I have tried Flight Aware to get some Sid's & Stars for EGKK-EHAM with no success. Is there a particular place to get this info?? Thanks

Over the last few months, when I start the ops center it shows that I have product updates for the 737 and the 747 for FSX. I go into notifications and select to update the product. The black screen opens and it appears to update the products, the notifications also disappear. When I check the version number under the products it shows that I have an old version and do not have the new version. If i shut down and restart ops center it shows that I need to update. It appears the only way that I can update these two products is to reinstall them from an updated installer

Cheers, I know there's a wonderful search function, but unfortunately it prefers delivering pre-anthropological threads whose (wrong preposition, I know) content is very likely not up to date.. I believe to remember having read somewhere in the forums or manuals that it is required to set the Active Sky map to "detailed" at least when flying the NGX to get a properly cleaned airplane. Hi Everyone hope you are all good. Here is my very frustrating issue. I have just downloaded the latest versions of 777 base package and 737 800-900 base package. I switched to FSX Steam and thought it would be advisable to re-download both my 737 and 777 PMDG products. I had a retail version of FSX on my system but have completely removed it including ALL references to it in registry and files. I also checked to make sure I had NO references in files and registry to any PMDG instances. (uninstalled PMDG products via control panel, deleted all PMDG folders and any references to PMDG in registry). So I install FSX-Steam and all goes well. I followed all the procedures fo…

Hi Mods, Robert, and any other competent computer person. PMDG has issued a micro-update for T7 available via the Ops Centre for P3Dv4 My Ops Centre works well except for actioning any of the notifications. A message appears everytime to tell me that in Appdata\\\\\\the file is corrupted. Your guidance would be appreciated or do I have to completely reinstall T7 to get a functioning Ops Centre.

Hi, I bought and installed P3Dv4 a few days ago but allowed it to install into the program folder instead of directly onto the C drive. I then bought and installed the PMDG 737NGX for P3Dv4 which automatically installed into the P3D folder and also added various scenery packages which are also in the P3D folder. I now find, on reading the PMDG instructions in the operation center (which clearly I should have done first) that the 737NGX should be installed directly onto the C drive. The PC has two SSDs. It seems to me that the cleanest way for me to sort this out is to restore my PC to a previous date (I have images of both drives taken a few weeks ago) and thus clear…

Hi guys, I own the 737 NGX, 747 QOTSII, and 777 (all for P3Dv4). Currently, I have my wing views set up via Chaseplane for both wings, forward and aft angles. It looks fantastic, but what grates me is the fact that you hear the external sounds while in those wingviews (because in order to see the wings, you need to view the plane's external model). Is there any way whatsoever to have the internal sounds in your wingviews? A small adaptation to the cfg's, or something? With the NGX it's "somewhat" possible because the wings are modeled in the interior view too, but only half of the wing is rendered properly and is designed purely to be able to see it from the cockpit …

I have the 777/200R/F boxed edition on my computer, I purchased the 777/300 but when I try install it to my computer I get a message saying I have to update my base edition of 777/200R/F and it will not install, the message appears after the RUN sign appears. Don't no ware to go from here can u help Thank you William Leathley

Hello I am trying to lodge a support ticket for a problem with my PMDG B777. I have tried to log into the PMDG website to do this only to have it say not only does my log in not work, when I try to reset my password it is saying it does not recognise my email address, which is the one i have used to purchase all my products in the past. I have all my purchase emails sent to this very address. Can someone from PMDG please help me? I do not want to re register under any other email address and simply need some support for a fully licensed product. Thanks Tim Carter

Can someone inform me of the normal Navdata destination for updating please? I have looked through the documentation and have had no joy. Navigraph FMC Data Manager has failed also to find it. All help appreciated.

I have P3D V4.1 and have been using it since V4 implementation (under Windows 10 64-bit). I have flown more than 100 lines during that time. All of a sudden (in all PMDG aircraft) I am unable to zoom the Left Outboard DU. It had been working before, but does not now. Any suggestions? I have uninstalled and installed all versions of the 737NGX without correcting the problem. Peterom

Just thought I'd send a quick note to all the developers, programmers and testers at PMDG to say what a wonderful plane the 777 is to fly. Despite loading my system with all the addons I can (ORBX Global, UT2 (100% traffic), AS for P3Dv4, Pro ATC X, Aivlasoft EFB, Chaseplane, PMDG 777, GSX and Fly Tampa Amsterdam) I am coming up to TOD for flight from EHAM to FAJS / FAOR (depending on addon!) having been flying for 10.5 hours with no OOM (yet!!) and scenery at a nice 45 - 55 fps. OK, When I took off at EHAM, that was 20 - 25 fps, but having watched froogle's P3D video last night, my settings match his and I'm flying in a perfectly viewable, enjoyable plane. My flight toda…

I have a desk top PC running Win 7 which I use exclusively for FSX (disc version). Although I have only had it for about 3 years, I have reason to believe that it is giving up the ghost! In order to recover this PC, especially the FSX/PMDG software to another PC should it be necessary, should I make a back-up or a "clone" of the disc? Thanks for any advice. Regards John Earl

OK, before I begin, I don't actually see this as a PMDG issue, but there are a LOT of really smart people on this forum and someone may be able to help with this. I'm also posting this on the HiFi forum as it could be an issue with them as well. While flying the 744 (yesterday from EGLL to KJFK and today from EDDF to KMIA) I've noticed that the clouds out the front window completely bleach out and go completely white with almost no texture. If I change the view to outside or just look out the cockpit to the right or left, the clouds look like they should. I'm at a complete loss here. I just bought a GoFlight 737 yoke. The yoke itself works great, the problem is the hat switch will not allow me to look/move around in the cockpit. I have the hat switch set to View (pan) with the slider all the way to the right, but the view does not move at all. I know the hat switch isn't broken because it is recognized by FSUIPC when I push the button. I have tried with the joystick enabled and disabled. What am I missing?
