I have just come back from a three month break from simulating only to discover you guys are making HUGE changes! That's awesome but since I've been away, I have small questions. -Do I have to uninstall my old 747 before going into my account and downloading the full installer? -My OC has trouble updating the pmdg product modules (747,777, 737, etc.) it cant download the module and I think I should go into the directory and delete everything except for the OpsCenterUpdater.exe. Is this an ok method to get around this? -Angelo Busato

My OC was deleted after I tried to troubleshoot an update problem, and I can't reinstall it because it can't download "Product Modules." So I'm wondering, do I need to have the OC in order to buy and download another PMDG product and its expansion? Can I install both the product and expansion from the PMDG website? -Angelo Busato

Hi, the title says it all: is there any chance you could be doing this aircraft anytime in the future? Unnecessary to say that I'd really love to have a Global Express in PMDG quality.

Hello Guys, since the whole issue with CTD-events after poping up the captains pfd during long haul flights, I have to use the fo pfd pop-up during takeoff and landing. My problem is, I'd like to know, if its possible to change the commands SHIFT + 8 and Shift + 9, so that those keys open the fo side displays instead of the captain ones. Hello together, i hope this problem isn't discoused in another post. If yes i am sorry! I've searched a long time but didn't finde something similliar to mine! So i use P3D V4 and the PMDG 737 and 747. I assined all axis to my new ProFlight Yoke and Throttle and all axis work perfectly except for the spoiler. When there is only battery power on or even ground/apu the axis work fine. When i am activate the hydraulics then the spoiler will go crazy. I added a little Video to show it to you. Hi, I cannot see any aircraft in the Livery Managers page using the Operations Center, I have downloaded two aircraft liveries for the B737NGX 800 WL, but none show in the Livery Managers page, but they do show and work when i run P3Dv3 and select the aircraft livery, I have clicked also the 'Green, click to add' button and it says to select a 'PMDG Texture Packs (*.ptp) file, but I have used search on my PC, and they are not been able to locate any such file, can you help?

Purchased a few days ago the 737NGX - and had overall OOM´s. Great Aircraft - incredible... - (have had the NGX from the "other" Vendor - and i can´t believe that the difference is soooooooooo.... HUGE!! How to make a change or upgrade to P3D v4 (Basepack and the 600/700 Expansion) ? Thanks for Information!

Hello everyone, recently I saw some producers saying that they would no longer develop for our beloved FSX / FSE to dedicate exclusively to P3D, and I believe that PMDG follow the same path I have the dovetail for some time, and although I have never flown for a long time in it, occasionally I go in and check it out, and I realize that it is very interesting, and has the advantage of already being an x64 platform, Same structure of the ESF I believe that the conversion would not be so complicated, is it possible that PMDG, like the other producers are looking at this option too? I confess that I would love to see it become an option to P3D, what do you think?

I have PMDG 737NG, 777, and 747 for P3D v4. PMDG Operation Center tells me there are updates for these products. When I click Install Update I'm told to log into the site. Login, previous orders, and download the product. I have tried this last night and this morning. I get the message contacting the site. But I never get to the download option. Is there a problem with their site? Or am I doing something wrong? Thank You Bill McCracken

With the latest releases, the captain's primary display can no longer be undocked (and moved to another screen). This occurs with the 737, 747 and 777 so I guess it was intentional. It kinda broke my sim rig because I move the 2 captain's displays to a separate screen. The workaround is to use the co-pilot's display, but it still leaves me to wonder (and hope we don't lose that as well one day)..... I want to fly all my favourite PMDG aircraft 737- NGX, 777-300ER and 747-400 QOTSII in the best simulator currently on the market. It's that simple a campaign to get more PMDG products for X-Plane 11, SIGN UP AND LIKE!

Pretty sure I read somewhere that PMDG is no longer providing any type support for any of their Double Legacy (I say double because it seems all the "Legacy" aircraft are older FSX ones, at least in the B747-400 Legacy thread) FS2004 aircraft. That's a shame, because issues and questions do pop up from time to time and there really is no where to get answers without search after search after search. I purchased the FS2004 versions of the PMDG B737NG -600/-700 and the -800/-900 expansion pack, the B747-400 Queen of the Skies (now downgraded to Dowager Queen I guess), and the B1900D. Hi all, The sim has CTD on two separate occasions when I fly the NGX at night, but it seems to happen near the end of the flight, usually when on approach and I hit the flight attendant button or do something else on the overhead panel. I doubt it's a scenery issue as it happens long before the scenery loads, and it only happens at night. I don't have any log info atm, but I'll put it up here the next time it crashes. I'm going to register FSUIPC and autosave to deal with it for the time being, and I have no idea what's causing this, whether it's the NGX or something else, but I wanted to take a shot in the dark here just to see if anyone experienced similar pro…

My question is quite simple ; if I assign an axis on my joystick(=rotation Rz) for the axis steering in p3dv4 will it work in the PMDG as the tiller only? I prefer ask before assign as this is a new possibility in v4 but as my platform is stable and pmdg aircraft wonderful I don't want any issu ... Regards

I did a brief search on the windows bar but it doesn't appear, it used to, I've got all of my PMDG products installed,but no operations center? What gives? Do I just reinstall something? Patrick Boynton

Before I dig too deep into this issue, I want to check if this is a known problem after finding a similar fault was corrected by PMDG back in Feb. Current versions of 737 and 777 uninstalled then reinstalled in V3.4 and V4. The links in the Ops Centre to PDF docs do not work in either V3.4 or V4. I can get them directly so it's a minor issue. I have not tried these links recently so I can't say whether this is due to an update of the OC or something I've done with PDF that is unrelated such as an Adobe issue. I am using the current Acrobat Reader. I also seem to be missing all those flight plans associated with the tutorials. Do they not get installed anymore…

Unfortunately a windows upgrade (creators edition ) destroyed my windows system so I had to reset which removes every application ( I do love Microsoft!). I have reinstalled FSX and my PMDG products 777 and 737NGX as I kept all the files (phew) but no longer have operations centre. Where do I find that for a reinstall. Can't see it as a download on the PMDG site. Peter Rowan

There have been a number of threads in this forum where when downloading liveries it would flash for a second and nothing would download. This has been plaguing me for a few months now with the implication that there was something on my system blocking the download as I could download them manually but not through the Ops Centre. I did the stop antivirus and firewall, run as admin, etc, dance many times with no solution. As per a thread I posted in a previous post I suspected all along that there was some problem in the Ops Centre that was causing this related to only installing the planes for P3Dv4 when P3Dv3 is also present on the system. For whatever reason, the Ops Center is notifying me that I need to upgrade my newly purchased DC-6 from the 8408 version to the new 8418 version. The updater program appears to run fine (and fast) but isn't actually updating the aircraft. The version number in the Ops Center under the DC-6 still says 8408 and the next time I open the Ops Center it reminds me again their is a new update for the DC-6. I've tried running the program with admin rights and no anti-virus but it didn't change the outcome. It does however download and install liveries just fine. Any help would be great. Hello comrades was flying and when I went to enlarge the display to see where I was going the route closed the simulator and gave me this error ntdll.dll was flying with the 747 for P3D V4
