Team - I just bought the QOTS 747 - 8 a bit ago and while attempting to install it, it does NOT see the installed QOTS 747 II Base I purchased this morning once I saw it would have been required. I know it installed okay because I already completed a test flight between KMIA and KATL with it. It was installed and updated with the operations center. But now the new dash 8 installer thinks the base is not installed. Help 🙂 Devon

I couldn't find a simple before and after comparison so I thought I'd post this in case anyone else is curious. Captains, Just a quick note, in order to prevent anyone from sitting up all night... We are planning to release the PMDG 747-8 during the day on Saturday, GMT. You will see a bunch of things going on in/around PMDG's sites overnight as we are taking this opportunity to roll in a bunch of updates and maintenance... Don't panic... We WILL tell you when it is about to release. So don't disrupt your required crew rest. We will not accept cancelled flights tomorrow because you are calling in "too fatigued to fly" because you waited up all night!

Hello all, As all of us are getting pumped for The 747-8 tomorrow, I am still a little confused on the 747-400 update. So does this mean I completely do a complete reinstall of the 400 before installing the -8? Or is it in the ops center? Thanks so much for everything and all hail the queen! Cheers

Hi, with the 747-8 release coming soon is there a current livery list for the -8? I looked in the forum but did´nt found one. It would be nice if one of the devs or beta testers dan provide such a list so I can begin to plan my first flight. 😁 Regards

Hi PMDG team, As you know I submitted a ticket a year back, regarding the current RADIO ALT ABOVE ADI (OFF) behavior/bug. When RADIO ALT ABOVE ADI is set to ON, the RADIO/BARO minumums display correctly. 1. RADIO altimiter located above of the ADI- CORRECT 2.
