I'm not sure if anyone else is encountering this or not. When going to the PMDG site and logging in I'm getting a confirm password request and e-mail to verify. I added the DC-6 to my cart and when selecting purchase it states the cart is empty. The process loops around and around. Haven't been on the page for ages so there wouldn't be any cache of it. Tired of being unable to access my long standing account, I created a new account that I could access and finally purchased the DC-6. Hello all, I'm kind of "grounded" in my hotel room being away from home for the work in a country where going out is not particularly advised at night and working tomorrow early morning. I have nothing else to do than chill out with some music and wander on the forums. But hey, it is not the end of the world. Occasionally on take off I get a tire pressure and/or a brake temp warning. Am I doing something wrong? How do I correct this? Thanks.........Steff

After update to 1709 with WINDOWS 10, P3D v3 is not working. It load ok but can not fly, the propeller on the MJCQ400 turn very slow, one turn by minute, same for all airplane, and jet. I don't know if I erase and download V3 again with last update for V3, this with help. I play with the configuration for P3D with no success. FSX is working OK Pierre Dupuis

Hi, I recently bought the PMDG777 and when I finally got it to work, I took the airplane out for a flight in terrible rainy weather going from OMDB's RWY30L. I pressed the WXR button on the MCP. and then on the pedestal, I pressed AUTO, the L/R button (or whatever it is called), the WX+T button and then I turned the gain knob all the way to the right and starting turning the range knob right and left only to find out that nothing has changed on my display. It was still black. I read some things about the FSUIPC.ini file and just like people suggested, I moved it to a temporary folder to see if that would work but nothing changed. Hi! I want PMDG to create an highly advance modern fighter jet as the F-22 Raptor or F/A 18E/F. I can not find any highly realistic and advance fighter jet add-on in the current market. I want an in depth simulation, an aircraft-sim superior VRS Superbug and Milviz F-4E Adv. I do not hesitate to pay 500 Euro or more for a adv. fth.jet. Do a market research with your existing customers where the customer mark "interested" or "not interested" of a modern PMDG fth.jet.

I recently bought Active Sky Next and everything was working just fine when flying the PMDG 777 out of OMAA when FSX crashes. Nothing showed up on the Event Viewer or on AppCrashView. I decided to try that again with ASN off and everything worked just fine. Best Regards, AbdulRahman

Servus aus Graz, the landing/runway lights illumination issue seems to be a speciality of PMDG 737- since i installed GF-TQ6 ADV this bug also infected my FSX Sim. Is there any news about ?. I would appreciate it, if someone could tell me: this or that is the cause. Thanks for your help regards delefinchen

I start to download Installation file ,and shortly after 100MB of downloading it stops The file im downloading is the B777 Base package and also the B737 Base package i get the same errors

I don't suppose this callout is available yet in pmdg planes is it?

I have recently had to reinstall Windows 10 and now cannot get my PMDG aircraft (777-200LR) to start. I can load the default fighter aircraft in P3Dv4.1 without problems, but when I try to load the PMDG aircraft, P3D hangs with the Windows Task Manager showing the program using a large amount of memory but with the CPU usage at 0%. I am sure that I have done something wrong to cause this situation but cannot imagine what that is. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Will PMDG ever add support for the built in weather radar to work with REX weather engines? I have been a long time user of Active Sky, however REX Skyforce looks like it could be a game changer....

I just bought a Samsung HMD Odyssey windows mixed reality (WMR) headset. The windows setup went very smooth. My pc has 16GB memory, an i5 3.4 GHZ processor overclocked to 4.3 GHZ, GTX 1080 graphics card and windows 10 latest update. I use P3D V4. I installed Steam, Steam VR and Steam for Mixed Reality. When I play using standard aircraft in VR i get stutters of the image when turning my head. When using the famous add-on aircraft from PMDG the stutters get very severe. In fact so severe that it is not playable. So apparently these give more load on the CPU/GPU than the standard aircraft. After a while the image freezes and the only option is to shut down. I…

I had card hacked last september so I contacted to PMDG and solved. But they locked my account has been locked and my license has been locked. How can I do?

Good evening, I am currently getting an error everytime I try to access livery download manager for the 777 the error message is: "TLS 1.2 is disabled in your Windows installation. Please enable in Control Panel/Internet Options/Advanced tab for proper downloading of OC content." I have checked internet options and TLS 1.2 is enabled, all latest updates from windows updates are installed and i've even tried running the repair option but its still displaying this error does anyone know what the issue is? HI Whilst not strictly a matter for PMDG , I was wondering which of the PMDG aircraft ( Prepar3dv4) might be compatible with the Flight 1 GTN 750. I am having a lot of problems ( read impossible ) programming the DC6 Cloudmaster ( GNS 430 ) as the right hand cursor button will not respond to any mouse commands. I hope I in the right place, I just up-date my video card with new GeForce gtx 1080. the driver is (gforce 388.13 whql-r388-10.4) I been trying to get the NVidia inspector. the only files I get are NVidia inspector (application), NVidia inspector (exe), and NVidia profile inspector (application). I really don't know if these are the 3 files required, all I know is I can not get the files installed. Is the inspector to old for the card or the driver the wrong driver. when I open the NVidia inspector application I don't get the window were you can select the wrench and screwdriver to get in to select settings. thanks.

Hi, I wanted to report a problem regarding the online purchase of your products. I can not buy the 737NGX for Prepar3D, arrived at the payment page and clicking on the "checkout" button to pay with a credit card appears a page with the word "empty cart".
