I'm using an x-box controller right now which works except that the rudders don't really work in practice. Is there a next step that I use without mounting and has at least as many buttons as the xbox controller?

As the title says, I need a potentiometer (roll axis) for my Saitek yoke. The original one in it now is bad - not just dirty. I went to the Logitech/Saitek pages but couldn't find any info about getting a replacement. Anyone know where to purchase one? Thanks. Jim

I just upgraded from Logitech rudder pedals and yoke to Thrustmaster TPR rudder pedals and Fulcrum yoke. Err merr gerrrd!!! The basic transition from all-plastic to all-metal was enough out of the box, but the FEEEELS in operation is so nice! Both are astoundingly accurate, and provide a fluid feel to flying, almost like real air passing over control surfaces. Highly recommended! Now, if I can just get my hands on a Honeycomb Bravo throttle quadrant and a GTX 3080 I will be set! 🙂

I was thinking of putting together a USB panel with enough switches to acommodate an old twin. It seems that even though some plane models have two of everything on the VC there doesn't appear to be two of everything in the keybind settings. Am I not looking hard enough or is this likely to be a problem?

Members 4 47 posts Report post Posted 8 hours ago I [posted this on an older thread and also here hoping to get more views: I just purchased the Logitech G Pro Yoke and want to make the spring Mod to correct the terrible elevator problem but have read that the mod would not work on newer model(s) of the yoke.. The yoke number is 945-000067, S/N 2052KK018119. can anyone tell me if the mod will work on this unit or if there is a newer mod that will?

A short question, I got this Logitech pro flight yoke. Do I need that pro flight yoke system on my computer in order that yoke to work? I have not created any profile with that system. All the mappings are done inside of MSFS 2020.

I wonder if someone could help. I have the alpha and bravo for msfs and can't get it set up correctly. Sometimes only one engine start, flaps don't work etc. I just need to start over again, could someone please tell me how to delete the old software and reinstall the new. I wish there would be templates I could use. Thanks for any ideas

I had some forced simulator downtime recently and thought I would try to improve my Logitech Flight Yoke while waiting on the Fulcrum release. While the fix is not perfect, it is a HUGE improvement over stock. Leo Bodnar is an electronics dealer out of the UK and he sells USB logic cards that will remove the dead zone in the Logitech yoke. Full details can be found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YEqkz2JxoFo&t=667s The spring fix (versus the rubber bands) improves the feel, getting rid of the notchy travel in both the elevator and aileron axis. I opted for the spring kit since I know that rubber eventually rots. Details are here https://www.youtube.com/wa…

DaveCT2003 or anyone else who knows, Just wondering if you could tell me from your tear down how the seven rocker toggle switches on the bravo are wired internally. I would expect them to have a crimp on the end to push onto a spade lug. I am thinking about replacing the switches with SPDT switches that are momentary-off-momentary. The switches that are there have to be SPDT as they show up in two different pushbutton states although they are not momentaries. I presume that the switches could be pried out from the front using a putty knife but it might be easier to push them out from the back (inside of the unit). Any help that you could provide would surely be …

I've just recently set up my new Honeycomb Bravo TQ. I've watched lots of videos on how to configure profiles for the different aircraft types. However, when I move ANY of the levers the sliders for the axes do not respond. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know how to fix this? What am I missing? Do I have a faulty product?

Hi, I have the Thrustmaster Airbus Sidestick and the Extended TA Throttle Quadrant, along with the FSLabs A320 in P3Dv4.5 I am seeing strange behavior as I move the Sidestick. If I move the sidestick, left right, forward or back, it makes the simulated throttle levers move. The Axis of the Sidestick are assigned correctly in P3D v4.5 to Ailerons, Flaps and Rudder, nothing else. There is no assignment anywhere linking movement of the sidestick to throttle movement. The Throttle Quadrant levers operate the sim correctly having been assigned, calibrated etc. But as soon as i touch the sidestick the throttles start to thrash forwards and backwards wil…

I'm in the process of building my first switch panel with a Leo Bodner BBI-32 board, which will be the last piece in the jigsaw for my newly built generic MIP I would like to take advantage of the many connectors on the board and looking at getting a couple of rotary encoders for both baro pressure and heading bug when flying GA. I'd like to purchase from Leo if possible, but unsure which encoder would be suitable and any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello, I am interested in buying the Bravo when it will be available. I am from Europe (Poland). Is it safer choice from your experience (in terms of possible ordering process and time) to preorder now from Aerosoft or wait till the order will be available on official HoneyComb website and try order from there? Best, Arek

Hi guys, old topic I guess. but I've decided to let my Cougar go before finishing it. It's in the classified section. Throttle is complete but has the TUSBA board ready to go in with the HALL sensor in it, and the joystick has a 3D printed gimbal system but needs the sensor boards replacing as I fried them (yes I know, feel free to rib me!). Anyway, should be a decent project for someone to finish if they wanted. Seeya.

I've got an old Saitek (Logitech) FIP and are wondering how much a couple more FIP's (mayby 3-4 in total) would affect my FPS in MSFS 2020? I've got a fairly god system: Intel 10900K, RTX3070 and 32 Ram, and besides the nowadays commonly regional stutterfest incidents I get between 35-48 fps in 1440P with ultra settings and I don't want to lose up awards 10 fps by adding 2-3 more FIP's.

One of the bad things about our modern global economy is that you can't try things out prior to ordering from them. Back in the old old days, Sears had catalog stores so you could actually see and touch some of the things they sold in their catalogs. Bit difficult to do that nowadays. The Alpha yoke is well made but not well thought out — and it was supposedly designed by people who claim to be pilots. The roll response is excellent, but the yoke is basically unmovable in pitch. The. pitch axis resistance is too strong for the yoke to be usable. At least mine didn't have the dead zone problem that's mentioned in the reviews. I wish they had mentioned the …

Has anyone made their own button box controller? I'm considering this option for lights, auto pilot controls on MSFS and the A32NX. Just curious on a) where you got switches/dials from? (I have a local store but they're very generic) b) Is there any place you can buy second hand / scrapped A320 dials/switches from?

I'm looking for a USB-gamepad just for the drone in MSFS 2020 to complete my other Yoke/Joystick setup. Since I'm not an Xbox owner I'm hoping that a ordinary PC-Gamepad will do the work and wonder if anyone has a gamepad that they can recommend?

I was browsing away last night and came across a template giving dimensions etc on the multi panel and other panels to use if you are not using the standard mounts. Thinking about things they will be a great help in building my cockpit. The problem is I didnt download them and now I cant find the site, it looked like an old Saitek site, the templates were in pdf format. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? <EDIT> found it for the multi panel/radio panel here PZ69-Mounting-Dimensions-May09 (saitek.com) I just need the template for the Flight Instrument panels ( the lcd panels)if anyone can help.
