yea you can open it with internet explorer or editor
  3. If got a One K56-5N with a 4x4.0 GHZ Intel 4940K desktop CPU, a geforce GTX980M and 16BG Ram (that i upgraded to 20 recently). My laptop also supports up to 4 harddrives (i have 2 build in.. one 250GB SSD and a 500 hybrid) and that for 2030€. The cooling is awesome and while you are only surfing the web, you dont even hear the laptop. It has no DVD however (but i actually never used one on my old One K56-3N). It has no 4K resolution but i heard there might be an upgrade later on this year. My 56-5N is a 15" laptop but you can get a 17" (i think its called K73-5N) for about the same price and specs. and that is absolutely not true. it was a few years ago maybe, but we are at a point where the gap between a normal PC and a laptop is very small. I can upgrade everything in my laptop (CPU,RAM,Harddisks,GPU,..). Of course, for a higher price.. but then, some need the advantage of a laptop to be mobile and you pay for that. I use only laptops for more than 10 years already and with my systems, i never had problems with FSX or P3D or X-Plane or DCS World and i play most of those games with an Oculus Rift nowadays (which requires stable FPS and so on and so on)

Can you also check, if you have an entry from RAAS in your DLL.xml ? Does your Windows have multiple users (btw, what Windows are you using) ?

Hi there, do you have a file called r4.csv in your fsx root directory? Did you try reinstalling RAAS? Did you install it with admin rights? Greetings
  7. It also is an option that you can activate/deactivate with every aircraft. Please check the PMDG manual for that. Maybe you were just flying with another livery that had this option deactivated.
  8. Maybe its just in combination with a certain OS and P3D with that version. Other than that, i dont know. Sorry But I am sure, you guys will figure it out in no time
  9. I think you should look into your debug tools. Can you please post, which tools you use? I heard of such problems before and i remember it was related to some debugging software. Or can you just try and run your sim without those debugging tools at all?
  10. I have this: Intel i7 4800MQ Geforce GTX780M 20 GB RAM SSD drives and the processor really is a bottleneck. I would recommend to take the 4940MX but thats quite expensive. At Aerosoft EDDF with the PMDG 777, i have avrg. 25 frames but it can also be less, depending on traffic and weather. And it should be 30+. Everything below that is crap.
  11. That is correct
  12. No, its not Erica Lane ;) Before you ask, i know the person who made the callouts also because i developed RAAS. btt: i had no time to check yet. Will see if i have some time tomorrow or today
  13. the voice of RAAS is from a woman who made warnings/callouts for military aircraft (F-15,F/A-18,Harrier,..) as well as the space shuttles. about the EDDF things.. yea, makerwys. About PHNL. Not sure, I dont have the scenery but i can check with the default one tomorrow. The data is from the r4.csv file in the main directory of FSX. Hope that helps so far. I am off now and will check tomorrow.
  14. he will be released when he is ready.. :P
  15. autobrakes? pfft DIY
