Every time I open the Operations center it shows an 1 update in red at the top I run the update and it pops open a message in notepad about the 737 P3D V3 Next time I open the center it has the says I have the same update again, will not clear..... Any ideas? Did not see a Post about this on the forums Rick Brown

Folks, I'm trying to minimize all the inconveniences and other hassles related to V3-V4 transition and my question related to PMDG products is whether it's possible or not to merely copy-and-paste the configuration files and textures' folders for NGX/777/747 once V4 clean install is done. Hey! One day ago I bought the PMDG 747 for Prepar3D. I have currently installed Prepar3D V3.3.5. I tried to update this simulator to 3.4 but after updating I still have V3.3.5, is this normal? The next, and bigger problem is that PMDG won'tlet me install the 747 it keeps saying they detected an outdaet version of Prepar3D v3. (http://prntscr.com/fv6vnb) I tried to update P3D with the file given at their Website two times, but it doesn't work. Do you have any good ideas? Regards s110103

I tried to purchase PMDG 737NGX for P3D via both my credit and debit card. The credit card payment was declined resulting in "Error Code 3" and my debit card did not work either because my bank would not allow me to use it without 3D Secure for purchases over 70 dolars. Whenever I press the 'Liver downloader' on the operation centre I get this error : https://gyazo.com/17065e2767c2f1438dbb19960a710576 <- paste that into google and it will show the error.

Not sure what happened, but the American Airlines (NC) 737NGX Winglet repaint is not in the list in the operations center. Anyone know what happened to it? Just installed the P3Dv4 NGX and am unable to get it. The OC version is there. Thanks, Chris Lezama

hi I have pmdg 747-400x I am running windows 10 and I am trying to get liveries for the aircraft I got the pmdg 747 in 2010 but I cant find Operations Center

So, new install on P3Dv4 - plane works (functionally) fine, so this is a minor issue that gave me some mild entertainment. Upon raising the gear, the model for the front wheel (but not the rest of the gear structure, just the wheel itself) vanishes like magic. If the gear is re-extended the missing wheel magically pops back into place once the gear reaches it's down and locked position. Usually my aircraft only lose wheels after I've ploughed them into the tarmac! Off topic, I am loving the performance of the 737 on v4, it's a thing of beauty. So, I accidentally updated the PMDG Operations Center, and when trying to open up the aircraft documents for the 737 NGX on it in Acrobat Reader DC, it just doesn't open up. Messing around with it a little, I reckon it open is and runs it, but it's nowhere to be seen, not even in task manager. This is because as I tried to uninstall and reinstall Acrobat Reader, it told me to close the current Acrobat Reader windows that WERE open, though I couldn't see any. I could only close these apparent windows by restarting my computer. After reinstalling Acrobat Reader, I can open PDFs from other locations on the computer, but as soon as I try to click on the link in the PMDG Opera…

I was wondering what the possibility may be for a crowdfunded -developed aircraft, or if you think PMDG would consider it... Lets say us as a community and supporters of PMDG talent could say, choose to have them develop a 787, do you think it would get enough support to get considered? I don't know how much it costs PMDG to do create an air frame, but it would be neat to get a rough estimate of the costs and market potential for something like that. I want to update but I'm afraid of losing my liveries as I have downloaded and installed a lot... what is the easiest process to keep them without having to reinstalling them back again? Can I just make a copy of my aircraft.cfg files in each of their respective directories, and after I update, just go in and copy the entries and paste them back into the new aircraft.cfg? Since we have to uninstall and reinstall the PMDG planes now instead of using the operations center... I want to make sure that I won't lose my liveries.

Got an update in the Operations center asking me to redownload the installer from the PMDG e-commerce site. Sure enough it can now be installed to v4! Enjoy guys! the time has come! Thanks PMDG! -Keem Cervano

I am delighted to see the update to the Ops Centre to include 737NGX for v4. However a couple of questions regarding the notes in red attached when the option is opened. Do I install into v4 using the stored version I have on my computer? Will I find the update on the Ops Centre when released, and then I take it I would then install it into v4 using the OC? Or will I need to redownload the entire thing from the website. Believe me confusion comes easily....

I'd like to see new double winglets on the 737 anyone agree?

This morning, I was setting up another build of the DC-6 for testing. It was still early in Florida, earlier still in Anchorage, and as this build brought significant changes to the -6, I went outside to take a peek.... here is what I saw- Prepar3d v4 does so many things for our sim, that it is sometimes easy to get caught up in the pangs of transition, and forget that we live in a time, fortunate for the flight simulator enthusiast. Hi all, Just wondering if someone can offer some guidance. I own a licenced copy of the NGX and am attempting to download/install the two liveries for the Poseidon that are in the OC but when I click on the "Download" button for either of them, it starts and then shuts down momentarily. I have checked and I do not have those repaints already installed in FSX. All other aircraft and livery downloads work fine. This is the exception. I can even fly the Poseidon in FSX with the default livery it came with.

Since submitting a ticket did not resolve this issue, I am reaching out to the swarm for possible clues on this one: So I have downloaded the newest installers for the 77L and 77WL, uninstalled, reinstalled (as was advertised by the devs in preparation for micro-updates) and now suffer major problems with the OC and the 777 product. 1) The OC can not repair the liveries for the 77L I had installed because it is unable to "load the back-up file". 2) The 77W is missing from the OC and the sim entirely, despite installing properly and without error messages. 3) The install somehow messes up my Visual Studio C++ runtimes, as PFPX starts to randomly crash…

It would be lovely if you could go into business aircraft. I would really love a good, PMDG top quality Embraer Phenom 300, Legacy 450 and Legacy 500. It would be great if you could consider these for future development.

Good Morning, I'm having difficulties updating the OPS center. I'm getting the download failed "PMDG Operations Center.exe has failed to download after 3 attempts. I've disabled my anitvirus/firewall (Norton). I've looked in the C:\Users\Personl Folder\AppData\Roaming\PMDG\PMDG Operations Center\Updater and its empty. Not sure what else to do at this point. I look forward to hearing from you.

I bought NavDataPro charts and along with skyvector.com I followed the route in the tutorial on the map. My question is that I couldn't find, for OMDB Arrivals, BUBI6A anywhere on the charts. Where should I look? Also, for IAC ILS 12L chart, I see REREK and UKRIM, but not UMALI nor FI12L. Instead I see DB612 before RW12L. Am I missing something or is something outdated?

Not to come off like an annoyance or anything, you guys at PMDG did say you will have a topic about the NGX after the holiday for V4. It's been 5 days and although the XPL topic was needed. Most of us are eagerly waiting for the NGX and anything about it. Just asking how everything is coming along with it, and hopefully nothing major is going wrong like the 777-300ER CHEERS😊

I’m not sure if this has been answered before forgive me if it has I’m old . I just moved over to Prepare3d V4 at long last from FsSteam. Bought Pmdg 737-800 /900-Ngx and 747-400 Queen of the skys can I transfer them over to Prepare3d V4 and use my code or do I have to buy them all over again. Thanks for your time Jack
