Hello Everyone in the USA, I don't think it is out of order to write this Post under the circumstances. My sympathy goes out to those affected by the Harvey Storm and to mention one name in particular, simply because he is the only person I know of who lives in Corpus Christi, Dan Downs. I was reading this thread on FSDT's Forum regarding GSX and proper gate positions for different aircraft types: I highlighted the important information in red. I opened up my aircraft.cfg for my PMDG planes and noticed that all the atc_parking_types=GATE,RAMP when it should be GATE only... Ramp is for GA planes. I would like to bring this to PMDG's attention so that it can be fixed. Especially for people who use GSX. This will screw up the parking system. I also noticed that the atc_parking_codes=XXX entry is missing as well. This is important for GSX users. So when we use the built in GSX menu to select out gate, it will only show us valid gates that we can park at.

Captains, Right off the top- please be aware that we have finally released the Prepar3D v4 compatible version of the PMDG 737-600/700 NGX Expansion package. Hello! I already know that the wear for the DC6 is stored per repaint. But how is this working on the NGX and the 777 when service based failures are ON? I have read the intro manual, but there is no explaination if this works for the whole plane (all repaints and models like 738, 739....) or per repaint (lufthansa, american airlines....)? Can someone enlighten me? Thanks!

If there is a repaint of Robert's Tabitha May, I couldn't find one. I thought it really deserved doing. Manfred Jahn's C-47 had to stand in for NC 33611. I have to state that I have no PMDG aircraft (far too much plane for my limited brain cells!) but if they ever do a DC-3 I'll be one of the first to buy it. In the meantime... Available from my MediaFire under Freeware Aircraft, now (see sig) or on AVSIM library soon.

When I opened the Operations Center today to add a livery to the DC-6 I had a notification to update the Operation Center. After installing the DC-6 livery, I clicked on ok to update the OC. For some reason I got two update screens trying to update. i got a message saying that there was problem with the up date, to close my computer re-boot and try installing the update again. I did have to hard shut down the computer. Upon reboot, Windows at first had a hard time finding the operation center. I ran the live update from the X86 program folder. It appeared to work. When I tried to run the Operation Center, It stared said it was connecting to the server and shut down. Follo…

Hi. I have some saved flights in FSX of my takeoffs and landings with PMDG 737 and 777 which I did last year. With the recent overall updates of PMDG aircrafts ( Including several uninstalls and reinstalls) will it go problem-free for me to load those saved flights?

Hey! I wonder if there is a DC-6 signature banner? Or if anyone is aware of a resource for self making banners? I tried to find the (old, i think) Proud PMDG Supporter banner but I think it is not available anymore. Thanks!

This is a really small question but it is bugging me a bit. Why do some airlines configure their Boeing aircraft with Inverted V (that weird looking one where a purple V was put into photoshop, stretched out too much and flipped 180 degrees) flight directors instead of the Split Cues? (The two lines) Or vice versa. I think that it is easier to fly the FD with the split cues as you can (in my testing) follow the FD more precisely than in other aircraft. Could anyone provide some insight as to why there are two variations to the FD? I presume that the Inverted V was to keep commonality with another aircraft?

Hello I have a very strange issue, recently I reinstall P3DV4 and all the PMDG aircrafts i have 737,747,777, the issue is that I am not able to click the left PFD for those 3 aircrafts, BUT the right one is no issue at all. can anyone tell me about this issue or is there anyone else has this issue. thanks i7700K GTX 1080Ti 16 RAM.

On Aug 20th, I checked and there was an OPS CTR update showing on OPS in the notifications. I clicked on the update and it froze part way through. I have since un-installed the 777-200 and re-installed it, figuring it would repair/replace my OPS CENTER. No changes to OC were done by the re-install. However, when I go into PLEASE SELECT A PRODUCT, the 777-200 is MISSING from P3Dv4, when it was there on Friday the 18th. I have both the 737NGX for P3Dv3 & P3Dv4, but only the v4 for the 777. Anyone else with similar problems? Any ideas? Dave Robinette NBL1936

OH boy, everything was sweet last night tonight it's just not working... ill be posting this around a few forums relating to my add-ons I've not seen anyone have this problem, so if I can work it out and ill update with the solution. I jumped in started fs2crew, and PMDG 777 and lights never come on. I then move outside all working. When am in the cockpit and am looking out the window to 12 o'clock. The lights cut off, I have made a video to show you hope you can see what I mean, First time using youtube. Hopefully, someone can workout what is the problem. Hello Yesterday I reinstall P3D Version 4 and Reinstall all the PMDG aircraft I have 737,747,777, and I have an issue with the cockpit, they are blury or unsharp, what I have done so far I unstall them and reinstall again but the same result, I do not have this issue before I reinstall P3D. can anyone tell me which website to upload the prntscreen as on this forum not possible to upload the printscreen, thanks my system is i7700K and GTX 1080Ti

Hello guy's I Wonder if thera are simmer whose have found to deal with engine failure and throttle when like me they are equipped of basic single throttle Matter for me is that I can't respect the qrh as when I have to put the trust lever of the affected engine side to idle when moving my throttle to maintain sufficient power for the operative engine it doesn't take in account the affected side and remove it to the same power as the side operating.. So have you got a tricks to know or later I must without doubt take some cash to improve my hardware? Regards

Howdy I've recently upgraded to P3D v4, so I uninstalled aircraft in the following order NGX Expansion Pack NGX Base Pack. 777 Expansion Pack 777 Base Pack 747 Base Pack. I then installed the NGX Base Pack, Expansion Pack in v3 and v4 and tested it in the sim and was operating ok. Same for 777 Base + Expansion and 747 Base Pack for both v3 and v4. However, the Operations Center would not recognise that the 737 and 777 were installed in both v3 and v4, but it knew that the 747 had been. Hello pilots! I just started to use the CH products flight sim yoke and pedals. Love it! Just one problem, cant find the left/right brake assignment to my pedals. I mean, for example when I press on the toe of the left pedal it should apply left brake.... there is an option in the settings controls: Brakes (apply left), Brakes (apply right) for both controllers. But when I try to do new assignments, it would not recognize when I press to the toe of my pedals... I hope you would understand what I mean... And thank you! P.S. I am using Prepar3Dv3

Until this update issue is resolved, it would be nice if we could have to version just before the July 28 update. I can't install new liveries without the OC and get to flying my favorite airlines. Does PMDG have a way to send me and others affected by the update issue, a link to download the last OC? -And I'd like to suggest that for future OCs to have an option for us to choose which server to connect to in case it's a problem server side. -Angelo Busato

HI all, I have setup a full cockpit using mostly the Opencockpits products. I have one large monitor and of course I don't need any sort of cockpit view. I only want an external view looking out of the cockpit and I want to be able to pan left and right without a static view looking out. I use the 2D cockpit view (not the virtual cockpit view) and close the panels so all I see is outside the aircraft looking forward. When I pan left and right though I see the 3D view of the right window and the 3D view of the left window. I simply want to be able to pan left and right while looking out without seeing any sort of cockpit view. Is this possible? Thanks!

Apologies if this has been covered. I have subscription for PMDG AIRAC for the year, and updated it on my P3D today using 1709. Departing KLAS, as soon as I put in, "KLAS" on the RTE departure, I get, "KLAS ERR: 08L RWY N/A". I don't even see any other runways at LAS. First time I've seen this. I know that they changed the runway numbers, but how do I fix this? Is this from PMDG, P3D or Navigraph? Thank you in advance. Tom Solon

hi guys , i just encounter this problem that never happen to me before , i did a complete re-install for my FSX:SE because it kept on crashing so it include all the PMDG product and after i installed everything i install a livery from the PMDG livery downloader and this happen.. which is never happen to me before.. the livery is installed in the PMDG operations center but i cant see it in FSX:SE except for the default pmdg livery.

I have PMDG 747-400 working with FSX. I Installed now FSX-SE. but it does not intall. What should I do?
