Hi, I purchased two products off of the precision manuals main site and whenever I click the download links in my e-mail, I am taken to a page on the precision manuals which states: "Reset Password We upgraded our login system to make it more secure. Please reset your password before logging in. Enter your registered e-mail address below to receive the reset password link and then use it to reset your password." Perhaps a little too secure. So I accidentally added a hyphen to the email address I purchased the 737ngx with and i tried to log back in to change it and do the work around but now it locked me out due to a required password change.

Just a few general, non-product specific questions 1) PMDG logo..... who do I contact to get a green-light to use the PMDG logo on the back of a shirt for My VA (not asking anything from PMDG in return) 2) signatures....recommended size for a banner (nvm found that - blond moment), and where do I get the PMDG 747 pilot one? the image in the sigs thread is MIA. 3) @scandinavian13 - Happened across a thread you locked ("I'm going to miss you PMDG"), and choked on My coffee at your response in the final post. Started flight simulation 3 years ago with FSX Steam Edition after purchasing a good computer. Fell in love fast and started buying many add-ons. First was the PMDG NGX. Wow! After, I continued with the NGX extension pack, 777-200, 777-300er, and of course, the QOTS V3. These aircraft are truly amazing, great work PMDG. So I have the 777 for FSX:SE, but I am considering buying P3D. Will I be able to change the 777 over to it, or will I have to buy it again?

The Overlord Show has been happening just at the bottom of our garden this weekend. On both Saturday and Sunday a Dakota has flown at low level over my house to participate in the Solent Overlord Executive Military Collectors Club event. The sound of those twin P&W R-1830 engines is just awesome💓

Hi PMDG staff, I just wanted to put forth an idea for a future aircraft. One of my favourite aircraft of all time is the Pilatus PC-12. Currently, there is a PC-12 available for FSX from another developer (Flight1). However, this product is showing its age in the face of new ways of creating aircraft and virtual cockpits. It’s an older version of the aircraft, with the current model being the PC-12NG. The systems included are fairly basic as well. Nothing against the Fliggt1 product - I still use it alot. But I’d love it if PMDG would do another prop aircraft - the PC-12NG, with all of its systems and the new glass cockpit. So my question is, could…

A recent post on the 737NGX forum concerning the loss of sound in that aircraft when clicking outside the PMDG window was solved when the OP was instructed to unclick the Mute on Lose Focus button on the Sound option page of P3D v4.2. I had earlier had a similar problem in the PMDG 737 and PMDG 777 a/c, so I happily saw this as an opportunity to bring back the sound. Unfortunately, when I went to the Options page, I saw that the button was, in fact, unchecked. When I tested the sound behavior with default aircraft, as well as with the FSL A320-X, I was surprised to see that they performed as expected, namely the cockpit sounds remained audible when the focus shifted …

I’m posting this in the PMDG and P3D forum because I don’t know where this problem lies. I am using P3Dv4.2. I have a ASUS P8Z68 Deluxe MB with an i2700K 3.4G processor running Windows 10 64bit. I have several devices connected to USB 2 and USB 3 ports including a PFC Yoke, Flightlink rudder, JetMax 737 Throttle, and GoFlight MCP, EFIS, and Radio Stack. The GoFlight Radio Stack has powered USB hub, which is connected to a USB 2 port. I am also using Remote CDU and an iPad for a remote FMS display. Hi All: I know you no longer support FS2004 but I am in a real fix and hope you can help me. My computer recently crashed and I lost all of my FS9 program including the PMDG 747-400F and the B737-800/900. I have the boxed version of both the 747-400 abd 737-600/700. I have not been able to obtain the 47-400F nor the 37-800/900 anywhere. Do you know of a place I can get these? I really like both and will appreciate any help you can give me. So, the last thread regarding "giving an aircraft away" was locked for some strange reason, unwarranted many may say, as paying customers we have a right to ask questions regarding policy without being locked out from further reply! . My question still stands "I once heard someone here say we technically lease the product when we buy it, well I'm ready to give it back, can I have some money back? Nothing stopping me selling my DVD copy NGX though is there?" Regards

Hello, I'am about to buy a new pc for flightsim, and I remember that some months ago there was a sticky topic about problems with recent ASUS Motherboards, and a recommendation not to buy those for use with PMDG products. As I can't find this topic anymore, are those problems solved? I don't want to buy a motherboard which may cause problems with my most used aircraft addons... Would you recommend to buy MSI or ASUS ROG (Z270-Chipset)?

Starting a saved PMDG flight scenario file directly with a rightclick and open with "Prepar3D" works fine on my setup. This method works fine also for many other simmers, but for many simmers this method does not work. For those that this method does not work, Prepar3D starts and disappear from the screen, but do not close completely. In Task Monitor they will see that Prepa3D is still running as a Background process. You then have to either end Prepar3D in Task Manager or make a PC restart to get Prepar3D running again. Hi everyone, I am using the Boeing 737 NGX and I am missing a function of simulation random failures. So far, I know that it is possible to set programmed failure but it is somehow boring because if I set an programmed failure then I know already what is the problem. As I have seen, service-based failures contain already random errors and the timers seem to be saved in the panel-state (file ...fxml.sav for each aircraft). Unfortunately, I do not know the meaning of all the values saved in that file. Is there anywhere a documentation or somethink like that? What I what to do is to manipulate the timers such that the service-based failures occur earlier/more often…

Hi, my names LeeHill as i read on the rules it is required to use my name or face the post being deleted, i think lol so i recently reinstalled FSX and wanted to get my PMDG aircraft back as follows 777-300ER 737-600 and 700 however after trying multiple times to reset my password all i got was the link has expired on there site can anyone help and yes that is all the info i have that is basically the error i had the link has expired it had something else but idk what or dont remember, and i think i took a screenshot if you need it kindly reqeust it and i'll re send it here thank you

I have a PMDG aircraft I never use any more because I don't fly that simulator and it can only be flown on that simulator. Is it legal for me to give away my aircraft with the licence number to someone else? Thanks Joe

Hello, I just bought the 747 but when I enter the activation code i get the following message: "ERROR unable to connect to activation server. Please check your internet connection and try again". Followed by: "You do not have a valid license installed for this product". Flexnet is set to manual start. I only have P3Dv4, but my OC is cluttered with all the FSX, FSX SE, etc choices that I don’t need or want. Is there currently a way to have the OC only show the options I have installed or some way to delete all the other ones? If not, might be a nice option for a future upgrade. Bill Barrette
