-200 or 747-300 for FLY!II? Having an REALISTIC non-digit flightdeck aircraft for FLY! would be outstanding. I can't even phathom that amount of work it would take to create functioning realistic the panels (Flight Engineer, see shot below). I don't know about other people in this fo…

I've emailed the 757 manual to my Dad at his work several times so he can print it out for me, but he keeps getting an error saying something like could not decrypt or open when he tried opening the manual using Adobe Acrobat Reader. I noticed that there is a yellow key at the bottom of Acrobat Reader when the manual is open and it says Document Encrypted when ever I leave my mouse over it. hey guys!I have a p3 500 with 320MB of RAM and a TNT2/32MB...but regretfully all I'm getting is a slideshow :(I was wondering...can you give me some tips for improving my frame rates (currently avg is 5-7fps around KATL, scenery settings at minimums) ?I don't have any plans for upgrading my machine right now, that's why I'd love to hear any tips that would help me fly the 757 instead of waiting till year's end :(Thanks again, and btw...the few mins I was able to use the product were awesome...it rocks ;)-E

Hello,I have a little problem : look at this pic :As you can see, I have erratic characters coming from the altimeter. Moreover, if I want to change settings on the Kollsman know, Fly! II hangs (and if I push the escape key on my keyboard, I return to the desktop...)My Fly! II installation is pretty old, so I think that this problem comes from there... But you know, it takes a lot of time to install Fly! II, and installed all my add-ons (aircrafts, sceneries, utilities etc....), so before doing a fresh "new" installation of the game, I would like to have your comments...Maybe the beta team has seen this problem before, and knows how to resolve it WITHOUT having to reinsta…

I had to get at least one livery up and flying to keep up with Pete. Allow me to share this NAL757. Needs a few more cosmetic touches, as do the rest of the liveries I have lined up. In the paint hanger now are:American AirlinesDHLUS AirwaysAir Holland (new scheme)British Airways (old livery - Speedmark)British Airways (3 Utopia versions)DutchBirdThat makes 10 liveries coming, including the NAL. For other reasons, I decided to reinstall fly2 from scratch. The first time, I installed all the patches,inlcuding ver.230. Then I installed the 777 and then the 757. I got all kinds of lock ups and WInrun errors. So I then removed FLY2 and reinstalled all pathches up to 2.10, but not including 230. Then I installed the 777 and tried flying. So far things look good. I have not yet installed the 757 because I want to go by process of elimination, just in case I get an error. I don't know about the 757 installation, but I ask you to be careful if you install the 777 after patch 230(that's the last patch).Some one may want to add to this, but the 777/757 are such beauties th…

I have been having difficulty tuning in an ILS freq and course. According to the manual, the ILS should be tuned using the box on the center pedestal rather than the VOR knobs up on the glare shield. However, the center pedestal box does not seem to allow tuning. I can click on the tuning knob and it displays a freq other than the one I want. It will not let me tune other freqs with the mouse or select a course. Any idea what I am doing wrong (I am sure there is something obvious that I am missing)? I should mention that this is with the FMC fully programed with flight plan and destination runway info. Thanks for the help.Andrew

Hi,does anyone know how to adjust the keyboard sensitivity under fly! 2? the problem is that the rudders move much too slow so that it's not possible to control the 757.I don't want to use a joystick/yoke/etc.. there has to be a way to setup the keyboard sensitivity!thanks in advance!malte

I just took the 757 for a spin in Fly!2 on VATSIM. The entire flight ATC complained they couldn't get my flight plan. I filled out the entire flight plan, every single field. Nothing different from using SBv3.02 before, except the 757. I did try changing servers too, no help. Anyone else have the same problem? Better yet, anyone have a solution? :)Can't wait to see the TCAS in action!SP
