This is a forum to discuss issues with Joysticks, pedals, yokes, other interface hardware like panels, etc.

  1. Hello, I bought the Thrustmaster TCA-Throttle and now I have problems to configure it in FSX. When I calibrate according to the instructions from Aerosoft, the zero setting is always at 25% and the maximum at 85%. What can I do? Regards FriMax

Newbie here - my 1st post. I've been an FSX user for many years. Recently purchased and installed the Honeycomb Alpha Yoke and Switch Panel on my system. Now I have no audio when ATC is activated. The ATC window displays the textual exchanges, but there is no voice audio from either the pilot or the ATC controller. May be totally coincidental, but given the many, many problems I've had with the new yoke, I would not be surprised if the new yoke is the culprit. Any advice on how to solve this problem short of a complete FSX uninstall/reinstall will be appreciated.

  4. I have a problem with The Seminole P44 in MSFS2020. When engines are shut down the props keeping spinning. I'm using a Honeycomb Bravo Throttle and have tried a number of different settings in the prop controls such as prop decrease and prop feather etc. Anyone else have this and if so how did you solve it? Thank you in advance.

  5. From this thread on the MSFS official forum: Whilst I understand that every tech company id facing problems with supply, I can't say Honeycomb have been communicating well. The only message on their website appears to be this on the Bravo product page: At this rate, I can see myself just buying a second Thrustmaster quadrant for proper 4 engine control if I want it, whilst waiting to see what Fulcrum eventually announce.

  6. Hi, Received both the Logitech switch and multipanel modules. Is there a way to control the display brightness of the panels? The 'gear down' leds are blinding and the multi-panel display is too bright. I know I could change the display brightness with the old Goflight modules for P3D but gave up on Goflight and bought the Logictech panels. The Goflight interfface app by PollyPot is more work than I want, rather fly. 🙂 Any help will be appreciated. Bob

Hello guys! I've noticed that around the neutral position there is quite some (mechanical) dead zone on my joystick. It also acts a little "jumpy" when moving it. This was not so much of a problem until I started using MSFS, which is quite sensitive to user inputs. So my question - what joystick would you recommend that offers a good resolution overall and especially around the neutral position? It should not be too expensive (<200$). Thanks in advance!

  9. Good Day. I need some help after installing the Honeycomb Yoke and Throttle, my Saitek Rudders no longer work. On further investigation, the Throttle and Rudder seem to be assigned to the "z" axis in windows 10. In P3d, the throttle is set to the RY axis and the rudders are on the RZ axis. How do I get this cleared up in Windows? The rudders worked fine with the Saitek yoke and throttle before the install. Thanks for any help you can give me. I have struggle for the past week and had done a re-install of P3D and re-install of the hardware but that did not solve the problem.

Replica to scale Spitfire MkIX spade grip with 2 button firing Working brake lever Upper bracket also to scale Hall sensors throughout Standard windows controller auto-detects but you'll need to map pitch/roll/brake Currently being tested in MSFS with a Spitfire MkIX due out in a few weeks (have had collaboration with the developer) Low cost rig ensures accurate placement between your legs First product of a range - trim wheel, throttle quadrant, under carriage and flaps lever at prototype stage Here's the unusual bit - it's free. 11. Hi all - I literally created an account to ask this (love the forum, by the way). Do any of you have the CLS-E NG yoke? There's basically no information out there about it beyond official stuff. I'm looking for first impressions and reviews, but I guess it's too new. My main concern is the travel. At 90mm it seems very short, but does it feel that way in practice? I can't say the lower forces bother me that much, but if you have one do you regret not getting the regular CLS-E? I'm moving from a Yoko, which I really love. I'm around half way through my PPL though, and I feel like being able to feel the wind, turbulence and variance in amount of control input …

  12. Hi Need help gaining access to software and drivers for saitek x65f. Its very disappointing that all links to software for Saitek legacy products on thier website no longer work. The only links working are for thier current products Hence i am stuck with x65f i cant use. Any help to access said files would be much appreciated. My last option would be to purchase the latest Saitek StickThrottle, but run the risk of having same problem. Thanks

  13. I have just upgraded my flight simulator PC. On the old set up I ran ten Saitek/Logitech Flight Information Panels (FIPs) split equally between two USB 2 hubs. That set up ran without problem. On my new PC, the FIPs work if I connect them one by one, but they are blank when restarting the pc, something that didn't happen with the old pc. I have already disabled USB power management. I haven't seen this particular issue in the forum before. Any ideas on a solution? Thanks Mike

  14. Hi everyone i have just received my Bravo throttle but having many difficulties. I previously had my Saitek Yoke with throttle and the pot noise made it impossible to use hence the purchase of the Bravo throttle. I disconnected the throttle section from the Saitek yoke and connected the Bravo yoke but nothing but problems so far. To start with despite making sure i downloaded the correct P3D4 Honeycomb software it refuses to open, just a grey blank square.... I have tried several different aircraft trying variations and getting uncommanded key presses along with my commanded ones and the throttle not following the FSUIPC setting for axis and key presses et…

Could anybody give me the steps you used to configure Reverse Thrust for a 2 engine jet (not PMDG) in the Configurator? I am lost since the instructional video doesn't address this. Am on the latest P3D v5. Many thanks! Peter

Ladies and Gentlemen, I was fortunate to get one of the Honeycomb Throttle Quadrant on the 24th of Dec. However, I am having troubles getting the Axis (Throttle) to be recognized. It is either full on or full off no transition like a throttle should be. If anyone has suggestions, I am open to this. By the way there is very little help (Tutorials or Documentation) to setup. So I will create a tutorial once I figure it out. Works perfectly in MSFS 2020...must have been built for that. However P3Dv5 is still my go to sim. If you have one and got it working would love to know what you did.

I just received my new Bravo yesterday and found that the clamps provided will not fit my multiple-use desk. Has anybody used the adhesive pad for an extended period? Does the adhesive wear off after a number of pad removals from the desk? I use my desk for more than one purpose and will need to remove the pad after use. I looked at the newly revised Low Rider underdesk mount at https://www.allsportsystems.com/flight-simulator-under-desk-yoke-mount.php#detailsTab_tab_3 however, it requires drilling a mounting hole 0.75" in depth. The top of my solid oak desk is 1.0" in thickness so I don't think this will work (I have asked their tech support if this is true). Is any…

So I recently got the the Bravo, and like an word not allowed I deleted my profile for the alpha as well. Back to using the default profile, but the starter/Mag switch will not go back to Magento Both in P3d. If I have it in start, I have to go to r or l for it to hop off the start setting... I had this fixed before but that was when I set it up over a year ago at this point and don't remember how I got it to work around. Any ideas?

Picked up used CH Products Flight Sim Yoke, and Pro Pedal. FS2020 sees both devices, and the Pro Pedals work fine. Unfortunately FS2020 isn't seeing any of the inputs from the yoke, no button, levers, or axis. They inputs are all mapped ie: Aileron Axis is mapped to Joystick L-Axis X, and I see the bar underneath, but when I rotate the yoke left & right the bar doesn't move. The yoke works fine in FSX. Anybody seen or had this problem? Thank you. Kevin

I'm a brand new member having just purchased a beautiful VolAir simulator to assist with instrument training. I also purchased the Garmin GTN750 and GFC500 hardware as I have the same equipment in my Bonanza. The simulator is up and running and I'm enjoying using it. However, I'm lost (to put it politely) on how to get the drivers, software and settings to activate the Garmin devices. Is anyone out there willing to provide some tutelage for getting me to the finish line? Thanks in advance, Keith

  23. Trying to follow a guide to set up Vjoy and Joystick Gremlin to use my Alpha Yoke switches in MSFS 2020 without the stupid 10 degree heading bug. Got them installed and it seemed to go well until I realized one of them (vjoy I'm guessing?) is blocking windows from seeing my Logitech rudder pedals and Saitek X52 correctly. Joystick Gremlin can see them in it's input monitor, but if I try to look at them in Game Controllers in Windows where you can for instanced set deadzones on the X52 axis' they don't move at all. I don't want to map anything but the Alpha switches with this software setup. I'm not even using the logitech profiler software for either device though the…

  24. I hooked up my new alpha yoke and bravo throttle quadrant today. Wow, not exactly plug and play for P3D and the PMDG 737 nor is there nearly as much setup help online as there is for MSFS but after much time I made good progress, downloading an NGXu profile from Aerosoft got me moving in the right direction. What I'm focusing on right now is trying to edit button functions. On the auto pilot panel I was able to map the HDG and APP buttons within P3D to correspond correctly to my 737, but the other buttons are not correct. VS engages LVL CHG; REV engages LNAV;, ALT engages VNAV and IAS engages VS. Since there are no LNAV/VNAV buttons on the TQ I would at least like to…

  25. I just got a new computer and I'm reinstalling everything. I noticed that Windows 10 automatically detected all my Saitek hardware. It all works except the clock on the Yoke. Do I need to manually install drivers from Saitek website or something? The thing is that the drivers on their website are from 2018 so I'm confused now. What should I do? Is the clock not showing a different issue?
