G'day All As we know, you can have multiple routes for the same sector. This morning I inadvertently uploaded the wrong route but for the life of me I couldn't delete it and insert the correct one - this was for the QOTS II. Is there a way this can be done without having to reload the aircraft? Cheers Steve Young Canberra

Hello, I have recently got the PMDG 777 and 737, both base packages, for FSX and am having a few problems with the addons during native FSX Multiplayer. First of all, this is not Vatsim or IVAO, this is native FSX Multiplayer. When I spawn in in the 777 or 737 in multiplayer, the airplane will sit on the ground for a few seconds and then immediately sink and physically crash into the ground. I found a fix around that by pausing and emptying the fuel to 30% total fuel right after the panel initializes (Using the FMC Total Fuel Level). It will then work fine. I am not sure what happened to make it do that only in multiplayer and not in singleplayer. My other issue is,…

Been trying to log into my acount at PMDG,and they say need a new password, they will send on email with a link, get the email, but no link!!! Anybody tried or know any thing on that matter??

Robert, I know it's great news regarding the recent 747QOTS release coupled with P3Dv4 from Lockheed Martin, but can I just pop in a question and ask why, oh why, did you decide to remove the MD-11 from your product range. All the hard work by yourself and the associated developers has now been lost to the flight sim community, and I know quite a few of us who deeply regret not being able to purchase and fly this great aircraft. Time marches on, and new aircraft take pride of place, but the MD-11 is one of a kind and will remain so for quite some time to come - at least in the hearts of quite a few of us. Ron

Hello I have received a new computer build and wish to transfer my PMDG 737 for P3dv4 from my old computer to the new one. Am I correct that I have to uninstall the aircraft from my old computer along with P3dv4 and then reinstall the aircraft to the new one. Will this overcome any licence issues? I have a back up of the P3dv4 737 on an external drive to avoid downloading it again. I purchased the 737 for P3dv4 not long ago for my old computer. Just would appreciate the best way on this as this is my first reinstall of the aircraft. Thank you David Spackman

Hello Captains, I'm curious if anyone else races actual routes. I've been doing this and it's added a new level of interest to me. If you haven't done this, I suggest you give it a go. Here's what I've been doing: Find a route on FlightAware that you'd be willing to fly. For me, it's usually in the 300-600 mile range. FA provides altitude and routing. I simply configure that aircraft, use the FA flight plan, and take off once FA says "en route". Pretty much all of the flights are within a minute or two of each other by the time you land. It's pretty impressive how accurate the routing/terrain/timing/airspeeds/etc are I use FlightPln Go to connect a …

Hey folks, I'm done trying for the moment on getting this to work and opening a ticket. Just not my day I guess but other than leaving some time to write this, I have no more to give to this issue with the avalanche of issues in trying to get support. 3+ hours now so do forgive little old me. After hours now of simply trying to install the 777 & NGX, I get no activation window or start menu shortcuts. I haven't touched my pmdg fleet in ages so had to create a new password on the site. Hi All Sorry for the Mundane query. I have both P3D and FSX versions of both the 777-200 and 777-300 PMDG products. I use it only sporadically to look at certain things in the PC Sim from time to time (after a lot of initial use). I have been across a few machines and a couple of laptops (all my own, all only ever used on one at the same time) and did not (doh!) de-activate prior to upgrading/reformatting the machine. I am now out of activations on both products. Is there any way to re-activate? I have contacted PMDG support with no reply so far. Fully appreciate this is my own fault. Thanks, Ken.

As I have seen people make these sort of requests, or demands if you will, I feel perfectly entitled to one myself. I would like to ask PMDG to delay the release of their 747-8 for, I think, a year or so. I am about to take an enforced and extended absence from the world of simming, and I would hate to not have that -8 on release day. So, in the spirit of making seemingly perfectly reasonable to the self (what do you mean others?) requests, would you kindly consider delaying the -8 just for me? Hi, Can anyone help me, everytime I fly 747 400 or 747 8i on a long flight, where I have fuel in centre tanks, when I empty the centre tanks and I switch off the tanks I get " Mid air refueling", I use KAcars for my flights, is this a glitch in the program, please help me.

Hi guys, please help i know there is a simple answer to this well i hope so, I just came back to P3D after sometime away and i reinstalled both the 737 and 777 with new P3D V4 downloads. But both cockpits are filled with washed out textures. I have checked everything i can think off but no luck. I have a screen shot but im not sure how to post it here.

Hello there, I need your help please. After buying a new computer, updating to latest version of W10 and reinstalling PMDG 737 and 777 with new installers downloaded from my account page, I found that in the Windows Start Menu, the one that opens clicking to left down corner windows symbol, there are no more PMDG menus where I usually found Ops center, manuals and other links. I have no antivirus, firewall and windows defender deactivated so I can't find the reason why there are no PMDG menus in windows start. I have to reinstall three products (747, 737 NGX and MD-11) because I changed computer. I can not get the product keys because I can not log in to the PMDG site. My old password has been deleted and when I do the procedure to change it, I am sent a message on an email that no longer works or a SMS on a number that I no longer have. I absolutely need help. Hi I'm paul sorry if this post is in the wrong place I'm haveing trouble getting pmdg 737 base ok to install to p3dv4 I've instal this before on the older p3dv3.4 and had no problems but it seems when I run as admin and up comes a prompt window of which you click yes to 'nothing's carrying in with the install it's as if it Carnot find my p3dv4 my p3dv4 is installed on its own drive away from my os e.g. P3d v 4.1/F all my older installs have been removed and shredded can anybody help pls I have out in two tickets with pmdg but nothing has com back yet how quick do they respond thank paul

Hello Forum Land, I have a question and an issue and can't seem to find an answer, so I will throw it out to this august body ;-) I did a complete HD wipe, installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 Pro, FSX and P3DV4. I kept FSX so I could use the Aerosoft Bus and I'm a tad too cheap to pay for the 777 and 744 upgrade to P3DV4. On my old installation, I had DX10 running nicely on FSX. For some reason, this kept me out of VAS hell and I could fly the 777 or the 744 into KLAX, VHHH or EDDF (All very high end add ons) with no concern for the dreaded VAS crash. Now, when I have DX10 on in FSX, any time I change views in ANY PMDG (Or Aerosoft Bus) aircraft, I get this strange …

Hi there, i have opened a ticket and had a response from Paul on this one, but sadly it did not seem to work. I have P3D 4.1 installed with both the NGX base package and the 747 QOTS II installed, all were fine until the other day when windows did its fall creators update. I tried to fire up the QOTS II and it asked to be activated, I assume this is due to the large Windows update. I go through the update process by entering my License code... it gets up to polling for response, very briefly says done and then opens the box asking for the code again. Hi guys Just wondering what the consensus is regarding the P3D setting 'Mipmap VC panels' - who's using what? Without it I get clearer displays but some white dot artifacts when using the cockpit but they disappear when it is selected on but the VC displays seem a little blurred. Maybe the GTX680 needs an upgrade? Loving the 744!

Just gone back to try Tutorial 1 only to find that the last waypoint on the route, namely BUBIN is an "Invalid entry". Everything is up to date including 777 file (re-downloaded and installed today) Navigraph 1801 rev 1 also downloaded and installed today. Cannot proceed... Richard Myers

I've been having issues with all PMDG aircraft with the ILS aligning just to the left of most runways. I seems to be arbitrary between freeware/payware/stock scenery. It is really annoying-my front gear lands on the left edge of the runway. I tried updating the magnetic variation to no avail. I'm not sure if this is a PMDG problem, or something else, but since I seem to notice it with PMDG, I thought I would start here. I do have ORBX Vector installed. Seems like I might need to run something to re-align the runways? Thanks Jeff G

Hi guys, I need to return my licences for the following PMDG products: 737 NGX + 6/700 Expansion Pack, 777 200LR + 300ER Expansion Pack, 747 V3. My desktop computer has suffered a catastrophic failure and I cannot access it at all (probably has nothing to do with the divorce I'm currently enjoying). As such, I am unable to actually manually return the licences, or, clever me, access any of my accounts (stored passwords), so in the event, should I access the PMDG site and attempt to reset my passwords, is there an option on the site to return the licences or is there some other avenue whereby I can pursue the licence returns through PMDG support, again after rese…

I have changed my e mail address and when i go to log into PMDG web site it asking me to re set my password, but it sends the link to my old e mail address and i cant access that as its been discontinued. I cant contact PMDG via a ticket as i cant log in. And i cant find anyway to contact PMDG other than a ticket. Can any one help please? thanks in advance Carl
