Will 747-8 FMC calculate green decel point displayed on the ND for the approach like in 737NGX? Many thanks, Mark.

VHHX file exists in PMDG\SIDSSTARS folder and also in PMDG\NavData\wpNavAPT and latest AIRAC installed via Navigraph subscription (cycle 1809), but whenever try and enter VHHX into FMC receive error 'VHHX Not in Data Base'. Also when try to import PFPF flight plans involving VHHX receive error message 'Invalid Route Uplink'. Please advise how to resolve

Hello all, I've got navigraph fms data and it shows that the navdata has been installed into the sim. However, the 747's fmc is still showing navdata from 1702 being active. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!

Hey all, so a few weeks ago my motherboard fried up and with it all my registered copies of MSFSX, my PMDG aircraft and my windows instalation. And because I once already had to use my second keys for my PMDG's, due to me having to wiping out my whole hard drive without being able to unregister all of my registered applications first, I'm officially out of keys. Can someone tell me if PMDG will accept this as a valid reason to get me new ones? Or if it's possible to use the still funcional hard drive and run it on another computer to unregister them so I can use them again? Also does this mean that when I build my next pc, I will have to buy a retail…

Hello, Given there are a limited number of operators out there flying the passenger version of the 747-8i, it might be nice to include an "Air Force One" type paint job - like the existing one and not Trump's red white and blue proposed version which, even if it were eventually done, we don't know yet what it would look like. Not saying the red, white, and blue version couldn't be made to be classy, but in my opinion it would be more difficult to say the least. I'm a big fan of the way the current AF1 is painted, and I think it would look great on the -8i too. Since moving from fsx to p3d4 and to windows 10 pro, when using windows 7 I had pmdg operation centre in the start menu, all I had to do was to click on start menu and there it was, but not with windows 10 pmdg is not to be there at all, I have to go to my c drive and go to where it was installed to start the operation centre. I know I can make a short cut but was wondering why I cant see it when I click on the start menu? as per windows 7

I have just tried to fly 777,737 and dc-6 and i am getting the maximum fulfillment message. I have not done any updates to my computer and the last time i flue them was last weekend and no problems. I just reinstall my pc system but I didnt deactivate the key can I still use the key?

Greetings Everyone! I am having an issue with the operations center. I want to install a .PTP file that contains multiple liveries of one aircraft variant. The operations center gives me a dialogue box consisting of the liveries inside the file, and asks me to choose which ones to install. I try to choose them all, but the box will only let me highlight over one livery. After choosing any one of the liveries, I press "OK". The dialogue box closes and nothing else happens. No livery is installed. What is causing this issue and what can I do about this? On a side note, occasionally I will get a message saying "the variant is not installed" (r…

So, I want to add some liveries to the NGX and noticed that the add liveries button was not on my ops center screen. I went through my 777 and 747 and noticed the same issue. Do I need to reinstall the ops center entirely? I also noticed that my computer would let me get full screen on my ops center. Zach Ludwick

Hello all, I have a question. I just upgraded to P3D V4, and I noticed that on all airplanes there's a 10 seconds wait between radar sweeps. In the real thing, there's not wait, it just goes back and forth. In FSX there was no wait at all. Is there a solution for this? Yogev

Hello Guys, I know, this is an issue many people are observing while flying on North atlantic routes to Canada/US, for me, this happened almost everytime, after a flight time of 4-7 hours somwhere in the vicinity of New Foundland (I don't use the timelaps function!), my Simulator (P3D v3 and v4) freezes after a view change or clicking any spot in the cockpit (NOT just the Captains PFD!) and a couple of seconds later P3D terminates and the event viewer tells me an error of the NTDLL. I've tried the suggestions of the AVSIM CTD guide, I also run always the latest driver builds (including my GTX 1080) and I don't use any overclocking at all. Since this happens only…

I know and understand the general purpose of not taking prepayments. But my suggestion is that you take prepayments a few days before release, maybe up to one week before. By doing so, less people will have problems during the release day, and would save you the effort of a lot of checking for errors. Example: You will release a product on a thursday. Announce the release and start take prepayments on monday that week. By doing so, you will save a lot of frustration from eager customers during release day, and save hours on support also. Just a suggestion.

Since my Op Center doesnt work --no livery downloads or updating anything , even after creating ticket and unable to identify an issue, is there any other way to update AC without reinstalling everything. Updates are identified but when running them the download stops as quick as it begins. Just a flash then stops. Same for livery downloader. Sure someone else has this issue. Admin rights and antivirus exclusion as usual.Like a said earlier, no problem found with ticket sent previously.

Captains, Late this evening, we issued new updates for the PMDG 737NGX and PMDG 777 product lines. With the NGX, we found that an error made it through quality checking the build and this was causing some users to experience corruption in any panel state files created using the version released during the weekend. We felt this was a critical failure that required an additional fix. In addition, for both the 777 and 737, we made a later-breaking discovery (as part of our beta testing in the 747) for a scenario that could cause a really ugly problem if the user loaded an approach in the FMS, then loaded a STAR that shared the same initial fix. When flying either the 777 or 747 in 8x autocruise, I'm getting regular NTDLL crashes. Here's the general sequence of events: 1. Terrain textures start getting very blurry 2. The plane hits a turning waypoint, so it comes out of 8x and goes back to normal 3. I lose engine sounds, but cockpit ambient sounds like wind still remain. 4. I have 2 desktops. Both are for my use only. Can I install The PMDG 737 on both PCs? If so do I have to get special permission? Do I have to deactivate the plane on one PC before I can use it on the other one? Sorry to be a bother. I tried emailing PMDG. Got no response. Thanks.

Just finished up one year of flying PMDG and P3dv4 and thanks to Dan's log editor I have 1407 hours, all but about 10 hours were flying PMDG at real time. About half of that time has been flying the B744. I've been flying the DC-6 a lot lately. The DC-6 reminds me at times of why I didn't miss flying the C-47/R4--D. 🙂 I know a lot of folks like the C-47/DC-3, but it had swept wings and all the bad habits that come with that. ROFL This has been fairly pain free with almost all problems self induced. 🙂

I am starting my 737-800 for the first time, and it is asking for an activation code. Where do I find that?

I noticed today that clicking on the bold "PMDG DC-6 Cloudmaster for FSX Released!" or "PMDG DC-6 Cloudmaster for P3D Released!" will take you to the product page for the 747-400. I also noticed that the DC-6 is not listed under the PRODUCTS-->FSX/P3D sections.
