If you have 2 computers and 2 monitors at your desk, and both of them are turned on at the same time, then these cheap little gems will help you instantly control which computer is seen on which screen. You need 2 of these 'manual' switches (avoid automatic switches like the plague). One switch controls which computer is on screen 1 The other switch controls which computer is on screen 2. Therefore in 2 seconds you can have either: *Computer A on the larger screen 1 and computer B on the smaller screen 2. *Or vice versa. *Or computer A on both screens. *Or computer B on both screens. You never have to turn either computer off, …

Yet another 3000 series release is upon us this morning. I just checked my local Micro Center webpage....it says they have 25 in stock, but of course they won't let you buy them online and pick them up in the store, and the store doesn't open until 9 which is an hour and a half away from now. Tempted to drive by the store here in Dallas and see how long the line is just to satisfy my curiosity. I find it odd that nobody else has started a topic about the 3060ti, the reviewers seemed to like it, and its MSRP is pretty good bang for the buck I feel. I'm guessing that the reason is because we're all pretty sure we don't have a chance in he11 of getting on…

Looking to get three 70"+ TV for my flight simulator playing MSFS 2020. The Q80T is cheaper but does not have gsync (however if I get the new AMD GPUs released soon that might not be an issue). The blacks, viewing angle are better on the LG but whether is worth double the price? I can imagine there would be less blooming of the stars and night lighting on the CX? https://www.rtings.com/tv/tools/compare/samsung-q80t-vs-lg-cx/1819/10619?usage=11114&threshold=0.1

I currently have a 6700K OC, 980ti, 32GB RAM. I only play MSFS 2020, XP11 or P3D on 3 4K screens. Would my CPU be a bottleneck if I only get a 3090? Or should I get a whole PC with a 10900k? The problem is, if I get the GPU and it's no good, how do I get a system from a PC builder without a GPU.

I'm using a KVM switch and two computers connected to my monitor. How much affect does using a display port adapter connection to the computer and a HDMI adapter connection to the monitor with the DVI cabled KVM switch have on the video performance for MSFS?

I am looking for a new 32inch 4k HDR monitor for future compatibility as my current PC hardware does not support 4k rendering yet. I like it to be an IPS monitor due to better colors and viewing angles. Can someone recommend me a good monitor. I found this monitor to be the most affordable with the required specs and would not go over this price wise. https://www.amazon.de/LG-FreeSync-Ergonomischer-verstell-schwenkbar/dp/B088BMZ41V/ref=sr_1_2?__mk_de_DE=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&dchild=1&keywords=lg+4k+ips+32&qid=1606556093&s=ce-de&sr=1-2 How is HDR rendered in flightsim, what graphics card is needed for it, thanks!

Hello. I just got Samsung Q80T 49" QLED TV. Everything looks really nice and sharp comparing my previous monitor. The only issue I have now is jittering when panning around the cockpit specifically when using TrackIR. Even without TrackIR I notice jittering. I am getting dizzy. This is 60Hz refresh rate TV. Currently I amusing 60Hz refresh rate, resolution 3840x2160. I wonder if there is anything else I can do to reduce jittering. Thanks

I currently have a 27"4K monitor and it works beautifully. It' an LG 27-UL600. It is a 60hz unit and it also is 3840x2160 resolution. I am looking for a 27" 4K monitor with a faster Hz than 60. In the last week, I bought AND RETURNED to Best Buy a Dell, Samsung, and Omen monitor....all exceptional gaming monitors with 144hz, 165hz, and higher. They worked beautifully with P3d and MSFS. HOWEVER, they did not have the clarity of 4K. Once you have 4K there is no going back! The text and even the superb scenery in MSFS did not look nearly as clear and detailed as it did on my LG 4K monitor. So I'm back with my LG as of now. Could you recommend a 27" 4K monitor w…

I was able to try out a 5700 XT to replace my GTX 1070 today, and I quickly realized that this was going to be a backwards move, unfortunately. FPS was slightly better with the 5700 XT (1-2 FPS) but the 5700 XT stutters like crazy. The FPS also jumps around a lot, going from 30 to 20 and then back rapidly, where I do not see anything like this with the GTX 1070. Image quality seems to be a bit better with the GTX 1070 as well, but I could be wrong. Not a big fan of the AMD software either. Seemed to be pretty rudimentary compared to nvidia. Although I am sure the 6000 series AMD cards will be much improved I will just wait for the 3070.

Hi all, I've been looking for a 30hz capable monitor for P3D. I've looked far and wide and can't for the life of me find one which would suit. I tried using the monitor finder on displayspecifications.com to no avail also. I'm looking for a 2560x1440 monitor @ 27-32 inches. If anyone has one/knows of one, would you mind letting me know? Cheers, Oliver Mitchell.

Plenty now in eBay for under $2K but I am considering one if they sell them again thru their online store or BB etc. I am a little concerned my Dell 3415W screen may not do 30hz if I move to AMD. Dell does not say this screen can do 30Hz anywhere in the literature I could find, but it's selectable using NV Control Panel so I just don't know and require 30Hz.

Hello, I would really appreciate for your suggestion on updating my PC. I use P3DV4.5, addon planes (Aerosoft 32x/PMDG 737), addon airports, ORBX products, Active Sky, TrackIR, ChasePlane. On my current rig I get decent performance. I run it at 25060x 1440 x32 on a non 32 inch non HD display, Win 10. However I noticed the CPU usage is almost always going to the max and I think I need un upgrade. I’m aiming at getting a boost of 5-10 FPS and a smoother overall experience (I get around 7-19 FPS at addon airports and occasional stuttering). Here I my current specs ( it’s an ASUS already-built system ROG G30AK-RO020D): Motherboard G30AK, processo…

Surely they’ll be today with them launching tomorrow. Can already see that the unboxing videos are already out there with the big content makers on YouTube but still no sign of the benchmarks.

The entire narrative around the 3000 series Nvidia cards being a lot of bang for the buck has so far been proven totally false. The only 3000 series cards I have seen available were all WAY over the MSRP. Ebay prices on new 3000 cards have scalper pricing. Even used prices for 2080Ti cards are ridiculous. I guess I will just milk this 1070 for a few more months or until prices come down. BTW, not expecting any improvement with AMD offerings.

Just curious, what card would be better for MSFS2020 & Prepar3d plus would the card's memory make a difference? Btw...for 4k resolution. Darryl
