I thought I'd post this request to any aircraft developer that might be wondering of what aircraft to develop in the future. Specifically in the corporate world. And as you might guess from my name, why not the Piaggio P180? My job is as chief pilot of an aviation department in the US in which we have two P180s and a CL601, but hands down, my favorite plane I have ever flown is the P180. It is such a unique, quirky, fun aircraft to fly. Some call it the marmite airplane because of its looks, but I just call it the "Catfish". It is the fastest production turboprop in the industry with a cruise TAS of about 375-380 and a service ceiling of 41,000ft. It does not like to…

Nvidia control panel (top menu), help/system info: Resizable bar: must say YES. If it does you already have it working already. Most will say no. BIOS (change 3 settings, use Search window in BIOS) 1 Above 4G decoding: ENABLE 2 resizable bar: AUTO 3 boot csm: DISABLE (also called load csm or similar in some BIOS) You must have bios type UEFI (most are) and might have to upgrade drivers for motherboard and/or GPU card if you don't get a YES in NCP (the top line of this message).

At performance boost tricks I read you can save almost 60Gbs deleting the offline mesh files at the ....CGL folder.- Is that true ? No bad consequences doing that ? So why does that files exist ? Thanks

Out of a sudden, the famous add-on linker does not work anymore. Instead, I get a big M ... when I try to open the app. Nothing else that I can do. Re-downloaded it and reinstalled. No windows updates. Yesterday, after WU8 it still worked. But today morning: M ... What can I do?

Fairly new to FS2020 but latest up date installed so all should be good..However, a flight in the Cessna 172 shows that the ILS glideslope indicator not working. Search shows previous issue with this so wondered is this problem is back again since last update. Or, is it me? I'd appreciate any help. Richard.

Do the in-sim VSYNC settings have any effect on VR, or is it just for 2D flyers? I set VSYNC in an attempt to limit FPS to 30 but I was hitting 40 and 45 fps. Not really complaining but I wanted to see what overall smoothness was like that. For VR what's the best way to set frame limit to 30, Nvidia Control Panel, In-sim?

I purchased an aircraft thru Steam and have receipts from both Steam and my bank. But no aircraft in the hangar. Clueless here......

Hello, I've been out of the FS2020 game for quite a while and I don't know what's what. I'd like to know if there is a particular helicopter, payware is fine, that is clearly the best quality, especially as far as the flight model goes. I've been flying lots of choppers in DCS and I'd like to bring it over to FS2020. Thank you.

This post on the official forum really piqued my interest. Earlier today I went thunderstorm hunting, but was overall pretty underwhelmed. There’s a tropical depression west of Cancun that I decided to fly through, but the weather wasn’t really that bad. Then there was some thunderstorm activity up in the Boston area. There were a few bumps, but nothing too crazy, nothing like I’d expect to see in the real world. I turned on wind visualization (which was really neat), but it showed minimal activity in clouds. If I installed FSLTL Traffic, with the original files and also with the reduced textures, I have this bad smoke effect everywhere where an airplane is moving, like here in the pictures. Finally tried Aerowinx PSX with MSFS and it is just incredible, in my opinion. Dont have to worry at all about performance in MSFS as it is used only as scenery generator. Gary has created an very simple smooth injector that just works and also works with vPilot (freq, transponder, pressure). «Fully» integrated with Simbrief through Simfest (also developed by Gary), BACARS, etc Perhaps only limitation is weather depicted in PSX might not reflect what you see visually in MSFS, but that boils down to that CB that is painted in red on PSX wx radar But PSX downloads METAR, and NG FMC addon even SIGMETS (dont own the NG FMC yet). So all in all no big issue…

Anyone also noticed that heatwaves are not always present in SU11 today for example no heatwaves behind apu and engines.

Hello, Since installing latest version of FS Realistic all aircrafts have 90% reduced elevator authority. The excursion visually of the yoke if full but the effect is almost null. Ailerons are not affected. As soon as I shut off the software the behaviour is back to normal. Do you guys have the same problem ? Thanks Souheil

With the A310 soon arriving, I'm pretty sure there will be many A310 flights happening online and on VATSIM. Hoping the FSLTL team will include a well rendered A310 with repaints in their library in upcoming updates.

So I have seen some amazing pictures with the new CFD in MSFS for SU 11. I was having an issue with the Fenix A320 and could not find a solution elsewhere. Essentially, my Fenix A320 sometimes slows down to green dot speed while near the top of descent. Gear up, flaps retracted, no ecam messages and everything should be configured properly. I've done dozens of complete flights with this plane and only recently have I encountered this. It causes the plane to slow way down to under 220kts, which turns off my nav mode and flight directors. It then goes into heading mode, and vertical speed. MCDU said something like "no nav intercept" which I cleared by going direct to my next waypoint. Manually setting the speed does nothing. Then, seemly on it's…

It seems since the beta if you import or create a flight plan it looks fine, then if you try to select a gate or ramp it still shows the departure runway in the drop down box, not the selected gate or ramp. You can select a gate or ramp again, but it still shows the departure runway in the drop down box. Then when you select FLY it takes you to the gate or ramp selected. Am I the only one seeing this new bug? Or has this been reported before? Bennett
