I was flying from Dubai to Heathrow and was preparing to descend, i put 16000ft into the Altitude selector and waited till T/D. as soon as i got to T/D i clicked on hold so that the place would descend but it didnt. It just stayed at 36000ft. I tried using the V/S Selector then pressing Altitude hold again but every time i did that the plane would just level off. Whats going on

Sorry for the double post - posted at the 777 support forum too... I installed P3D v4.1 and am going to feed it with my PMDG 777 base install. Should I still run the Legacy Simconnect installers that come with P3Dv4.1 or is the standard Simconnect version that comes default with P3D v4 enough ?

After successfully upgrading to P3D V4.1, Weather radar shows no returns. ActiveSky for P3Dv4 installed. All was functioning before upgrade. Checked HiFi forums, no visibility on this yet. Flying PMDG QOTSII 747F. Anyone else seeing this?

Hello, I am completely new to PMDG and have bought the B737 NGX base package today. I tried to install it and the error message came up as: An outdated version of Prepar3D v3 has been detected. Before you can install this PMDG product you will need to update Prepar3D. This problem has probably come up for many others but somehow typing in the search bar I could not find anything. I updated Prepar3D because the first time it was actually not up to date. Now it is and yet it still comes out to the same thing. I've restarted the computer and even followed this YouTube video of changing the registry. Still nothing changed. Could anyone help me? S…

I'm having an issue when trying to update using the OC. Never had an issue before. Anti-Virus is off and no migration tool is installed. With the release of P3D v4.1, it looks like ill be doing a full reinstall at some point to take advantage of all the features. My question is, when I uninstall my PMDG stuff and the sim, and then reinstall it all, do i have to unregister the product first? Or can i skip that and just reinstall and will it be activated?

I updated to v4.1 a few days ago then I lost steering on all my planes. I updated EZCA yesterday to the latest beta which seemed to be causing some issues, which I have uninstalled and moved to simplecam. I updated my PMDG 737 and A2A aircraft yesterday. I have steering on all my planes now except for PMDG 737. Is anyone else having this issue still? If not can someone point me in the direction to fix this problem. thanks.

Dear PMDG developer, Good morning, I download the last update for PMDG 747-400 v3 and 777-200ER and 777-300 I am using P3D v4 with windows 10 I have some issues with the PMDG with 747 I can't see the pilot screen of the screen of speed and the altitude ... you can get it if you pres "Shift + 8" Also with PMDG 777-300/200 With 777 I can't open Failures page, ATS ... etc I can open the chick list only. Also the camera screen I can't see the light when I open the light Is there a camera in 747 and 777-200 or not? Good afternoon everyone, I'm having a little issue installing liveries into FSX i will tell you what happens I have the liveries that I want for FSX i click on pmdg 800NGX then i select United airlines from the list. Then I go to the right and select the green button (ADD). Thats were the issue happens it opens up to select a folder but I dont know where Im supposed to go from there. can someone explain what to do maybe with a picture. Thank You

It seemed to me that PMDG implied that with all the changes they were making with the Operations Center, that they might incorporate the service vehicle add on with their other products (777, 737) in the near future. Anyone else on this boat?

When I install client I choose thr location of my p3d4 is installed. C:\Program Files\Locked.............. Seems to install ok After with the content it stops with a warning that source file not found and rejects to continue have a screenshot but don’t know how to send

Will PMDG update their product for p3d v4.1 with the rain effect ?

Would anybody be able to help me get my entries to the dll.xml file back for PMDG products? If you could copy and paste the text required. It was a dll file for the pmdg airplanes and raaspro but with the 4.1 install I deleted my xml files and would rather not reinstall pmdg airplanes thanks. - David Lee

Hi, I just updated my Operations Center, then I tried to install liveries for my NGX (FSX version). However, Operations Center does not offer such option anymore. It recognizes that I have NGX installed (it is white and not grey), but on the left I have no options at all, just Expansions. For the 777 and the 747 I have no problems.

Prepar3d V3.4 (I have the most recent version) crashes every time I try and load a PMDG product. The simulator works fine with any other plane, just not the PMDG ones. I have tried uninstalling everything, including the simulator (EZDOK 2.0, GEX World Edition 1.1, UTX Europe and USA, Active Sky 2016) and reinstalling it and the same results. My NVIDIA display driver is updated, and I run windows 10. Any suggestions? Thanks, Chris Herner
