Hi guys, I am a little bit frustrated at the moment because I am not able to complete any long flights without a crash. Problem: If I am flying PMDG 747 or PMDG 777, after 4-5 hours, P3D stops without any input from my side and I have no idea why. I tried reinstalling the complete system and tried the same flight again (done with T7 and 747) and after 4 hours, P3D stopped working. Because I was interested if this is a potentional SIM or WIndows issue, I did the same flight again with another Aircraft and do not get any errors. Whole flight completed without error. I will not say, that the PMDG Aircraft is causing the error, but I don't know where to start se…

This has happened a couple of times. After push back using GSX, the PMDG 737-700 aircraft and setting the parking brake, will not go forward or any direction once the brake is released. I have acceleration, but no forward movement. I am not sure what's going on. This doesn't happen a lot, just occasionally. I was at KRNO with default scenery, and I also have the REX worldwide airport scenery installed. Thanks

Since I am a loyal PMDG flyer I dont know if this is an issue with LM P3dV4 r with PMDG products. On takeoff roll everything seems smooth looking forward through the CA and FO front. windscreen but when I look out the side windows I notice stutters of varying level until I am off the runway. I am only thinking it is a PMDG related issue because of the additional performance demands. Anyone have a thought or solution? Thanks Randy Smth.

Been trying to do long hauls all day and at some were between 3 and 4 hours into the journy the sim dissapars. Help please i am begining to get frustrated.

Hi There, I understand that my post's title is pretty vague and the only reason for this is due to lack of a better name for the title. :) My question (That I'm sure has been clarified multiple times by fellow forum members and RSR/Kyle Rodgers) is as follows: I want to repurchase the 777 (Base and extended Package) for Prepar3D. But, I want to install it into version 3 right now, however, I plan on making the switch to Version 4 once ORBX make aussie airports compatible and MJC and FSL make their products compatible. Hello, I moved this topic from P3D General Area as it appears that PMDG should be noticed as well...I also filing the support ticket. I have recently purchased Aerosoft Balearic Islands pack - BIP (LEPA/LIBH/LMH) from Aerosoft that was adopted as a straight port for P3Dv4.0. The installers put sceneries' entries into scenery.cfg file correctly, then I ran FTX Vector to check an elevation for each airport. Hey all, PMDG 777-Base Package for Prepar3D VERSION v1.10.8395 P3D V4 Yesterday I installed the new updates from pmdg (only getting round to the NGX and 777). Did a few circuits in both, and apart fromt he autobrake clicking, all set. This morning I noticed there was a new version of the 777 in the operations centre that stated the autobrake had been fixed and new fresh installers necessary, I uninstall and reinstall the 777 (twice now) and i am getting crashes on loading the scenerio with any addon product now. Hello My Pr3d V4 was working optimally before July 28. Yesterday I installed all July 28th PMDG updates for 737 NGX, 777-200, 777-300 and 747-400. P3D starts opening screen for few seconds and shuts off. I uninstalled the P3D v4 client, reinstalled with same results. There was a question of unknown publisher and risk to my computer by windows defender and I opted for run anyway for all four installations. Also Norton AV alerts for intrusion which I have not seen before. I disabled that in Norton. I did install the full downloads and opted for the "repair option" in all four installations. I've got a new video card coming tomorrow, so from searching the forums, I gather that I should deactivate my licenses for PMDG stuff before I install the new card and then reactivate. If that's incorrect, please let me know. Given how switching from one PMDG aircraft to another in the same sim session goes, this could take a while for every PMDG product I have installed (NGX, QOTS, 777, DC6). I'm sure PMDG aren't keen on giving out a roadmap, but can you please consider adding license management to the Ops Center so that it's decoupled from the simulator environment?

Hi, I've just purchased the PMDG 777 base package. Very excited to install. But I have a problem. I've never been able to download anything from amazonaws.com (where PMDG downloads are hosted) for some unknown reason. My ISP has been trying to solve this issue since more than a year ago. The download chokes/times out after 30sec or so. Does anyone know if there is a mirror for downloading the PMDG packages? Thanks a bunch!

Hi support team, finally i've installed the new updates of the PMDG aircrafts via the repair mode inside the installer. After the update, i started P3DV4 and a black screen appears instead of the normal mode. In my opinion it has something to do with the update or my install method (repair mode), because it was the last thing i did before. I already deinstalled all PMDG aircrafts, but the problem still exists. I hope anyone can help me. Thanks Best regards Fabian

I'm trying to integrate fuel and passenger loading from my virtual airline's ACARS package with PMDG aircraft. Sending events to the CDU to navigate to the fuel and passenger loading pages isn't too difficult, but my bigger problem is how to determine the passenger capacity and the maximum number of seats in each class. Dear friends, I would like a help to know how I can request for PMDG a new activation key for 777-200 / 300. The reason for that is due to a computer format that I had to for some times and with this procedure I have to activate for some time the PMDG 777-200 me now when I try to activate I receive a message saying that the extra activations was exceede. Hi, After updating my PMDG ops center this morning I am no longer able to download and install liveries from Ops center. I have attached a picture to show the error I am getting: https://photos.app.goo.gl/gwHk9KyJPfa8sFUf1 I am running OC as admin, gave P3Dv4 folder all the rights, AV off. As I said only happened after the update as I was still downloading liveries on Friday. Hopefully this can be fixed. Kind Regards Marno Koen

Hi, I recently purchased the base package of the NGX for Prepar3d v4. The Plane works great in sim with the house livery, but the operations center seems to have failed to install. The folder is there in C:\Program Files (x86)\PMDG Operations Center but the only files in it are the OpsCenterUpdater.exe, PMDG_Icon.ico, and PMDG-OC-Manual.pdf. I ran both the updater and reran the installer to no avail. I sware I'm missing something but can't find it or the shortcut to it anywhere. help would be appreciated. Thanks! Adam Wells
