Downloaded my .rte file from Simbrief as usual, and put the .rte in the FLIGHPLANS to the 777 and 747. Now, entering it on the FMC, it says, "NOT IN DATA BASE". This is the first time it's happened since updating to v4.1 on P3D. Can anyone help? Any ideas why this is happenign? Thanks.

The 747 and the 777 somehow aren't finding the route inside the FLIGHTPLANS folder. I have a route in both the 747 and 777 folder but the 777 shows no routes in those folders. I've tried rebooting, restarting the sim, and changing the permissions on the folder itself. Any ideas? And yes, I'm running P3D as admin. Whenever I try to load the route, it says "no routes available".

The PMDG Operation center isn't allowing me to download liveries for any aircraft. Any time I click Livery Manager, it leaves me with "Downloading Livery Data... Connecting..." and never progresses. I'm running FSX:SE on Windows 10

For unknown reasons, I could not run P3Dv4.1 and the latest PMDG products on the same system with Microsoft Office 2010 32-bit. Either I got the "object libraries missing or damaged" message with Excel/Word, or P3D would start but the screen was black (I could hear the engines!). As a long-shot measure, I installed the 64-bit version of Office and the problems disappeared. I cannot quantify it but P3D4.1 seems to load and run more smoothly...Office running well, also. So, if you are having some problems along these lines, you might consider this option.

For some reason lately my PMDG 737's and 777 aircraft show up in the selection menus, but when I select the airport to place them at the plane doesn't show up. There are engine sounds but no panels and the aircraft from outside view just doesn't appear. I can load a smaller plane such as the Cessna 172 or Beach Baron 58 and they do load OK. I have heard the last Windows10 update caused some bad things taking place. Any suggestions on how to correct this. Thanks.....

Hi Team, just bought the 737 NGX base package and the downloadlink provided doesn't work. The download via browser stops at 30-40mb. Download with an Downloadmanager doesn't work either. Add this complicated way of getting some quick and easy support after purchase, and you've an realy upset costumer. For now, i'm not happy with this purschase. Please provide me some insight, how i can get my already paid product. Best regards Torsten Hueser

I'm going to assume that its just me having this issue since I don't see anyone else having this problem. P3D v4.1 with Windows 10 (all patches). I re-installed all PMDG products recently and this is the first time I was going to use them. The registration screen popped up as usual when trying to load the 737-700, I put in the code and then P3D gets locked up at a black screen. No error, just P3D at at black screen. I checked the event viewer and don't see an error. However, I have to go manually close P3D because it is locked up at black screen. I reloaded P3D but same error. I can select the PMDG aircraft - they are there in the menu but they don't load. …

My PMDG Operations center does not show liveries for my purchased 747. stelios

I felt like I needed to say something to the PMDG team in recognition for their DNA which is that of absolutely outstanding products for the flight sim enthusiast. I recently had to reinstall all my PMDG addons to update them, and decided that while I was at it, I might as well reinstall the MD11 even though it is no longer supported by PMDG. Dear All, I've been struggling with getting P3Dv4 and PMDG to work. I reset Windows 10 a few weeks back and reinstalled everything from a clean registry. Hello there Morning P3DV4 and PMDG777 also run normally, the afternoon game when I set PMDG777 CDU in the cold compartment, the P3D closed and reopened Only see the p3d run icon and read the bar for two seconds then P3D will automatically shut down and can not open try to fix Not work, and then trouble you look grateful

I know you now longer sell these, but I was wondering if there was any plans to release the retired products as freeware and allow upload to sites like avsim or flightsim.com with the understanding that these products would be "As Is" and no longer supported.

I just installed P3DV4.1 so no PMDG planes yet. I have them all on the same computer under V3. Do I just click on the PMDG777 Base Package P3D file and it will install. Ijust don't want to mess up my V3 yet - so I am concerned how to direct it to V4.

Hello I have been using PMDG aircraft (737, 747) for several months with my current version of P3D4.1. Today, I started to load the 737 and it requested the activation code. Just wanted to give a shout out to Chris and Paul with PMDG tech support. I was having an issue with reloading saved flights and they gave me some ideas to try that would help the flights load more reliably. Beyond that, i had mentioned i was frequently saving due to CTDs. Despite the fact that my CTDs are not specifically a PMDG support issue they took the time to give me some things to check/try to help alleviate my CTD issue. Top notch, thanks guys. Dave Reage

Hello, I'm not sure PMDG likes much the tweaking of their (already beautiful) cockpit, but I have two questions which need answers, not found on google. I may have lost track of this due to recent travels, but is there any particular advantage for those of us successfully using P3D v4.0 to update the client packages to v4.1? I have read the LM readme page, but there doesn't seem to be anything there that makes the update a "must do" item for me and my 737ngx/777-200LR install. What have I missed? Many thanks in advance.

Just curious about this. If OOM is never experienced with P3D v3.4, what's the advantage of moving to P3D v4? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have an issue whereby none of my PMDG products can be updated using the Operations Center. Whenever I click "OK" on the notifications center, a command prompt flashes open then closes immediately, without actually updating anything. I've done some digging and the log file shows the below: I have only included the section of the Log related to the 747v3, but I'm having the same problem for all the products I own (747v3, 777-200LRF+300ER, 737NGX). Good morning These may or may not be related and I've spent a couple of hours scouring the forums so I apologise if I have missed the answer 1) I have just installed v4.1 (leaving my 3.4 alone) and successfully re-downloaded the NGX base, installed by selecting v4. However when I do the same for the 600/700, it doesn't give me any options for v4, only to repair the existing (v3) update. 2) This may or may not be relevant but the OPS centre tells me I have 3 updates. I click to install. All is well. However when I reopen the Ops centre, the same 3 updates are available again. They never disappear. I have disabled AVG during this process in case that was…

Im hoping that someone else has had this problem and can help me. I use the pmdg 737 ngx. I have Navigraph for fmc updates. I also have aivlasoft and asnext. for p3d 4.1 which are all upto date (Navigraph) My problem is that FMC (which should be up to date doesn't recognize the gate numbers when I enter my iris position. get error not in database. In conjuction with this, when I dial the atis for Montreal airport (from FlyTampa) I get landing and departing on runways 23, 24l, 24r, 25, 26, 27, 28. There is only 24l, 24r and 28.
