Hello every time I start an PMDG aircraft from start menu, I got this error messeage about PMDG Debug warning: the PMDG product was unable to create its work files, please make sure that you are running Prepare3D as Administrator. I always run P3D as Administrator, is there anyone can tell me how to fix this error? thanks

Hello, I wonder if there's meanwhile a RAAS version for P3Dv4(.1) for the 777 and the 747? I do not mean the full version, but the ability which comes with these two planes. many thanks

This is silly I know, but I must have done something very wrong. When I start my 737/777 I can no longer see the cockpit-view where I have the dashboard in front of me! I have a view where it seems I am looking out of the front window. I can not zoom back so I get into the cockpit again. Before that I could move the hat switch on my Saitek Joystick and move the "eyepoint" around the cockpit. Last time I loaded my 737/777 I was sitting as normal in the pilots chair with the dashboard in front of me but no any more. What have I done? I use P3D v4 andf WIN10 Pro Jack the Swede in Spain

Hi all, I'm not trying to restart the debate abut DL frames rates and who has the highest Fps but I need help setting the sim so it acceptable to fly at night :) What I am trying is to understand from other users with a similar setup (4K especially), if any managed to use the sim without resorting not switching on lights during the nigh, fly only during the day or disable DL. My setup is i5 6600K 4.5Ghz, GTX980Ti, 16GB DDR4 and 44in 4K monitor. After several test and been told that I have to lower my already low resolution is starting to cause frustration and anger. Hi Rob, At some point in time you said that PMDG was looking into the issue that not allows any PMDG planes to be loaded on top of each other or directly without first having a default plane set to the initial P3D scenario setup page. As you now gave us a brief view of what is going on at PMDG I just wondered if solving this issue is "going on at PMDG" or has been thrown in the Bin. This is an annoying issue that I hope PMDG will solve.

I'm on win10 64 bits home. Just returned to my sim after a very long hiatus - or tried to at least. I've just installed Chasplane and the latest fsuipc and checked my sim was working before restarting my pc and installing 747 v3. I downloaded the installer from pmdg and then updated via OC. Sim crashes every time when the loading screen reaches 100%.

Hello, I use FSX with a boxed version of 737NGX and downloaded version of 747 installed. Something is not working with my PMDG OC. Although I can go through the menus, selecting 737NGX and click on the Livery Downloader I get an error message saying: "TLS 1.2 is disabled in Windows installation". Going to Control Panel / Internet Options I see that the TLS 1.2 is enabled! Also I noticed that the OC I have is v1.17.26. For sure I miss something here. P3d v4. I download a livery of AVSIM, said compatible with P3D. I open the PTP file and it just opens ops center and nothing happens. If I go to the OPS center and click tools, execute PTP I get "this is for 737-800 WL but the variant is not installed".......but I have it installed.....What gives? I've tried running it as admin and everything.

Folks, Yesterday I started getting P3Dv4 crash to desktop when trying to load PMDG aircraft. It first happened with the 777. I was unable to setup a scenario using the 777. Loading a saved scenario also CTD'd. I then tried the loading the DC-6 and it started loading and the virtual cockpit loaded an then the screen turned black for several seconds and then P3D crashed. The DC-6 crash was followed by windows message box that stated "Display Driver has Stopped Responding." I am also getting CTD when loading the 737NGX. The event viewer shows an ntdll error associated with the NGX load crash, followed by a stackhash error message. I thought I would post h…

Hi, I have recently added P3D V4 to my system…………the last MS security update clobbered P3D v3, so I can’t fly. I uninstalled all my P3D v3 PMDG 737’s, 777’s, and the 747-400 I had purchased. The only thing remaining is the PMDG Operations Center, which has been updated to the latest version. I remember reading a long while back, where Robert R. suggested that we download the latest installers from the PMDG website, rather than down loading via the OP’s Center because of the need to update all the installers of this product? Greetings, Using the PMDG aircraft FMC, the Tab key activates the data line. However, the SODE program used in several add on scenery's also uses the TAB + S key to activate the system. I know I can use the menu from the top of P3D, but for shortcuts is there a way to change or delete the Tab data activation key in the FMC. Each time I use the SODE menu Tab key I enter an S on the the FMC and the pop ups get hidden and I am not sure sometimes what is activated on screen. If not, I will just remember to use the menu at the top. I have looked in the key assignments, no joy. I cannot configure the SODE. Thanks, Wayne L Pierce

Since - I think - about August The Operations Center can't determine versions of my planes anymore; so I don't get notifications for updates. It says (when choosing 737NGX- P3D v4): "Installed version: 1.20.8465. Unable to determine the most recent version!" How can I solve this? Thanks for any help! KR, Theo Legters

Hello, I have tried everything but can't find the solution. Even on a clean P3D v4 with only Orbyx FTX Global and regions but without any other scenery add-ons, whenever I launcg a PMDG plane (777/737/747) my P3D crashes after I few seconds when all other aircrafts do work. I'm away for the weekend and just read on PMDG's FB page that there are new updates for almost the entire fleet from the OC. Anything interesting????

I have been trying since last night to log into my account to redownload my aircraft. I can access www.pmdg.com however when I click on the link to login/Register I keep getting a "webpage unavailable" or words to that effect. I have tried IE11, EDGE and Chrome all with the same results...... Is there an issue with the store?

Using the livery manager, I am trying to install some new liveries for a few 737NGX WL aircraft. When I click the Click to Add button, a Document Library window opens. Among the list of files are Prepar3D v4 Files, and Prepar3D v4 Add-ons. Alongside the empty filename space, is a small box with PMDG TexturePacks(*,ptp) in it. What do I do next ?, Never had this type of setup in the FSX version, they just used to install automatically. Thanks

several minutes into a flight I lose sound. sometimes I can turn sound off and back on in the p3d menu and I will get it back, most of the time not. Sometimes I can go into the sound settings in p3d and change from default to radion or back and it will work, most of the time it will not. I am running a 10% overclocked I-1700 4.2ghz 8mb kaby lake 16gb ddr-4 with MSI GTX 1070 8gb GDDR5 p3d v4

I tried some searches but nothing that could really answer the question. What are the ways that i can save the flight with a PMDG (737) product. I need to be able to load the flight and continue my flight as it was exactly. Back in the FSX days i saved the flight and also i saved the panel state of pmdg immediately afterwards. Is this still the preffared way? What about FSUIPC autosave? Can this be used to do what i need? Thanks.

Good evening, I have had an issue with installing .ptp files for a bit. Some authors package several repaints inside an individual .ptp file (ex clean and dirty). My OC will not install any repaints that have multiple ones inside the .ptp file. Is this a known issue or just on my end? It works fine with only 1 repaint in the .ptp file. I hope this makes some sense.
