I already have the 747 for V4. So just now I went to buy the 777 and bought the 747 by mistake!!! I submitted a ticket. On my Mac's Safari browser the page has some messed up text on the products page. Is there a way to change it for the 777 as I do not need another 747! Anyone at PMDG please help as this is a LOT of money for me.

Captains, We anticipate this week will bring a last round of major changes, and then everything should calm back down once again- which I think all of us are looking forward to. I recently had the opportunity to go in the flight deck of a Delta Boeing 747-400 (delta museum). The flight deck seemed quite a bit smaller than pictures and simulations made it out to be. So my question is what would be a good zoom setting to give me a fairly accurate pilot's perspective? I use P3D v3 and will soon get v4. Thanks.

I am quite happy with the performance of both my 737 & 777 aircraft. Given that fact, I don't see what benefit I personally would accrue from downloading the new installers. Without wishing to appear naive, if I do use them, am I likely to see any improvement in frame rates or VAS usage? I don't get CTD's (touch wood), or any other "funnies". Therefore I would much prefer to adopt the "if it ain't broke don't fix it", approach. Any comments from anyone? John Earl

Hi guys I realise you've been busy lately, but can I take a moment to ask if PMDG still intends to do a Wedgetail and/or BBJ for the NGX product? I think I recall someone from PMDG saying it would be something PMDG would do at some stage, although I could be wrong as I think it was quite some time ago. I was just hoping something could be done along the lines of the Poseidon in terms of the Wedgetail, just an external model would be great if you guys would do one. Even a BBJ would be great.

Now that the 777 is done, I got the floor swept out in the hanger eagerly waiting on the bird to arrive, money is in the bank, ready to buy my favorite PMDG product, The 737-NGX. I did buy the 747-400 for PD3 V4 great plane but I prefer the NGX just personal preference. Sadly I paid little over $100.00 for 777-200 and 300 for FSX, but I just can't see another $134.00 plus expansion, and don't spend anuff time in cockpit to compensate for more money for the 777 kind of think its bad timing for that particular product and I understand that PMDG hast to make money to survive I get it. Gentlemen, I have just installed P3Dv4 the first time with several addons, also PMDG 737NGX. After installing FTX Global Base, Vector, and GlobalLC Products I also have installed the free Airport Packs EU & NA. After selecting an airport of somewhere and when the flight, scenery is loading P3Dv4 is crashing to desktop. I reloaded P3Dv4 several times but the crash is permanent given. After uninstalling the FTX EU GLOBAL Airport Pack everything is working properly again and P3Dv4 works perfect.First I tought that EU Airport Pack is not fully P3Dv4 compatible and must be the reason for the CoD? The pinned topic says there will be installer updates this week for the 737, 777 and 747. My OC says all three are up to date (last installed about 10 days ago. Have the new installers been released? My version numbers are: 737 1.20.8396, 747 3.00.8382, 777 1.10.8395, 777-300 1.10.8386. If these are the up=to=date installers, fine. I'd rather not unintall and reinstall the same versions if the new ones aren't out yet. Thanks

Been running FSX-SE, PMDG MD-11F for last two weeks every night with no issues at all. Nvidia drivers recently updated to latest. Tonight decided to install the saved PMDG 737 full installer as was recommended to uninsrall old installation and re-install with new full installers. Accepted the permissions dialogue, etc.Guess what? Every time I start FSX-SE, I get to the default screen; opt for say the Level-D 763, and instantly, FSX-SE crashes. Tried it with other add-ons; same result. EventVwr points to fsui,dll So, any one any idea what is causing this? I do not want to uninstall the &37NGX unless advised to do so. Installed with Admin, etc, …

Hello, this might be a silly question but I just wonder... I downloaded a new installer for my 737, ran it, all went fine. Now my PMDG operation center tells me that I got an updated version 1.20.8396. But when I go to my plane, the FMC tells me that I still got the version 1.1 Have I missed something along the way....? Hello folks, due to performance issues I usually keep dynamic lightning off while flying in P3D v4. Back in P3D v3 your 737/747/777 had landing lights which illuminated on the ground while taxiing/landing, that means it is possible without DL. Now in the 4th version the light illumination of your aircraft only works with DL on. Is there any chance to get light illumination without DL effects, without DL at all? Thanks!

WOW - Enroute from CYVR to CYYJ and this airplane is SICK! I fly tube-liners for a living and this I have to say is totally incredible. The sound is amazing!!! Nice work Double R and team!

I have just got myself the 737-800 for p3d V4 about a week ago I am really enjoying it, but i wondered . . do i need to get any services packs for it ? or have they come 'bundled' in my purchase download ? Captains, Two NOTAMs that we want you to be aware of, and to help your fellow NGX pilots be aware of: 1) At release time, the PMDG Operations Center module for the FSX:SE version of the 737NGX is reporting the wrong version. We don't know why... If you are an FSX-SE user, just go grab your installer from your download account, even if the Operations Center is saying you are up to date. You should have version 1.20.8389 to be on the MOST current version. (We will get this fixed...) 2) With the 777, we changed the format of our livery naming convention. I'm moving to Prepar3D incrementally and am wondering if I can install the 737 NGX for Prepar3D along side of the PMDG 737 NGX for FSX Acceleration? I'm sure I can but just wanted to CYOA ... C. T. Blankenship

Recently, PMDG made the cloudmaster, originally for X-Plane, available to be used in FXS and P3D. How about making their boeings available for X-Plane users?

Hi everyone, I've been scouring the forums here and at LM trying to see if anyone is any closer to fixing this atrocious dynamic lighting problem. LM blames PMDG, PMDG seems to blame LM, and meanwhile we can't get decent performance at critical stages in flight. I absolutely love PMDG, their aircraft as well as customer service, but until this lighting is fixed, I just can't fly at night. So, I'm either relegated to using v3 or x-plane. Where are we at with coming up with a fix for this? I remember one of the early 777 updates seemed to fix the problem but I think it was scrapped for some reason or another. Soooooo.. Was looking at this picture that was nicely placed inside of the PMDG / DC-6 / Flight Manuals folder and cant help wondering if this ia a picture of the PMDG team trying to figure out how to get Kyle's PigeonWorks project in to the -6. I can clearly make out RR standing with a map in his crossed arms watching this debacle take place as Dan Downs (closest to the door) watches on. Kyle - well he is driving the fork lift!! The other bunch of characters can only be the excellent motley crew at PMDG!
